That is not at all what he said.Whether you posted either here or in the OOC first is irrelevant. It is the quality of your God's CS that he will be judging, not what time you happened to be online.
Lucian said If somebody makes a CS for a God that's similar to yours, but better, or more well put together, I'll be picking theirs. Just keep that in mind.
