I have a few vague ideas that might work-we've already got some commies, and some 'umies. And my faction would in line with that.

There are Ogre/troll tribes in WHFB, if my memory serves well.
Ents can be a similar minor faction.
Especially when we have dark elves using corrupt treants. It might be an interesting reaction from the Ents to meet them.

Alot of lores boil down to animating and empowering different things undead honestly...soooooo....
