Not quite. It was inspired by a text/ASCII-designed adventure called "A Dark Room". I wanted to give substance to it, at least for an intro into this RP. :)

As he recalled his memory, he remembered one important aspect of how the Guild works: walk straight in any direction and soon you would find yourself in another setting. So he closed his eyes and spun himself, trying to pick a random direction, then opened his eyes and walked in the direction he was looking at when he opened his eyes.


Muse would be so proud. :D

Not at the start, no. Bear in mind that they're all just roleplayers who got sucked into all this - normal roleplayers like you and me.
