David continued firing his rifle. He cut through the streets, and into a alleyway. His heart pounding. The feral ghouls didnt seem to notice him. He rose a eyebrow seeing the scene between two men and a woman unfold. One of them aiming a gun at her. He took out his 5.556 pistol. "Put the gun down." He ordered, the man walked back into the building, but the laser dot was on her.

David counted his bullets. He sipped his canteens and walked down Northern commonwealth. The air was cold, almost nothign like the Moajave heat. The hispanic man loosked around commonwelth. NCR officials said some of the Brotherhood was here. They had some kind of robot called Liberty Prime. They wanted him to represent them, even though he wasnt technically a ranger. The Brotherhood and the NCR had a treaty and the NCR wanted to see if they will be welcomed to Commonwealth. Memories of the day the rangers defeated the legion at Hoover Damn once more, came to mind. The defeat was won, thankfully to a mysterious courier. The Mojave was safe from the Legion. But NCR wanted to be ready encase the Legion or any foes come there way. He was also sent down to find any remaining Caesar's legion officials.

He lit a cigarette as he stopped for the moment.. He checked his map. There was supposed a few abandoned houses nearby. Might be some caps, or supplies. Then something sounding like a can tipped over. David turned aiming his hunting rifle. "Who's there? Show yourself!" THere was word of feral ghouls being here. A hiss was heard and he saw them. The hispanic cursed and fired a shot, knocking a ghoul back. 4 more revealed themselves. "Shit!" He cursed and shot another bullet. The ghouls roared and began charging at him.

He left but still did work for the NCR. However he is trying to build bridges ton other facctions so they will work with the NCR

Anything else not included above:While he is loyal to the NCR, he doesnt consider himself a ranger. He does work for them and will fight for them, but he will help out other factions. He will never do work for Caesars legion and will kill any legion member he sees. He does want to help Unite other factions. He does consider himself a mercenary

-Bio(?): David is the adopted son of Legatte Rikke, and remembered her during the war. He planned on joining the legion but heard of the travels of the legendary Dragonborn and all his deeds. He decided to travel the plains of skyrim, training his skills as a warrior. But had to fight a normal dragon. Reading a spell book he found in a dungeon, it turned out to be Sparks. This spell helped him take down the dragon. He decided to head to winterhold and learn more of destruction.
