Personality:
Cunning, cautious, spiteful and playfully argumentative,materilalistic, judgmental, arrogant, idealistic, callous, deep hatred of those who abuse power, looks down upon those who let themselves be used, enjoys hurting bad people, and has a warped sense of justice. When emotional, he has a hard time holding back his power. Has always had a disdain of mankind and all of its scum, no man was safe from his judgement; and at the same time calm, but quick to anger can be rash and reckless on the attack but always thinking ahead. Willing to sacrifice a lot to kill his enemy, has no perception of value of human life, he once burned down an entire village to chase down the guy that stole his bag of silver. People to him are just things to be used or burned if it would help him destroy his enemy. There is almost no light to his person despite the low flame that burns deep within him. All he wanted was the power to save his family that night, when he accidentally burned down his house defending it from raiders attacking his village; he was fourteen at the time. On top of killing his only remaining family and having lost his home; Earth, this fucked over planet had gone to shit, everybody was either being oppressed by the army or mindfucked by politicians and dwelling in denial. Some people he thought he could trust turned to be too violent for his liking and needed to be put down. He found it revolting, people letting their self-preservation slip away.. Society was a joke to him now, hopes, dreams, love, all just things that people use as a crutch to feel ok with getting ripped off beaten or sneered at. The only form of resolution Shida was ever concerned with, was execution by flaming. (Will reveal more about him inG)
History:
He mastered the bow from a very young age, being the best of all his contests at school, but that didn't stop the others from calling him a freak. Ever since he discovered his power, he had always been alone, estranged from others, afraid of hurting them. He knew something was different about him; he felt as though the flames spoke to him telling him to kill. There was no more fear of death, along with that, his value of life. He found himself quite attuned to the chaos of this broken land, he loves risking his life and feeling alive in combat. But as he began to use his power, he saw the destruction, and complete helplessness he could make others beg for their lives while holding the fire in his eyes to them. Being trapped in the his isolation of his own power, he forgot what friends were like, what care and love were. He hardly enjoyed the friends he made, they were all either trying to use him from the start or brag to him about something he didn't have time for. There was a burden that came of this long and desolate world, pressed into him. But he wasn't going to let this rotting planet stop him from shaping the world around him. Sometimes he thought he noticed if there were forces at play that he could not see, people acted strange sometimes and never lived up to there dreams, happy people commit suicide, experienced unnatural confusion. These were all ailments of an anonymous plague that infected the minds of people here, but he has never been sure. In his eyes people were not what they once had been to to him, not willful. The strangest thing was, no one else saw it; but him it seemed. Losing his faith in humanity, he had turned to face an even darker side of his depression. Cut off from human life constantly finding himself exiled from everywhere he went. He ended up joining a band of cutthroats and sharks, misfits, he hid his powers from them as long as he could, learning to fight, and use fear as his weapon without much help from his ability's. As they stalked the wastes together, he eventually became a master of espionage, taking out caravans and looting rich peoples ordered goods. No matter how many guards there were or how many of his comrades died, he always lived on.. During a raid he conducted one night he lost control of his powers just for a moment, it was a close with a gun a merchant unexpectedly had. At that moment, he exposed himself as; a freak. When one of his comrades began to call him out, he slaughtered them all without a second thought. He took what food and gold he could could carry, then walked away. Behind him a pile of burning scum and bloodstained swords in the dead of night, he was truly, alone.
Feel for element:
Shida can create fire by focusing his energy somewhere he can see. He could potentially light a person or house/object on fire, without anyone having seen it was him. He prefers to fight at a distance with a bow firing exploding arrows at foes, lighting his targets on fire and killing any witnesses before anyone can know what happened. Tactics are whats important to him, assuring victory in the first seconds the beginning of the fight. Killing his enemy is always the number one priority. If things do heat up for him he can usually find a quick way to escape as he is very agile. He is a skilled fighter as well, wielding his proclaimed The Blade of Scorn that he manipulates uses to launch quick arcs of flame; not to shabby at decapitating a head either. Aswell as his flame whip Firedancer to trip up his enemies with. If caught without his weapons or to take down surrounding foes he can summon fire to incinerate his foes in a great cage of flames although he will be vulnerable to attack afterwards from energy depletion. Or he can fight through his enemies Releasing fire balls through his hands and legs quickly showing prowess in movement and escape. Drop attacks, evasive strikes, getting in between foes ect.
Enchanted items:
Bow of The Undying Flame - Shoots explosive fire arrows. Firedancer, a flaming whip that trips up his enemies quickly, and Wrath of Scorn a sword that shoots flaming arcs with each slash lighting distant and close foes ablaze.
Pet:
A Phoenix named Tath that he can share a mind with and get a tactical overview of the battlefield beforehand and send flying into enemies to explode and ignite and area. Can also pick up Shida and carry him to heights and away from danger to get a vantage point. He shares a strong sense of companionship with Tath, as he feels she is the only one who truly cares about him.
