a dark raven, landed on a length of twisted birch wood, tree looking in appearance and a oval crystal ball on top.
"Cr-r-ruck Cr-r-ruck Cr-r-ruck" called Diaval from my staff.
"Please don't remind me! I know!" said the girl holding the staff with the raven on top of the crystal, standing in front of the building. she is now calling school.
"Cr-r-ruck Cr-r-ruck Cr-r-ruck" called Diaval
"stop being a pain in my side, and go brother mother!" waving my staff, trying to get Diaval off.
"Cr-r-ruck Cr-r-ruck Cr-r-ruck" called Diaval, flying off.
"finally!" making my staff disappear in a poof of smoke, to find two girls in from of me.
one talking to herself, while the other smiling with a outstretched her hand. "Are you a new student, as well?"

Alrighty, since questions are welcome and I always have as many as leaves on a tree, here we goes:
1.) This is AU of the Descendants, right? Or does this exist in the same timeline?

is magic allowed? i got my powers from my mother, turning into a dragon.
i got to the truck and looked through the stuff and found the magazine around some old clothes and items that were left in the truck. holding the magazine and thinking of ways i can use the metal. "i might melt it... no.... maybe make a weapon... no that doesn't work!" i mumbled to myself, walking around in circle, thinking of ways to work with the metal. when i saw Ven leave the area shouting a long stream of profanities. i looked over to sucker and amber and thought of an idea.
"Sucker, Amber!!" i yelled for the first time in my life, maybe surprising everyone and hoping that they didn't leave yet.
