Heroine

Leila possesses the ability of "weapon generation". From high-powered rifles to flails to recurve bows, she can create almost any weapon imaginable in under one second. She is incapable of creating weapons that have a blast radius larger than 20 sq.ft. in under 0.5 seconds. If there is a weapon that she wants to create that has a larger blast radius then she must spend longer doing so. In general, a 2 sq.ft. increase in said weapon's blast radius increases the generation time by five seconds. At the moment she is completely incapable of creating a weapon that can destroy an area larger than a city block. She is incapable of creating vehicles of any kind; meaning that she can not create airplanes, tanks, cruisers, helicopters, humvees, stealth bombers, etc.

As far as the mechanics of her powers go, if Leila wants to create more than one weapon then the creation time of each weapon is multiplied by the number of weapons being created. So if Leila were generating five M4 carbines then it would take the first M4 0.5 seconds, the second would take 1.0 seconds, the third would take 2.0 seconds, the fourth would take 4.0 seconds, and the fifth would take 8.0 seconds. In total, it would take Leila 15.5 seconds to generate five M4 carbines. If Leila were producing five different weapons, though, that 15.5 second generation time would be halved to 7.25 seconds. In addition to this, the inner workings and complexity of a weapon may also affect the amount of time it takes for Leila to generate it. For example, if Leila wants to generate a Gatling gun then it will take her far longer than one second to do so. However, simple weapons like clubs, swords, flails, bows, arrows, bullets, and semi-automatic rifles can easily be made in under 0.5 seconds. If she is generating a gun then Leila can only manufacture enough ammunition to fill two magazines worth of said weapon's standard ammunition. She is currently unable to create any additional ammunition after the two magazines are emptied. Leila can generate any accessories to a weapon, albeit one at a time, and, as such, the above rules also apply to creating weapon accessories.

Besides her ability to create weapons, Leila also possesses the ability of psychometry. This power gives her the ability to perceive the residual information of any object she is touching. Depending on its size, usage, and complexity, it can take Leila anywhere from thirty seconds to four hours to absorb all of the information from the object she is touching. If she is holding a weapon then Leila can also temporarily tap into the skills of any of the weapons's previous owners. Once she releases said weapon, though, she loses those skills until she regains control of the weapon. Leila's psychometry is incredibly draining and, as such, she rarely uses it. It also can't be used on living or dead organisms.

As a former officer in the elite Republican Guard, Leila has been trained in a variety of martial arts with origins from around the world. From kickboxing to judo to stick fighting she's learned it all and more. Leila prefers using slightly dated weaponry in her day-to-day life as she was trained using weapons that were primarily used during the end of the Cold War. However, that doesn't mean she can't handle a modern weapon. In addition to her martial skills, Leila is also a crack marksman who can easily hit any target, moving or otherwise, that is less than 250 meters away.

Leila is a big fan of Zastava Arms, a Serbian weapons manufacturer. As such almost all of the weapons she personally uses are of Zasatva Arms origin. Of the many weapons she generates, Leila usually arms herself with two Zastava M88 semi-automatic pistols, one M90 assault rifle or one M92 carbine, one M91 sniper rifle, and her titanium sword modeled after the Chinese jian.
