It's approved. Though I think 800 million would be more appropriate. And your temperatures can reach 200+inland away from the coast

I was thinking that, but the high temperatures, along with the nomadic ways of the Incultans, would not allow the region to sustain that large a population. I did adjust it to 450 million, though, just taking numbers of the current population of Middle Eastern countries.
