Oh, this looks interesting. I was in a RP similar to this a few months back, and I have a couple of characters I could recycle from it. From the last RP it looks like Hansel and the Fairy Godmother weren't used, so I'll claim those if that's okay. I may make Terk from Tarzan too, but I'll let you know on that front.
Hey..! Welcome..! Yaay; so happy to see familiar faces getting involved in this roleplay..! Letting you all know in advance, this particular roleplay is my pride and joy, heheh <3
As for the characters you've selected; you're good on all fronts except for one... the character Hansel has already been selected and made as a character to be brought in by our Co-GM @YoshiSkittlez; however, if you want to follow along on that story line, I know that Gretel hasn't been made yet, however, ideas for a face-claim bounced around. If I remember right, the popular consensus for her was Ashley Benson, but then again I'm not quite sure if that's right or not...
Other than that, you have free reign over both the fairy godmother, and over Terk- just keep in mind that the characters that are depicted as animals (in this universe) are now human in nature. With this in mind; depending on which way you want to make Terk, I most can definitely see a possible connection with my character Kida (also mixed with Nala). But then it's up to you if that would be something you would like to explore; in this roleplay, the possibilities are endless..!
@Vicier
Thanks!! That's really sweet :) Mulan is my absolute favourite Disney movie - I sang my little gay heart out to Reflection (didn't matter if those high notes were impossible).
I'll probably read through more of the IC first before I impose on anyone. I have a rough character concept in my head, no faceclaim, and am in need of some sleep. Will reverse-engineer the CS layout from the ones in the tab once I'm more awake, probably!
Just to check - for the fairytale kids(?) that would have grown up in the modern day world - they'll be adults now, yeah? What would the age range/limit for those be?
Haha..! Oh my, we have that in common; I know all the songs from Mulan off by heart, and can never resist the urge to belt out reflections whenever I hear it come on on my Disney playlist on Spotify... actually, when any song from that playlist comes on... let's just say that my little brother oftentimes doesn't appreciate me when I pick him up from school or the train station, hehe- though I have to say, my main girl is Belle; and I'll put it out there, I'm never giving up my claim on her ;P <3
Depending on whether or not you want her to be on Earth to begin with (which I assume you do thanks to the last part of your message) I might be able to help you out a bit- particularly with a face-claim, the one that I had in mind was (admittedly) really gorgeous... like damn I wish I could pull off something like that...
-sighs- I twisted her story a lot to make her the daughter of the Emperor, in mine she never went to Earth, but instead was held as Shan Yu's prisoner inside the Palace while her father was locked away in the dungeons; and eventually her guards (Chien Po, Ling and Yáo) helped her to escape and get away x'3 Heheh; it was only after that, and meeting the other kids (as well as getting over the fact she only ever knew Chinese) that she was going to learn how to fight.
NOW; speaking of kids..! For those characters who go to Earth; to be considered one of the "children" they need to be between the ages of sixteen and twenty-one; as the guardians ages go from twenty-four and up. This means that any of the children that ended up on Earth had to go through the portal (any other way of getting to Earth must be brought up with me and have my okay first) between the ages of three and eight. The children spend thirteen years on Earth, and grow up accordingly- the longer you spend on Earth, the more you forget; the only exception to this is the guardians (because they have that strong connection to their world through the crystals).
So, for eg; my character Elsa went to Earth at the age of six. While growing up she would remember little things, "I'm a princess, daddy..!" and "I can make a snowman..!" but as she grows older, that sort of thing begins to die away... any memories she has of her life in Rivenspire begin to fade, and eventually she just thinks they were another story told to her; nothing more than a fairy-tale. Now, at nineteen years old, Elsa doesn't believe in things like witches, mermaids or pixie dust; and if you ask her, the only magic that exists is pizza and when you pop popcorn in the microwave without burning it. xD
EDIT: I'm putting up an empty CS Sample for the characters who go to Earth; feel free to use it as a guide.
