The sound of a bullet being fired echoed throughout the area, and almost instantly a spot on the ground mere inches from Allen kicked up dirt. "Don't move, Allen" jason ordered, gwttig the man's name from the others. "Unlike the others I will not hesitate to terminate you." He says and fires another round on the side of allen.

The first round was of no affect of Allen but the second one got to close and disintegrated before it could ever pass him, Allen turned towards the shooter, "Ellen!" The ground around him started to crack and heat up as Allen seemed to go supernova and looked at the shooter with keen eyes, "Where is my wife!!!???" Allen completely started to glow until he was a supernova of nuclear heat in the shape of a human, The flames from Al slammed right into him harmlessly, "SHE CAN'T BE DEAD!!!" He slammed the ground with rage, "IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ME!!!" Allen turned again this time looking over the headstone with her name on it and kneeling down to try and touch it only to have part of it disintegrate in the shape of his hand. Allen stumbled away, "I failed...My serum was supposed to preserve her...She could outlive anyone...How did she..." Allen started cooling slowly until he was only glowing slightly, He then knelt right in front of the headstone and started sobbing hard, "She should be alive..."

The new rage Allen displayed before Jade stirred something inside of her, the other half that had been sleeping peacefully up to this point. "Damnit." She hissed under her breath, looking around at everyone else nervously. "We can't wait any more." Moving so that Allen could clearly see her coming Jade began walking slowly, but deliberately, in his direction. "I know you're upset but you have to pull yourself together now. You have two choices before you now, calm down and come back with us... Or kill me in my attempt to force you." She took another step forward, taking a shaky breath. Just a little closer... Come on Allen, cool down just a little more.

Jason jumped from the helicopter when Allen started heating up, acting on inatinct to get away. He got lucky, because his skeleton was just a little stronger than it used to be and he hit the ground without breakig or really hurting himself, though he left a small dent in the soft dirt. He had his sniper away and pistol in his hand. Aimed until Allen began to cool down. Then the boy put away the gun. He heard Jade's talking. "Back away. He's still dangerous." Jason warned her. He had no idea why, but he felt the need to protect this girl. Maybe he was just instinctivley protective? He didn't know. Nor care.

Al gritted his teeth as the fire bounced off Allen harmlessly. "Dammit Allen!" He covered his entire body in flames as he flew closer. They were here now, the sirens were deafening to him now. He didn't want this. The government would see this, they would perceive them as threats and would lock them away or hunt them down. For the first time in a long time he was scared, something he hadn't been since his father was around. He had solved that problem and by god he would solve this one. His entire body caught flame and once again the flames took form into a giant flaming wolf. "Allen! This is your last warning, don't make me do this!"

Rowan was watching all this unfold, and to be honest kinda panicked. He considered putting a spike inside the box. The spike formed, a narrow and slender thing made of lead. Rowan sighed, looking down at Allen. "I am leagues above you, and yet when I look down I feel the urge to cry." Feeling a desire for mercy, he simply broke the spike into a group of small hand-sized fists made of lead. He started to hail them down one by one, the eight fists all hailing down. His box remained stationary, and he just waited for results.

"I'll take care of the government " Jason says and runs off to hide behind some of the maloseums in the xemetary. He brought up his rifle. Boom a shot echoed, followed by the sirens getting weaker and some cars crashing. Jason had shot the engine block in the car and destroyed it. Causing the engine to fail and the car to spin out and others to hit it. He pulled back the bolt and fired again. Another car went down. Then he spotted something in the air. A helicopter. "Guys they got a helicopter. I can't bring it down without killing those inside. Do I engage?" He askes the others. Wanting to know if they were willing to have blood on their hands

"No, Al should do it. Seeing a flying man might freak them out and distract them for a while. We can handle this." Jade turned her attention back to Allen, carefully avoiding the blocks of lead falling from the sky. "Whatever happened to her it isn't your fault. You didn't force her to do anything, trust me if you had you'd be a little more like me. I don't want to hurt you so your choice still stands before you. This can be done gently, or violently. Choose."

The sound of Jason's shot echoed throughout the graveyard, giving Jack a hint as to what was going on. He approached Allen too, along with Sky. The disturbance she could cause to sound waves might have provided her with some protection against radioactive waves, but for all he knew he was totally exposed to radiation. He had to move quickly.

"Sky is right, Allen. Besides, look around you. Look at what kind of danger you are putting your team. We avoided being lab rats once, only for it to happen now? And if that's not enough, think the place you are destroying now. This is the resting place of your wife! Do you intend to destroy it along with her?" he said in a demanding tone.

Allen dropped against the headstone as his energy died out completely and the radiation in the area poured back into him making it safe to be there, "I..." He traced his fingers along her name, "It was all my fault...I knew the serum wasn't ready...But...She was so trusting of me..."Allen stood up quickly a confused look in his eyes, "Wait a second...I made a serum to preserve her, to keep the cancer at bay...she can't die...she can only drop into stasis..."Allen stepped back and with exact precision disintegrated the ground in the shape of the grave until the only thing left was her coffin. to the others this must of looked horrific but Allen cared little and with ease lifted the coffin out and onto the ground next to the grave. He prayed silently that he was right because if he wasn't he was going to lose it for good. Allen slowly lifted the lid and there she lay perfectly preserved like the day she had been buried, "She wanted her burial to be all natural...She wasn't prepped for burial...She was simply buried..." He placed a hand on her, "I have the antidote to bring her out of stasis..." He turned to his friends, "Please you have to trust me...shes been buried for four months...and she looks new...Shes still alive...the serum provides the body with everything it needs to survive for up to 30 years in stasis...but someone else has to wake you up...I thought the serum hadn't taken affect...It must have kicked in when she went into shock..." He looked around, "Please...you have to help me get her out of here..."

"That's most probably the easiest part...Just take your wife and fly away from here and return to the mansion! Oh and cook the spaghetti I left in the kitchen...Everybody is probably starving by now!" Jack said calmly.

He once again used Sky's ability to communicate with the others.

"Everyone else gather here and let the policemen reach the graveyard...I will talk to them! Just pretend to agree with anything I am about to say to them! In any case, if anybody goes wrong, we are getting out of here by force...But we don't kill anyone!"

(Ok, I just need Drakeonis to be a cop so I can start a conversation...Will you do the honors Al? :P )

Al floated down to Allen still covered in the image of the Hellhound. "I'll back you up. If they shoot I'm shooting back." There was practically an army of cops in front of the cemetery. All of them were pointing of there weapons at them,

The police chief holstered his gun and slowly approached Jack. Al moved closer as he did so to warn him not to try anything funny. The cop tilted his head, alerting Al to a group of snipers that had their sights trained on him. The cop flashed a smug grin at his expense before addressing Jack.

"We have orders to take you all into custody."

Jack remained silent for a few seconds before answering so he could carefully make his choice of words. Then he said:

"Officer, I shouldn't be so rash to make that kind of statement. Not after saving the whole city from nuclear disaster..."

Jack was a natural at making a poker face and keep his expression from betraying him. The only person who could probably know he was lying would be Sky, who could hear his heartbeat.

"The Vitus were informed of an experiment one of our team, Dr Willows was conducting about a serum related to radiation. I don't have the knowledge to explain it, but apparently they could modify the serum and turn it in a radioactive virus for mass murder. They came here convinced that they could extract some of the serum from the body from the deceased Ms Willows and as you can see violated her grave. Fortunately, we managed to stop them before they could make it and the husband took his wife away to give her a proper burial. Please inform your superiors about the situation. Of course, you can ignore what I said and take us into custody, but don't expect us to gladly cooperate in case of a Vitus assault! And before you ask, my last statement is clearly a threat!"

Jack's final words were to reverse the situation and make clear that they weren't the least bit scared of the police.

One of the snipers yelped suddenly in surprise. As Jason handcuffed him and held his gun to the man's head. He took the man's radio. "Once this little situation is resolved favorably, I'll be more than happy to release this man. But until that point I intend on making sure your men don't try to pull a fast one on us" Jason says into the radio.

Rowan sighed, squatting on the rooftop he'd been at for a while now, looking down below. "Eugh, I can't even see what's going on." He started to sculpt his box meant for Allen into a big brick, though on closer inspection, it seemed to be composed of little lead needles. The thing floated in midair as he worked, trying to give each one of the things a jagged edge and a slight curve, making them into harder to remove 'hooks'. He looked down, trying to discern who he'd needed to slam his mass of lead hooks into.

Jade was ready to bolt but the arrival of the cops made that rather difficult as she swayed unsteadily on her feet. The beast standing beside her moved closer as her legs gave out underneath her. Her hand brushed through his fur as her body hit the ground, finally out of fuel to keep going. "We need to give you a name, beasty." She sighed as her eyes fought to stay open. The beast whined and nudged her, trying to get her to stand back up, but she had already fallen asleep, chest rising and falling steadily as she slipped from consciousness. "Spade." Her voice was calm, almost airy as if she weren't fully there in that moment. "Do me a favor and don't mention my name to Sky, she might freak out."

Allen had taken Ellen and shot off into the air at such speed that it had vibrated the ground but this hadn't fazed Allen a bit as he knew his own limits and taking off would only damage the area if he was heated which he couldn't be because he was holding Ellen. Now he was flying and deciding where to go, he needed a lab and a big one at that. "My lab...Its still under my name..." Allen forced himself to speed up and after a few minutes he had arrived at his building, "Willow Industries...You're a sight for sore eyes." Allen floated to his main lab window and simply melted the glass before floating him and his wife inside. Allen laid her down on the testing bed inside and then took a moment to look around at everything. This was where it all started and if he was right...This was where it was finally going to be set right. He turned all the machines on and stepped over to the Serum drip, "Here goes nothing..." He slowly started stabilizing the Nuclear element inside the serum until it was the same color glow that he gave off. Allen walked over to Ellen and took a deep breath and prayed a silent prayer, "Please..." He slowly injected her with the new serum and then stepped back. After a few minutes color started returning to her face, Allen flipped on his scanners and watched in awe as every bit of cancer in her body slowly faded into nothing, "I did it..." Allen started sobbing and hugging his wife who was now sleeping peacefully. Moments later Ellen started opening her eyes and looking around, "A-Allen..." He hugged her tightly, "I'm here my love...I'm Here..." She slowly wrapped her tired and frail arms around him, "You did it didn't you? You made it work..." Allen sobbed and nodded, "I did it for you...I have missed you beyond what words can describe...But...Something has happened...The Vitus...I was kidnapped...I was changed...Altered in my DNA...But...Its also the reason you were saved..." Ellen didn't know what to say at first, "W-What did they do to you exactly?" Allen stepped away from her and smiled, "This..." He started to glow and then started floating a bit, "They gave me the power to stabilize a nuclear molecule..." Ellen forced herself to sit up and look at her husband, "You are kidding me! Thats the next step...that push humanity needed!" Allen dropped and let himself turn back to normal before hugging her tightly, "We have a much nicer place to live now...I made some really special friends..." Ellen raised an eyebrow and Allen just laughed, "You'll see." He picked her up and pulled out his cellphone quickly and texted Jack, "I'm going to need a Lab in the house...I found something that we all need...I'll be at home." Allen then shot out of his lab holding his wife close just feeling her heartbeat as they flew.

Sky collapsing was enough to make Jack anxious about her health. It was obvious that it would happen sooner or later, considering that no one got time to rest from the time they got back from the ship. Jack gently lifted Sky off the ground and moved through the police, without the slightest hesitation. It was a dangerous move, but he knew he could trust his safety to the others. Without the slightest sign of fear, he said to the chief of the police squad:

"This girl needs to get some rest...if what I said before didn't convince you enough, I shall change my tactics...Move!"

Al grinned wide. "You tell him Ja-?" He was cut off by three darts embedded in his chest, coming from seemingly out of nowhere. "What....the hell?" Al fell face first onto the ground his hellhound flames fading as he lost consciousness.

Spade had followed Jack, trying to stay as close to Sky/Jade as possible and roared as soon as he saw Al go down. But he couldn't do anything at all before he was riddled by the same kind of darts that Al had been shot with. With one last roar the beast fell forward and passed out.

This was not the efforts of the large police force that had amassed to stop them earlier, no this was a much more powerful and skilled force who had managed to sneak up on all of them while they were distracted. Out of nowhere a figure dressed in all black appeared in front of each member of their small superpowered group and held them at gunpoint. A girl dressed in black like the rest of her cohorts aimed at Tranq gun directly at Jack. "Mr. Spade, the U.S government would like a word with all of you. Please come willingly, if not..." She pointed to Al. "I think you get my message."

The group's options were astonishingly limited despite their unique powers. Al and Allen, the team's powerhouses were out cold and missing repsectively, the beast was also asleep, he himself could not do anything with Sky in his hands and with Al at gunpoint there was not a chance they could get away unharmed. Jack sighed and looked at the ground, before looking at the female agent and replying:

"I suppose that even if I didn't come willingly, you would just drug me as well and take us with you either way. So, one way or another, you get what you want. I might as well follow you, but if my team's live are in danger..." he said and glared at the gun that was held at Al's head, then continued "...then don't expect me to be as cooperative as I am now..."
