With other people navigating Kythe was able to let his mind wander while he mindlessly followed. He was dwelling on the meal they had before setting off, it was the best he's had in a long while. It was an enjoyable meal even even if he got some strange looks when he was crunching through the bones for the marrow. He was finally broken from his reverie when they came upon the next town and found it under attack. It didn't take long before three of their party were rushing to it's aid.

Seeing nothing else for it he followed as well, coming up to the edge of the town and only needing to deal with one of these orc-things. He took cover behind a building there and peeked out to see Leila rushing toward the center of town. He didn't thing it was the best idea to go rushing into the center of this, especially if Sven was here, but he'd wait here until he could get an opening to help her or until he found out where Feon has got to.

Tysetaz stood a bit of a distance from Sven overseeing the sacking of the town. For the most part the town guard were kept at bay by the orcs but a few were able to slip by and go for him, but those few were swiftly dealt with by Valerica allowing him to oversee things in relative peace. At least until a knight, one apparently capable of magic, came cleaving through most of the orcish puppets he was commanding and stopped a ways from Sven, calling out to him. Seeing this knight's initial charge Valerica was about to charge after her but Tysetaz held out his staff to stop her "Not yet" With that he waited to see what the knight was up to.

@Cuccoruler well then right now I'm waiting on either @Lightning or that time skip.

Nybras was a bit surprised by her sudden teary outbreak and admission of being made fun off, what she was even mocked for spirits only know. He turned to the teary-eyed succubus and put his hands on her shoulders and smiled "well them I'll just teach you then right" he glanced at the paper quickly "hmm, I don't know if I could teach you in one class though, but there may be something we could try together right now if you're up for it" he smiled at her again.
Kythe watched Kolonis as she sacrificed the rabbit he brought with a quick incineration, before returning right back to her seat. He decided to leave her to whatever she was doing for now and turned around. Jason seemed to have wandered off after his sacrifice, that knight whose name he still has yet to hear, he really must get that fixed, has taken her deer off with Tony to get it prepared for cooking, at least they'd get a feast out of this as well.

Garen and the other elf were still standing about though and he figured he might as well meet some of the people he doesn't know yet. He walked up to them both but spoke more to the elven woman "Excuse me, you were one of the later arrivals yes? I recognized your friend here" Kythe made a gesture at Garen "but I don't believe I know your name" he stepped back slightly and gave them a slight bow before extending a hand in greeting "My name is Kythe Vazarin"
@ArenaSnow I know she's a mage but turning a rabbit into a chicken? interesting trick...
Kythe's eyes widened slightly and he blinked in surprise at the number Feon gave these 'rare' texts. One ancient magic text per town, granted she said that was if they were lucky so they likely aren't quite that frequent but still, he knew at least one scholar from his home that would give his left horn to get at that many texts. He chuckled loudly at the thought of young Nybras running around here and driving the humans mad.

As some others made their own sacrifices to the statue he realized he was getting a bit behind and so he left to get his own, thinking he'd try for a stag like the knight caught. Even with the presence of undead in the village the lack of many living people meant that the wildlife was creeping back into the area so he didn't have to go far. He stalked through some bushes as he closed on a promising deer, bursting out and tackling the thing before it got to far. They thrashed around a bit before Kythe landed a headbutt and knocked it out with his horns.

Before he went to carry it back he remembered that he was going to find something for Kolonis while she studies the magic in the area. He left the stag where he could find it again and set about finding another critter. After a bit of holding still and glaring he managed to get his hands on a rabbit, tying the thing on his waist so he could carry the stag back to. Unfortunately, it seemed he's taken long enough that the thing had woken back up an run off. He sighed and effectively facepalmed.

He finally returned after another short venture that netted him a smaller doe, carrying it over one shoulder as he walked up to the statue. He laid it out on the base and brought his head down to snap it's neck with his fangs and powerful jaws. He shuddered lightly as the little wisps flew into him but otherwise didn't feel much different. With that done he stood back up and walked over to Kolonis, holding the rabbit he caught out to her "Here, the rabbit I promised" he smiled while the little thing blinked at her curiously.

Kythe waited a moment longer after Kolonis shrugged at him, when it became apparently that that was her only response he said "I'll uh, try and get you a rabbit then" and turned back toward Feon to see the knight who's name he's still yet to hear returning with a deer, prompting an impressed comment from Feon followed by an explanation of the limitations and drawbacks of the statue.

Kythe walked the rest of the way toward them, stopping short to stay out of the way of Feon rock and the falling goose. He followed Feon after she caught the bird and went to greet the latest newcomer to this group, meaning to ask a question when she finished speaking "So, how limited are these texts and writings?"
@Cuccoruler I can assure you that my schemes still involve the generals
<Snipped quote by Zetsuko>

Oh that does sound like fun! And use that power to reanimate the demons she absorbed as mindless beasts!

or maybe turn the table and put her at Alionna's mercy >:D preferably when Leila and her are starting to get just a little friendly, divide this group up again

huehuehue
It seemed that everyone was getting into groups more of less, it wasn't quite total unity but it was something. Following Feon regaining control of her body another latecomer showed up, someone Garen recognized apparently, and several other split off to go find their own sacrifices out in the nearby woods.

Kythe turned his attention back to Feon, finally standing back up again and hefting his blade onto his shoulder "I could help you track down a deer" He took a few steps toward Feon before stopping for a second to look back at Kolonis "I take it you might want to study the magic left behind by Sven more? I can try to bring back a stag or such for you should you want" He looked the sorceress up and down once more "heh, if you even need one that is" He'd wait for a response before setting off
