He was to be this new breed of hero who worked outside of bureaucracy and make evil tremble in fear.
And so Nicholas was put through vigorous training and pushed to his limits. He was trained in several martial arts and was especially superb at boxing and street fighting. He was also trained in marksmanship and the use of gadgets. After years of training, Nicholas asked his uncle why he had chosen him to become this new type of hero. Ivan explained that he was dying of cancer and didn't have much time left so he took him under his wing to make his dream become real.
Nicholas was upset at the reality that his uncle was dying, but he was also told that he would inherit his massive fortune and the mansion. And so for the next several years he would spend his teenage years going to train with his uncle for the entire summer as well as winter and spring break. When he turned eighteen he moved out of his parents house and went to live with his uncle to help keep things in order until he died.
On his uncle's deathbed, Ivan told him that he was ready to become the hero that society needed and handed him his will leaving everything to him. Right before he died Nicholas told his uncle that he would do what he wished and purge evil from the world. His uncle then died and Nicholas went on with their plans. Crafting himself a suit armed with gadgets and guns, he was ready to go to war with criminals as The Vindicator.
Nicholas began his bloody crusade against crime and he took extra pleasure in taking down villains with quirks and finding sadistic joy in their suffering. He is now a crusader that works outside of the law and bureaucracy to bring justice to those he deems a plague on society.

So, I was trying to figure out the racial abilities for a demon, and so far I'm torn.
Does candy beam and stone spit count as techniques or abilities?
Candy beam is a majin ability. Demons can have original abilities that don't appear in canon. As for stone spit I would refrain from that since it is kind of op at this stage of the story

@Weird Tales. To be honest, if I was playing Wild Dogs, I would say that Jack Wheeler felt inspired by The Punisher's work (since it kept making national news) to create Wild Dogs. He decided to become the mask so nobody else would ever lose their loved ones in his hometown of Chicago. Maybe it could be some organized criminal enterprise or just random gangs that he fights at the nights then he just has a regular job during the day. Chicago has some bad poor neighborhoods that you can have Jack live in and make some of the neighbors know that he's Wild Dogs, but they don't say anything to the authorities because he's doing a good job of cleaning the streets. You could have them be the reason why Jack keeps on being Wild Dogs even if he manages to kill the gang that got his family killed.
I don't know. I have no idea who Wild Dogs is, but everything else in the sheet seems fine to me. You shouldn't feel like that you have to restart with a different character.
EDIT: Hell, you could also change cities from Chicago to Detroit (or another city with terrible crime rates and lots of poor neighborhoods) and say that he's still Wild Dogs is because he wants to see the city doing better. And as a result, people make him into some sort of hero even if he kills.
