Hello! Nice to see you, eh?
I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.
I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

Well, that certainly ruined the image. It was difficult to act all proud and authoritative with such a scary boyfriend acting so puppy-like in his affection again. The hug threw the twin-ponytailed girl off of her game for a moment as she tried to process exactly why she was receiving this display.
Needless to say, she probably didn't look quite so high and mighty at the moment. More confused and surprised by it all.
Not that it wasn't plenty cute. Just odd for her to respond to properly at the moment.
"R-right... And don't do anything too crazy; I don't want either of you pulverized at the moment."
There. That was something, at least. Voiced reminders for safety were appropriate, right? She'd have to revisit this later.
His answer to the other girl was enough to remind Pico of her existence however, and she shook her head a bit. "David, you'll have to ask the teachers if you want a second partner."

There should also be one more character available to point people toward the first checkpoint when I get my next post up. In the meantime, feel free to post up anything else you can think of and start interactions if you want. The doll-like boy(?) sat on one of the stone statues featured circling the giant fountain in the center of this particular area, almost as if he had been there the whole time. Whether he actually had been or not, he certainly was there now, smiling playfully as he slipped off his perch and skipped closer.
"You scared me, you know? I thought you were actually in trouble. What are you doing in one of the Silent Courtyards, anyway? It's busy tonight, you know. Everyone's in the main courtyards and plazas already, so there's really no need to be here."
Dusting off the skirt of his brightly-colored outfit, the boy continued to speak as if he knew the girl, however unlikely such a thing might have seemed. Either way, he certainly didn't seem to care.
"We should really get back. You need to get your costume on before you get going, and we have a lot of guests to welcome. You can stick with me for a while, though! We can get your training done!"

The brunette shrugged in reply to the other girl. "I thought I had my map, but...it looks like I'll have to ask around for where to go after all. I'm not sure if I can get another one before the next class starts. I can ask another teacher, maybe, but I'd have to find one first. And that kind of sounds like it would require finding a classroom where one happens to be at the moment...maybe I'll just wait until after class. I can probably find my way back to the office at some point."

Nah, it's no problem. Like I said, it was a mostly inconsequential detail, I just wanted to be sure that I hadn't missed anything important.
