He shook his head lightly. "Not a lot of people. I've sanctioned a bunch of them in different areas. They don't exceed.. thirty residents? Something like that." He offered her a small smile when she rested against him. He leaned down, using his chin to ruffles her hair between her ears and then stood straight. He scrubbed the last pan and then lifted his hands and arms in the air to stretch with a groan.

"Okay, now we have to clean the back and clean the front and we can leave." He dried his hands, holding her so he could gently pull away without her tipping over. He then moved to the break room and grabbed more cleaning supplies from the closet in there. "I'll clean the front. Just wipe the counters down and slide the pan in the cooling racks to dry, then tip the bowls over and put them on the hooks above the sink."

As he talked, he gently released more pheromones. They smelled lovely, lavender bread almost sweeter because they held how calm he was. "The sanctuary is in the mountains. It's not known in the public world and only certain individuals can go there personally. I.. guess you could say I technically built it for anyone who was in need of someplace to hide away; especially from discrimination."

He glanced to her, scenting a little more and then letting it settle, not wanting to over scent her. "Since it's technically private, it has private security and everyone there carries scent patches, and there's scent blockers everywhere. There is heat or rut rooms, and only pairs may experience them together, otherwise you get stimulants to help you through a heat. The staff are very nice and even the residents are friendly. It's a very nice place."

Rowan gives a soft hum, looking to Willow for a moment before going back to scrubbing a pan. "Scenting is a release of pheromones. Typically it is done to help someone who is distraught to calm down. Like if I scent you right now, you'll be able to smell my scent stronger, since I'll purposely be pumping it out, but it'll carry the fact that I'm calm into the pheromones."

He frowned a little. "Usually though, more aggressive alphas will scent rooms or spaces purposefully and use their anger as a way to make susceptible omegas and alphas to comply. You probably smelled more of those than you did anything else if you're escaping from the Beowolves."

He pauses, looking to her again. "Do.. I.." He clenched his jaw gently, clearing his throat. "Would you like me to scent you? I don't know if you like my scent, but maybe it will help you calm down?" He offered a small smile to her, shifting the slightest bit behind her as he grabbed another pan to scrub.

"As for staying. I was planning on having you stay here anyway. I don't leave the house or the bakery unless I need groceries or ingredients. I'll probably only make one trip in the next few weeks and you are not obligated to come with me to do it."

"This is just my personal bakery. I come every half a year to open it for a month, then I head back to the main city.." He glanced to her, scrubbing away as he talked. He took a pan now that the bowls were all done. "I own the Petal Bread chains. The Floral bakery shops.. This is just a small homely shop I first started when I wanted to take baking seriously. I know all of the people in town and they know I open rarely.."

He set the pan aside, grabbing another. "As for you.. It's up to you what you want. I only have a couple more weeks here, but I don't mind dropping you off at a sanctuary on the way back to the city. It's one I trust explicitly so you'd be protected."

Rowan looked down at her, and gave a soft chuckle. "You can repay me by staying healthy and out of sight. I still need to figure out what I'm going to do with you when I have to leave." He leaned forward a little and went back to scrubbing. "If you need help, then I can take you somewhere that's like.. a private sanctuary, but I need to know if you want that."

A frown pulled at his lips. "I'm also a wolf and I don't want to cause unnecessary stress to you.." He glanced to her then back to what he was doing. "I'll make a few calls anyway and see what I can do.."

"I already told you at the house, I don't need help, and I told you that we would wait so I know exactly what needed to be cleaned." He set the bowl in the connected sink and started on the next one they were standing at. He was quick, scrubbing purposefully and quickly then put it with the other.

There was a soft chuckle behind her. "I already told you, you didn't have to start yet.." He set all the trays down next to her on top of all the others. It was thankfully another good day and he sold out again. He then moved behind her and leaned over, taking the bowl from her and scrubbing it himself, just standing behind her and hovering.

The wolf waited for the other wolf to be out of sight before he turned and ushered her into the back. He gave a soft sigh of relief, hands on her shoulders as they looked face to face. He then finally looked to her, and stood. "Still have a few hours left for the shop, then we'll go back.. and you'll want to explain things for me, little one." He brushed his fingers against her cheek before moving back into the front and pocketing the picture.

Rowan watched the man move forward, letting his arms rest at his sides. He tilted his head a little and looked to the picture on the counter. "Bunny folk? There aren't many of those around." He looked up and gently slid the picture back. "Can't say I've seen her though. Which clan are you from? I'll send a message over if I do come across her. Can't have something so fragile wandering about." He flashed the man his canines in a grin.
