Strangely enough, the weapons deals were highly regulated, leaving the clones with fewer than nominal sergal weapons, but when the conquest began, the clones found a strange occurence: the sergals out conquering them. After their first few simply conquests, they found all previous worlds that had been allied with the sergals to now be conquered by the sergals, their rapid expansion circumvented by liquidation of assets, the money they'd payed for goods having gone to either conquering or buying out races, leaving the sergal empire nearly doubled from all the allies they'd made a part of them.

The clone empire was repeatedly called and the emperor actually forcefully contacted through unofficial means and, failing that, kalus was teleported directly in front of him, on top of any console he was stationed at and not in any wall he was viewing. At the sight of kalus the changes to sergal technology in the brief time span became appearent, his uniform white and his bracelet exchanged for gloves with small, minute crystals laced in symbols denoting rank and division with a short sword on his hip. "Logar. i understand that you've begun a conquest without asking for assistance. why is that?" kalus asks evenly, seeming the sergals were more upset that he didn't ask for their help rather than being upset over them conquering their allies, their own conquering and assimilation of their allies probably begetting the rumors that they'd planned to do so from the start.

the creature follows cosmos, leaving creed for the time being as it silently joins the processecion, it's energy signatures completely hidden as it waits silently in the background, watching to see what happens
@CreedTheChimera

"military base Gamma of the communistic republic of hazakstan, formerly known as the center of the commonwealth empire." the wire creature chimes in, the thin line along it's otherwise featureless face outputting a neutral, smooth voice as he stands stock still, his 'chest' not even rising and falling with the speech, giving it a rather eerie effect up to the point that it's struck by an rpg in the back of the head without even flinching. It doesn't even turn around as an arm extends from its back to forcefully take the rpg-launcher from the soldier and crush it before the remnants sink into it's arm, it's 'skin' seeping out thick, black smoke as it's face remain trained on creed and the sword without evenly shifting at the activity to look at the soldiers or the tank rolling in, it's hand raising about as quickly as the pilot pulls the trigger to fire, he shell crumpling against it's hand before it picks the tank up, jettisons the pilots, and begins crumpling it in a 'sack of skin' that forms over it until the vehicle is no more. "it would appear the armed forces are raising our threat assesment levels, we should go" it remarks evenly before grabbing both cosmos and creed by the face and dragging them through a portal, catching a missile just behind the warhead to prevent it from blowing up as it leaves.

The both of them arrive at a decimated city from a slightly more advanced civilization that wiped itself out, the city still containing higher than average background radiation but nothing that could even be felt outside of those with highly attuned senses specifically designed to track radiation. "we should be able to talk more freely here" the creature remarks evenly, setting them down within a small, one story house that it can actually walk around normally in without falling through the floor, setting the missile down on it's lap and starting to take it apart, it's various limbs seeming to sink into it to retrieve bits and bobs like the explosives to detonate it safely within it's specially designed digestion chambers that it'd developed for handling explosives before the missile starts simply sinking into it to be devoured.

Tiny oked it due to the build up needed, the possible downsides, and the fact that if he ever does it, any of tiny's chars will show up and start pew pewing him to all hell
i could have the wire creature throw a tectonic plate at him. that's one way to reintroduce someone.

The spell seems to fizzle and fade once it reaches a few feet from the creature to latch on as it turns to cosmos, seeming to have sensed him casting the magic as soon as he'd started despite the distance. "you're smart so i'm keeping you around. the internet of this wold seems to lack many things, but what it does have has piqued my interests, especially 'physics', 'biology', and various philisophical works like the illiad. if you've an issue with being dragged around then state it, i'm intellegent enough to hold a conversation now" the creature replies evenly, it's voice having shifted and it's mouth having been replaced with a thin line of speaker-like structures along it's face, creating a smoother finish as the pours along it's body seem to billow out a thick smoke, the by-product of it's matter digestion and highly toxic due to the make up.
@thewizardguy

After a good hour, the creature emerges from the flipped tower and grabs cosmos once more, taking him with it as it leaves through another portal, leaving things as they were to deposit the both of them in a more modern setting and at a military base, the soldiers within taking a minute to raise the alarm before they open fire with a heavy caliber machine gun, the rounds simply richocheting or plinking off of it when they hit as it simply strolls in and sits at a computer, taking a minute to figure out how it works before directly linking to the military grade internet via opening up a finger to let it's wires run free amongst it, the process taking a good ten minutes before it's wires retract and it simply turns around and starts dismantling the soldier's guns, forcing them to engage in a useless melee which results in the vast majority of them having broken limbs by the end of it, the creature's body shifting slightly as if the internal workings were getting a fine tuneing as it's arm opens up and it starts to literally eat the rifles, it's core being directed into breaking the matter down into energy for it's consumption rather efficiently, it's digestion rates taking a good few minutes to completely break apart an object before it moves on to the next, leaving the injured soldiers alone as it instead feeds on their equipment, picking up a grenade and pulling the pin as if to study it before it blows up in it's face to no visible results, it simply picking up the rest of them and eating them faster than a fat kid in a donut shoppe could with free reign of the place, the explosions seeming to be easier to digest for it.
@thewizardguy

"magic... prey... you are magic... you are prey..." it replies evenly, stepping towards cosmos and resting a hand on his face as if expecting a reaction before simply stating "cannot eat" and dragging him through a portal by his face to a random dimension, the portal easilly changed to suit cosmos's wishes if he were so inclined, though when he does try to, his magic fails, showing the creature did have some form of latent mystical negation rather than absorption now. Though, interestingly, the creature deposits the both of them outside the gate to a castle, the feeling of a strong wizard within, though not anything to note in multiversal terms. He is however let go once they arrive, showing that it wanted him to stay around, but didn't really care what he did outside of that.

As the creature approaches the castle, a few arrows plink off of it harmlessly before a hand sprouts from it's ankle and brings the arrow up for it to study curiously before the arrow slides into it's arm and it's points at the archer that had fired it, his head exploding with the arrow remaining embedded in the wall behind him up to the fletching as it approaches the gates. The pikemen guarding said simple, wooden shy away from it at first before trying to strike at it, their pikes shattering against it's arms before it breaks their arms and continues onward, seeming to dislike killing despite the fate of the archer.

With it's advance remaining unstoppable by the guards it simply walks into the courtyard, the guards getting out of it's way at this point since they couldn't stop it. Once it reaches the base of a large tower, however, a great fireball careens towards it, dissipating before it ever reaches it, it not even flinching or slowing as it heads inside, a great crash sounding once it tries to climb the stairs before coming outside again and trying to climb the wall outside, it's hands puncturing the stone easily and leaving long lines as it fails to pull itself up before it simply digs both hands into the tower, picks it up, flips it upside down, and walks into the top floor through a window, staying in there for a while as cosmos can sense the wizard trying all sorts of mediocre spells against it to no avail

to be honest, most of the complications that are arising is because matt's sort of hogged all the available story. Considering matt posts too slowly for hcl, i think we should probably start up a new story line (which tiny did try to do) with someone other than matt controling it
