Bio

Welcome to the small bio section here.
I'm a 27 year old Dane (Danish person) and I have roleplayed for so many years that I don't actually know how many years it has been.
My mother language is Danish and not English, so if you see some grammar mistakes, then that would be the reason :)

I can roleplay on an advance setting, where I write multiple paragraphs, or I can roleplay where it's a couple of paragraphs. No matter what, I'll always write more than one line, since that's just my style :)

I love music and I love playing music, as well as roleplaying and gaming, just so you know what hobbies I like. Other than that, there's not much to tell. Ask away if there's anything you'd like to know :)

Over and out - Valchyrie.

magicnaanavi.deviantart.com/art/Kirei-.. (When I explain what she looks like, she is just wearing her outfit on the picture, and a bit extra, but I can't describe outfits too well in English, so that's why I say it like that here xD haha.)

Tyria, ten years after the last Elder Dragon was defeated and killed, everything has returned to normal, as normal can be. The Charrs are once again busy fighting the Blood Legion and the Ghosts Of Ascalon, the Asuras are busy fighting the Inquest, the Sylvari are busy fighting the Nightmare Court, the Norn are busy with the Sons Of Svanir and the Humans are busy with the Centaurs. The orders returned to their respective strongholds and camps throughout Tyria and started rebuilding their orders again, gaining new members and raising their numbers after having taken heavy losses against the Elder Dragon. Everything had more or less gone back to the ways things were before the fight with the Elder Dragon, and it had a comfortable feeling to it, for all of the races. While it was an annoyance to be in a constant conflict with another faction, it was still something, which they could handle by themselves, without the support from other races all the time. This also meant that some of the races had gotten a bit hostile towards each other again, though they hadn’t gone to war with each other, which was a good thing.

However, after these ten years, a rumor made it’s way from the far east of the Blazeridge Mountains, a rumor that no one really believed in. It was a rumor that an Elder Dragon had been spotted, but it was unclear where the rumor originated from exactly. No one had had contact with any race that far out for at least a hundred years, if not more, and still someone had managed to spread a rumor all the way to the most populated areas of Tyria. This also meant that a lot of people didn’t believe in the rumor and many said it was a trick to make everyone scared and afraid again and possible get all the races to start having more conflicts again. But instead of letting this rumor go out of control, the three orders. The Vigil, Durmand Priory and The Order Of Whispers, decided to dispatch a few members from each of their orders, as an exploration group, with a group of assistants and wagon pullers and so on. This was a way to show the rest of Tyria that the Orders were still willing to work together and they were still as divergent in their races as they had always been. All orders had members from all the different races that inhabited Tyria, at least the more peaceful races, which meant this was also a way to show that the Order still stood for unity and teamwork.

However, even though the Orders were well respected and liked by almost everyone, it was still seen as an unnecessary expedition. It was seen as a waste of resources in these times of rebuilding and forming the Orders again. People kept saying that it was just a rumor, and that the Orders should focus more on working with each of the races to take down the renegade factions of all the races, instead of sending them on a wild goose hunt. However, they couldn’t really stop the Orders even if they wanted too, as they knew that the Orders were above the law, if they wanted to go on a mission. Plus, all the funds for the Orders were raised and gained by the Orders themselves. This meant that every piece of gold they had acquired, was something they had earned through hard work and missions. No one could take it from them and they were free to use it as they saw fit, and they did use it to help everyone a lot and protect everyone all the time, which was one of the main reasons why people didn’t speak too loudly against this team of experts from each Order. Another reason why people didn’t agree with the “experts” that the Orders were using, was that the Orders used people that didn’t always see eye to eye with the law. They didn’t kill civilians and they followed the law, usually. But some of them went to the extremes to complete a mission.

A Sylvari necromancer, Feyra Acor, was someone who was rumored to be a tough woman, who didn’t let anyone get in her way if she had a mission to complete. She was a member of the Durmand Priory and one of the top researchers in the Order, while being one of the best necromancers you could find. She was deadly and she would make sure her enemies knew that when they started to attack her. However, because of her necromantic skills, people were also afraid of what she could do. Necromancers in general had started to scare people more and more, because of their abilities to raise creatures and spirits from the ground and corpses and so on. So while many of them worked for the greater good, they were still met with quite a lot of distrust throughout Tyria now.

But Feyra Acor had learned to live with that distrust, and had become more of a lone wolf on her missions, instead of working together with a team. She didn’t hate people, and when she worked in the Durmand Priory, she also discussed and researched with her friends in the Order and the other scientists that worked there, even if they didn’t see eye to eye on a project themselves. But when she was out in the field and doing research, whether it was in a camp, a village, a city or out in the wild, she kept to herself as much as she could, so that she didn’t have to create any unnecessary unhealthy conflicts, for herself and others. But it also meant that she sometimes had to go the hard way aroud a mission, instead of the easier way, if she couldn’t communicate with the people she needed to communicate with, to gain access to an area or to get some information. Instead, she had to resort to stealth or research in the wild, instead of going to a library that might hold the answer to what she was seeking. But she was more or less always very successful with what she researched, and she never returned from the field without the information she had left to find. The longest she had stayed away from the Durmand Priory, had been four years to find information she had been looking for, and that had been right after Zhaitan, the Elder Dragon that had taken control of Orr many years ago. She had been looking for magical artifacts that had been said to be effective against the dragons, and it had taken four years before she had returned to society with the information, but she had done it.

The Durmand Priory had chosen her to go with the expedition team to the far east of the Blazeridge Mountains, to see what the rumor of the Elder Dragon was all about, maybe try to establish some kind of contact with the once who lived out there, if someone did indeed live out there. The rumor had to come from somewhere, and no traveler had claimed to be the one to have seen the Elder Dragon or to have heard the rumor first, everyone said they had heard it from someone else, but no one knew who had started it. If there was a society that far out east, it was important to try and establish a connection with them, to see if they would be willing to, if not join the rest of Tyria and it’s policies, then at least see if they would be willing to share information and have some kind of a co-operative deal with the rest of Tyria. If that was possible, everyone would gain a new ally and that would mean more forces against the Elder Dragons, should there really be a new one on the rise.

The meeting point for the members from all the Orders, was at the gate of the Black Citadel. None of the agents knew who were being send from the other Orders, since it was best to keep it as low profile as possible. The only thing that the public knew, was that they would send someone. Some people knew who the Orders would send. For example, the ones who lived close to the Durmand Priory base, they knew that Feyra Acor would be the one to be sent out with the team, but they didn’t know who would be sent out from the Whispers or the Vigil. But Feyra had now arrived at the Black Citadel, through one of the Asura portal gates, and she knew she had to watch her step around these Charrs. Even though they were allies, they were also brutes a lot of the time, and they picked a fight if they could get a chance to do so. Not because they disliked people, but because they liked to fight, and if they could fight other races, well, that would be even better. So Feyra Acor kept a low profile, or as low as she could as a Sylvari necromancer in The Black Citadel. She was also quite a looker, and her outfit didn’t leave much to the imagination, at least not for her upper body. Her lower body was covered by a knee length dark green thick-leaf skirt, and she wore thick leaf shoes as well. Normally she wouldn’t wear shoes at all, but she knew that the Charrs homelands had a lot of stone roads and fields, plus there were grenade parts and mines all over the place as well, and stepping on one of those without protection could be a really painful experience, so it was better to be safe and sorry while she was in these parts.

The weather wasn’t that nice, it was dripping sligthtly, and thunder could be heard coming from not too far away. A storm could be coming but it was impossible to say just how bad it would be. Sylvari didn’t care, as they lived out in the nature and all the weather that the nature threw at them. But Feyra Acor knew that the other races who weren’t used to living in the nature, would get annoyed by it if it started to rain too much and try to delay their departure. If that happened, she might just start the expedition by herself and let them catch up with her whenever they were ready to do so, but for now, she was waiting at the big black gates, leading out of The Black Citadel. The small assistant team that should have been assembled from the Durmand Priory hadn’t shown up yet either. Besides of the members that the Orders would send, each of them would also send some assistants, and they would also hire assistants outside of the Orders, but it seemed that Feyra was the first on to arrive, so she just stood at the black gates, with her bone scythe attached on her back, and a satchel with a bit of gold and potions, flung over her head and right shoulder, and hanging down on her left side.

It was a strange place that she had turned up in indeed, but she didn’t seem to have time to think about that at the moment. Besides the human crowd that was forming around her, there was the sudden groan of metal above her head. She turned to look upwards towards the metal that was now bending down. Clearly, the force of the portal and the magic she had used to close off the portal had damaged this structure. If she had known that buildings in this realm weren’t made to withstand magical forces, then she would have been more careful about her actions after she had exited the portal. She had never seen such a large structure in her own realm, being damaged so easily by magical output. Sure buildings crumbled under magical bursts and so on, but usually not this fast, especially not with large structures like this one. Never the less she was in a situation where she had to do something, before it would completely break off and smash into the ground and hurt the people that were standing underneath it.

It was clearly some sort of monument to these people, which meant destroying the whole tower probably wouldn’t be the best way to start off her adventure in this realm. She didn’t have a lot of options though, she could either chop the bending part of the tower off, she could try to make it stable in it’s current bending position or she could try to force it back up and strengthen it’s metal again, so that it would once again be standing upright. However, doing that would take a lot of energy, and if other buildings, and if the people, were as weak towards magic as this one, it might do more damage than good, even if she did manage to make it stable once more. The choices were many, but she didn’t have a whole lot of time to think about it. Furthermore, she had to find a way to close off the portal for good, or at least for a while until she could find a permanent way to seal it off or defeat the Dark Lord.

She made a frustrated sigh and pulled a little in her hair while she looked up at the bending piece of the tower, that were now bending further down, slowly reaching it’s own breaking point. To make matters even worse, it seemed she didn’t speak the same language as these people. While the people in this country seemed to master different tongues, Nanna Tild didn’t master any of them. All of the languages were foreign to her, which meant that Nanna’s realm used a whole other system for language, which just complicated things more since she couldn’t actually ask for advice on how to solve this problem without making herself an enemy to this realm. With that in mind, she made her choice regarding the tower that she was standing underneath. The best way to do this, would be to keep the tower in it’s current position, until she could close off the portal and gather enough strength to fix the tower completely, unless the people of this world could fix it themselves, without breaking it or damaging it further.

She knew she would probably scare the souls out of the people that were now looking at her, but judging by how curious they were, she guessed that some would also stay to watch the show. She stabbed her sword into the ground and a circle appeared around it. Her hair turned to wild flames and her body started to glow red and orange, like it was about to go on fire. Her one functioning eye turned a fire orange as well. She didn’t need an incantation for this, at least not while she had the strength she currently had, though the portal was sapping away at her strength as well, so she had to hurry if she wanted to do this right. A pillar of flames then shot up around her, and flew up towards the bending part of the tower. The front of the pillar was in the shape of a Phoenix beak and it looked like it had eyes as well. It then swallowed the bending part of the tower, making it impossible to see it because of the pillar of flame that was around it. Five seconds later, the pillar disappeared as quickly as it had appeared and the tower had completely stopped moving. It was glowing red from the hot fire on the metal, but not a normal glow of warm metal, it was somehow different. Her flames functioned as normal fire, but magic wasn’t as simple as that, and that was not just something special about her, that was something that everyone who knew magic had. It was never just as simple as “fire” or “ice” or “wind” magic, these abilities always came with abilities attached to them, which you could evolve and change and gain more of as you got stronger.

Now that the fire was gone, she had taken her sword up from the ground again. She was exhausted, and it could be seen on the chains on the portal, however, she had an idea on how to make it disappear for a while at least. She had managed to learn about portals while she had been undercover at the Dark Lord’s castle, and she could move the portal to a nowhere location for some time, that wouldn’t sap her strength. She held her sword out towards the portal and summoned the last of her strength. The sword dissolved into red glittering dust and surrounded the portal, and then the portal disappeared, leaving no trace of itself. She had done what she could for now, and it was enough. Now she just had another problem: this whole world she had arrived in.

She had turned around now to look at the crowd that was still standing there, some with their jaws wide open, others taken pictures and recording it and sharing it on the internet on all kinds of websites, as fast as they could. She was on one knee, sweat running from her forehead, blood as well. Though her blood wasn’t red, it was black. She had taken damage from her actions, which meant she had gone overboard with her powers, which she had assumed would happen, though it was still an inconvenience, if someone wanted to hurt her, even without magic, they would probably be able to do so now, and that was not a good thing. She breathed heavily while still on one knee, looking towards the crowd. Her hair had returned to normal, as had her eye and her skin, or well, normal to her anyway. She had to try to communicate with her words, no matter what. She opened her mouth “Yldra tigi ie? Tag he jik?” which meant, “Where am I? Can you help me?” though no one would understand what she meant, as it made no sense to anyone. She hoped someone was clever enough to at least try to figure out what she asked, or at least wanted to try and make contact with her, so she could get out of this place before those loud sirens would come to close. If it wasn’t already too late…

Burning. Everything was burning. The forests, the villages, the fields, everything. Ever since the Dark Lord and his army of undead warriors and necromancers managed to gain power, the sky had been pitch black and chaos had been the only thing that ruled the land of Gondora. If you didn’t follow the rules that now existed, you would get killed, tortured or your house and fields would be set on fire. Resistance groups were executed on the spot and burned, to leave no traces of them in Gondora. There were a few places where groups had tried to stand up to the Dark Lord and his armies, but the longest any group had managed to fight the army, was about three days before they would be completely annihilated by the strength and powers from the darkness and it’s powers. Life was no longer peaceful, no longer the something you could contain dreams within. Life had turned out to be a survival trial. There was no room for dreams of riches, of romance, of becoming famous or any of those kinds of things. The one thing people now dreamed about, were freedom and to see the blue skies again. But even that dream was a dangerous one to have and share. Should you be considered to have that dream, by the Dark Lord and his armies, you would be taken away to dungeon somewhere, and never be seen again. For that reason, most people had given up dreaming and had accepted that they now had to live in fear and darkness.

Though conquering one realm was not enough for the Dark Lord. There had been ancient texts that had suggested there was another realm that existed in parallel to this one. He wanted it, he was craving it, he needed to expand his kingdom and rule more. Chaos was what he needed and he would inflict it to as many places as he could possibly get his hands on, and conquering another realm would be something no other dark force had managed to do, at least to his knowledge. Since he had studied those ancient texts, he had his men start to conduct magical experiments to try and open the portal that should take them to the other realm. However, when they got it open, they were attacked by guardians, beings of different race that were positioned at the portal to make sure no one broke through to either side. These guardians were powerful, and they kept the Dark Lord’s army at bay for many many centuries. In the end, the Dark Lord got so frustrated that he sent all his warriors in at once, to take care of the guardians, and that was the end of the guardians.

Though while all this was going on, a former dungeon prisoner, who had escaped the dungeon, had been following his experiments closely. She was one out of ten people that had managed to escape the dungeon, after she had been locked up and tortured for years. She had kept herself hidden for so long, that they assumed she had died from her wounds after she had escaped, and therefore had stopped the search for their prisoner. Though reality was quite different. Nanna Tild had been hiding in an abandoned shed for a long time, near a forest. From here, she had killed every single warrior from the Dark Lord’s army that had passed through. Usually it was very small groups that came along, which made it easy for her to take care of. She was what they would have called a battle-mage, in the old days. A warrior that had mastered both magical abilities and handling weapons. She had kept doing this for a few years, until she found a note on an undead warrior that explained what the Dark Lord was trying to do. She couldn’t let him do it, she had to stop him no matter what the cost would be. She had gathered up clothing from all the warriors she had killed, and put them in the shed. She found a black robe that would completely hide her face and hair, and got dressed.

A month later, she had managed to infiltrate the ranks of the dark army, and she had gotten close to one of the mages that were doing experiments to open the portal. When the day came where the guardians were killed and the portal opened, that’s where she took action. The Dark Lord was standing in front of the portal, with a grin on his face. “Finally, our time has come to enter the other realm, and conquer it, like we conquered Gondora.” He grinned. “Prepare the army and the necromancers! Tell everyone to get ready for invasion." This was Nanna Tild’s sign. She dropped the robe and held a flaming sword in her left hand and a fireball in her right hand. “You’re not getting through that portal!” she shouted and fired her ball at him. The Dark Lord turned around and grabbed the fireball in his hand, before crushing it. “I see we got an infiltrator. I do believe I have seen you before…” he said, as he tapped his grey colored right chin for a moment. “Oh I know who you are now. You’re that woman who so kindly killed a general of mine in a small village. How did it feel when we destroyed that eye of yours, as a punishment?” he grinned. Nanna gritted her teeth “Doesn’t matter, you’re not getting through that portal!” she ran towards him now with her sword ready. “Your attempt is futile; you’re not going to kill me like that.” He said with a laugh. He raised his hand to get ready to strike at her. But at the last moment, she grinned at him “I’m not going for you.” She said, and then jumped right, just before she reached him, and entered the portal. He turned around to look after her “Get her! Don’t let her get away! She can’t become the reason we can’t invade! Follow her!” Though white magical chains appeared around the portal and wrapped it up tightly, though it didn’t disappear. While the Dark Lord had shouted, Nanna had come crashing out through a crack in the air, right in the middle of Paris, in front of the Eiffel Tower. She didn’t have time to look and see what was going on or where she was, or who was there, she used her powers to create those white chains and chain up the portal from both sides, buying herself some time.

Now she turned around to look at where she was and…it was different. She had never seen any of the things she now saw. Things that moved around on wheels, people wearing strange clothing, holding up small things and pushing buttons. She could see flashing lights from the small devices and hear people saying “Quickly! Send the picture!” she had no idea what these people were doing or who they were, but one thing was clear, they were just as confused as she was. There were also people who ran away, after she had displayed her powers, but humans will always be humans, and some couldn’t run away because of their curiosity for the very unusual and never before seen event that had just taken place. She didn’t know where to go, and she didn’t know what to do. Far away, she could hear some kind of warning noise, a kind of siren sound maybe. The sun was hot though, and it felt strange. She hadn’t felt the sun for so many years and she had forgotten what it felt like, and how the blue sky looked. She had missed the feeling, but now she was no longer in her own world.
Have moved first post to IC, as I made a mistake :P

Your english surpasses many native english speakers I know, so you'll fit in quite well.

Thank you very much :) My problem is just that I don't really know the grammar rules, so if someone wants me to explain rules, I just can't haha. :)
