What do you guys think about general manpower of the entire duchy? It should not be too big since the duchy is pretty small and mostly mountainous. In my opinion should not be more than 6000 men in total. I saw some RPing guide regarding realistic army numbers that said about 5% of total population count would be professional soldiers. So the duchy would have a total population of about 120 000 people. That sounds reasonable, right?
Yes, but you will have less manpower being in the mountains. That's the trade.
Alright so excellent for mining.
Yup. Two or three mines. Majority of the mines will be down south, in Greinburg. That entire county is in the mountains. I was thinking Greinburg will be the mining hub of the duchy, Manburg has very fertile ground along the middle so perfect for agriculture and also some mining in the south, Rastenburg as well, Dobersberg is good for agriculture and cattle herding, Lichtenau is great for cattle and mining.
So when you say mining is it like mining of everything or will you randomize what is mined? Like gold, silver, copper etc?
Most likely will randomize. The ore being mined will determine the revenue from the mine, gold mines being the most valuable, then silver, iron, copper and coal. The most valuable mines are of course placed in the most mountainous parts.

How is the county of Laeutaeu?
Mostly mountainous as seen here:
As for population, predominantly German with a Slavic minority to the very north (Bohemians).
@Enalais Nah, I got nothing in particular planned. Do as you wish.
So... how about the county?
What do you mean?
I should probably start working on my family history if this serf rebellion is to take off...
Quick question though, do you plan to start the rebellion immediately as the RP starts or are you going to hold it off for a bit?
Looks fine... Also here is a mostly finished history. Please let me know if changes are needed also I will add in less important family members to be knights with villages later.
Looks great. Only few minor details that don't match. For Frederick von Hoffendolt the passage starts with "Albert". As for Bunenberg castle, it was under Oskar III von Rittenberg until 1396. when the lord died at Nicopolis.
Sounds great. Are there any changes I'm going to have to make or is it all good?

This is what I've got thus far. Let me know what you guys think.
Great family back story! Fits in perfectly with the story as well. You will probably going to get some land in the north, by the way.
