Welcome to my interest check, I am WanderingNomad but you can call me Nomad! I am looking for some 1x1 RPs and have a few ideas but am always happy to listen to any ideas you might have or changes you might want to make to my ideas. Few rules, I do not play with anyone under the age of 18 as I am in my mid-30s. 18+ content is fine with me as long as its fine with you with a few exceptions (no sexual assault etc unless just implied and it serves the story). I am comfortable writing smut but not for smut’s sake and it certainly isn’t a requirement, I am happy to fade to black, but I definitely want romance in the RP. I tend to RP male characters but can and will RP female characters and I always RP multiple NPCs for the sake of the story.

I love OOC chat, but I will only RP or chat on here. The below ideas are not all inclusive and may change as the mood strikes. I will mark RPs as closed if I am no longer looking for partners for that particular idea.

Starlight Springs boasts a peaceful atmosphere, where time seems to slow down, and worries fade away. The town is dotted with cozy cottages, bustling market stalls, and winding pathways that lead to hidden nooks and crannies waiting to be explored.

As newcomers to Starlight Springs, our characters find themselves drawn to the town's idyllic beauty and warm hospitality. Whether they are seeking solace from the chaos of the outside world, pursuing their dreams of a simpler life, or simply searching for a fresh start, they have each other to rely on as they navigate the challenges and joys of life in Starlight Springs.

Beyond the confines of Starlight Springs lies a world ripe for exploration. From lush forests teeming with wildlife to mysterious caves and ancient ruins, our characters can embark on adventures together, uncovering secrets, discovering treasures, and forging memories that will last a lifetime.

Shortly after the arrival of our characters a devastating drought strikes and Starlight Springs, once known for its pristine natural springs and abundant water supply, now faces a dire threat as the once-flowing springs begin to run dry. The town's water sources are dwindling rapidly, plunging the community into a state of crisis. Crops wither, livestock suffer, and tensions rise as the townsfolk struggle to cope with the impending drought.

Amidst the parched landscape of Starlight Springs, our characters emerge as beacons of hope. Whether by fate or fortune, they possess the skills, ingenuity, and determination needed to uncover a solution to the town's water woes. As newcomers to Starlight Springs, they are uniquely positioned to make a difference and save the town from ruin.

Some ideas for how they can help:

Exploration and Discovery: Our characters embark on a quest to explore the surrounding wilderness in search of a new water source. Through perseverance and resourcefulness, they uncover hidden caves, underground rivers, or ancient aquifers that hold the promise of salvation for Starlight Springs.

Innovation and Engineering: Drawing upon their expertise as builders and craftsmen, our characters devise ingenious solutions to harness and distribute the newfound water source. Whether through constructing irrigation systems, water purification facilities, or rainwater harvesting techniques, they breathe new life into the drought-stricken town.

Community Collaboration: As they work tirelessly to implement their plans, our characters rally the townsfolk of Starlight Springs together in a united effort to combat the water shortage. Through community outreach, education, and cooperation, they inspire hope and solidarity among the residents, transforming adversity into opportunity.

Set during the 50th Hunger Games, amidst the chaos and danger of the arena, Haymitch unexpectedly finds himself drawn to another tribute (either from District 12 or another District). As they navigate the treacherous challenges together, their initial animosity gives way to mutual respect and eventually, a blossoming romance. As the Games progress, Haymitch and his newfound ally realize that the terms of the Quell allow for two winners. Determined to seize this opportunity, they form an alliance, combining their strengths and strategies to increase their chances of survival and emerge victorious together.

This RP idea is lightly inspired by Princess Diaries 2.

In the fictional kingdom of Aldoria, the crown is passed down through bloodline, and the next in line to inherit the throne is the Princess; however, Aldorian law stipulates she must marry before she can become Queen. As she approaches the age of ascension, the pressure mounts for her to find a suitable husband and secure the future of the kingdom. With the guidance of her advisors and the watchful eyes of the public, the Princess must navigate the complexities of courtship, diplomacy, and matters of the heart.

Also down for a zombie apocalypse RP, don't have much in the way of ideas beyond that but figured with a partner we could figure it out.
