Name: Dancia

Sex: Female

Class: Dancer

Starting Weapons: Silver Sword, Brave Sword

History: A swordswoman from parts unknown, she travels the world entertaining others with either her sword or her dances. She prides herself on her skills with both: even if her form is too flashy and her outfit far from professional as a soldier, the fact that she can dance circles around even the most disciplined soldier lets her earn her place among various armies and units. As for the woman herself, Dancia keeps it a close secret. All that she's been willing to reveal that she was orphaned from a young age and was once nobility, hence her skills. She doesn't intend to regain the title, preferring to obtain her own honor and prestige the way her ancestors did: by earning it. She is often chased by bounty hunters due to an incident in the Zenith Unions. The only problem is that she seems to be accused of many crimes, such as thief of a royal artifact, murder of a military captain, affairs with various nobility, and treason. Dancia assures anyone that cares to listen to her that these are all false accusations created by a rather influential crime lord due to spurning his advances during one of her performances, hence why these bounty hunters have to take her in alive for the bounty.

Personality: As befitting a dancer, Danica is confident in her abilities and isn't afraid to show off. She's brave in the face of danger whether it's an army of warriors or an audience numbering in the thousands. She loves being flashy and showing off even when a situation calls for subtly, and she always tries to leave some signature in order to make people know she has been there. Of course she also knows when it's the best time for something like this, so if the situation is dire enough she'll drop the flashy moves and use more practical, straightforward methods. But she won't enjoy it.

Danica enjoys flirting with men and women alike, and particularly is kind on shyer, more reserved individuals. She can respect those who stand by their convictions even against large opposition, or even if they're wrong, but not if they're ignorant about it. However Danica has a generally low opinion on royalty. To her, it's because they make a grand showing of how they're helping their nation with their actions, but rarely do they actually pull their own weight or put their skills to good use. And not just the ones who fancy themselves a warrior kings: she hates that some focus more on the warriors and not kings, leaving rulership to others so they could go and claim honor and glory instead of taking care of the people they're fighting for. Danica highly encourages altruistic actions such as donations or building schools, and hates the idea that they're raising young people to fight more wars in the future.

Danica has an immense fear of the dark. If she's in a place with absolutely no illumination, she'll completely drop her usual swagger and become much more violent and erratic as she tries to find some light. She can't even sleep without either a small fire or candle or moonlight. Even if she already is asleep, once the light goes out she will wake up so she can find or make more light. Dancia generally makes a lot of bad decisions once it gets dark.

I don't really have a favorite pairing. Kiran and Orbs?
@PaulHaynek

I don't mind if they're seperate characters. I just wanted to use that picture tbh.

I mean, I suppose she doesn't have to kill people, she just fights. And since she knows she can't kill people, she'll still go all out against them. And if she has or wants to kill them she'll just beat them into submission and then kill them with her bare hands or something, or have Feast do it.
@Silver Carrot

I was actually thinking of making a girl like that who was a shield, but they didn't have any possessed shields on the MGE. But I think Feast can at least pretend to be like that. She can be a real Yamato Nadeshiko type when she's trying. Kind, gentle, but still a living suit of armor that sucks the life out of you.

Ninja edit

@PaulHaynek

Sorry, I fixed it.
Appearance:
Name: Shatter and Feast "Knightmare"
Race: Cursed Sword and Living Armor
Magic/Abilities/Equipment:
Magic
Cursed Sword "Shatter" - Injuries inflicted from the curse sword can strike at one's spiritual energy instead of their physical bodies, creating wounds that are hot and throbbing instead of painful, but also slowly turns them into monsters. Though Shatter can just cut normally if she wishes to.

Shatter is unique compared to other Cursed Swords as her ability can be shared, partially: She can take a shard out of her sword to create a weaker, but still magical sword that she can give to others. They in turn gain some skills with a sword, enough for even a novice to match with a trained swordsman if he takes himself seriously. However Shatter can take these shards back whenever she wants. Additionally she can launch these shards as projectiles, turning them into swords mid-flight or even shattering her entire blade to create a Storm of Swords.

Living Armor "Feast" - Cursed armor is stronger and more resistant than any mortal armor could be, able to withstand attacks that would destroy others with ease. Even if they are somehow damaged either due to a powerful monster or some sort of magic, the armor can repair itself after a period of rest.

Aside from the usual abilities that Living Armor has, Feast can heal others using her own demonic energies. Alternatively, she can also feed off the same people, draining their spiritual energy to empower her demonic energy. She passively regenerates demonic energy, albeit very slowly, so if she needs to refuel she'll either need to find a safe place to rest or someone to drain energy from. She can gain demonic energy more effectively if she simply took it from other monstrous entities, however they're more capable of resisting and overpowering Feast.

Abilities
Cursed Sword "Shatter" - As a cursed sword Shatter has phenomenal swordsmanship skills despite having no prior training, capable of fighting against master swordsmen, large mobs, and even other powerful monsters. Her fighting instinct have been honed so sharp that she can defend herself even if she's sleepy, delirious, or blind. Her speed and stamina are also quite monstrous and she could fight for hours on end, though physically she isn't that strong. But that's hardly an issue since she relies on her skill with her sword, not brute strength. Shatter is a decent hunter and tracker which allows her to stalk her prey regardless of how far they go or how they escape her, even if they use teleportation magic.

Living Armor "Feast" - Feast is tough and good at protecting herself and others from attacks. Whether it's getting overwhelmed by multiple enemies or just one fast one, Feast can be trusted to stop all the attacks, even if she's not strong enough to actually take down the enemy herself. She prefers to wear the enemy out with both her energy draining attacks and simply letting them exhaust themselves. Feast is also quite an adapt and cooking, which she uses to placate Shatter.

Equipment
Cursed Sword "Shatter" - Nothing but the cursed sword. She doesn't even wear clothes, though the corruption from the cursed sword covers up some of Shatter's body like undergarments.

Living Armor "Feast" - Nothing but the living armor. As only a few people could see her incorporeal form, she doesn't bother with clothing. There isn't even anything to cover up. Occasionally she has some sweets to keep Shatter calm.

Personality:
Cursed Sword "Shatter" - Shatter is immature and always ready to fight. While she has the drive to kill and fight she doesn't really have the same interest in seducing men, and in fact see's men as her enemies that she must kill. Or maybe that's just how she shows affection. She thinks of Feast like an annoying babysitter and has always talked about how she doesn't need her, but secretly Shatter is thankful for Feast keeping her company for so long. Shatter has a weakness for candy and sweet things: give her some and she'll calm down immediately so she can eat them. Bitter food will also weaken her too, as it makes her sick and her movements become sluggish and less precise.

Living Armor "Feast" - Feast is lazy and often sleepy. She usually just lets Shatter do whatever she wants and tags along just for the ride. When she is awake Feast is quite mature, even motherly. She treats everyone nicely however there's a certain coldness in her tone that makes it implied that if they don't listen to her they will regret it. She see's Shatter a lot like a little sister or daughter, so while she does worry that she gets into trouble, she always feels proud whenever Shatter manages to take care of herself. Feast _hates_ bugs even if they're harmless and will faint at the sight of them. If she's too scared to faint she'll likely try to run away, only fighting if she's trapped.

Background: Shatter and Feast do not remember anything from their past lives as humans. All they could guess is that they were both fairly young women before they fully succumbed to the objects they're bound to. The two of them met each other in an abandoned ruin. Shatter, having just finished an epic battle with an army of undead swordsmen, was just wandering through the ruin for somewhere to sleep. She found a comfy looking coffin that unknown to Shatter, Feast was inside of. Feast was also asleep but when she woke up she found Shatter sleeping inside of her armor. Instead of trying to consume her for demon energy like she usually wound, she just went back to sleep. Eventually they were both awaken by adventurers trying to steal their sword and armor respectively, so they killed the adventurers.

Since then the two just have been inseparable. Even though Feast spends most of her time asleep and Shatter never really has anything planned, whenever the two are active they work well and get along. Shatter's Cursed Sword can cause spiritual energy to seep out of her opponents, which Feast's own unique magic can siphon to fuel her own Demonic Energies. In turn she can heal Shatter during a fight, undoing any wounds she might've sustained from fighting or elsewhere. Feast also helps guide Shatter in solving puzzles or dealing with problems that can't be solved with violence, like dealing with people. Feast helps keep Shatter's bloodlust in check, but when something scary or powerful comes along, Shatter can protect Feast.

After many years of wandering terrorizing the world as "Knightmare", Feast heard about a guild for monsters. After explaining to Shatter that a guild is a place where they could get paid to fight people, they decided to find Bart and join.

Favorite Monster Girl: Arachne are my waifus.
Hello. Would it be okay for me to join if the only Fire Emblem game I've ever played is Heroes? I know a bit about the world lore and some parts of Awakening and Fate's, but I'm not really privy to the entire verse. I am interested in just playing a character that could suit this setting though.
In Hiya 7 yrs ago Forum: Introduce Yourself
Hello, my name is Zaphander. If you know where that name comes from, hello you hollowed freaks.

I've been roleplaying for about three years now, but I wasn't really feeling for it on most websites. I hope this place is different.

I should warn you that I'm not often on, so if you'd like me to join your RP but have fairly fast posting speeds, you may want to reconsider letting me join. But if you're noob friendly, have a chill pace, and can tolerate some of my shortcomings, then I hope you invite me.
