Eh, again, difference in opinion. I've had plenty of people stare me in the eyes before stabbing me in the back and I've lied to plenty of people while looking them in the eyes. Not that hard to do, just a skill like any other. It can be mastered.

I don't really feel like arguing about it though, that's just my .02 dollars. Take it or leave it.

I am not proud of this but eyes can easily deceive as well, all too often before I've had to lie and it may not have been easy but I can give sob stories and false feelings through my eyes. Only my fiance and maybe three other people can tell that I am faking it. It's an easy skill to master yourself, now torture and what not yeah that breaks people, and trapping them in their own lies is another.

Opinion same as Athos don't wanna start anything.

He could test your convictions and say "You want to fight the Unity? Well, show me. I need ______ done, if you think you have the mettle to join us return when it's done or don't return at all."

Actions speak louder than words.

Or he could torture you. That would be fun also.

All I'm saying that if inflitrating the group is that easy, I'm honestly surprised that nobody like Cole ever got in and killed Angelo.

And the 'trust' thing, trusting your teammates is fine. Trusting someone you met five seconds ago because they seem like a nice guy is just plain stupid though.

Yeah a spy character would actually be fun to play as an infiltration unit. Of course then we get into PC knowledge (player character knowledge) and Player knowledge which I've noticed in a lot of other rps people have a hard time distinguishing one from the other.

There were holes in your logic to begin with. I was just pointing them out.

Once again, nothing personal against you. But saying that you built an international terroist network through 'trust' is implausible to say the very least.

If all everyone needed to do was 'trust' people, Abraham Lincoln wouldn't of got assassinated, Kennedy wouldn't of gotten shot, and 2Pac would still be rapping.

Before I get labeled as a complete pessimist, it's okay to like people. But trust is something that's earned, not given. Unless you want an early funeral.

On another note, it took me this long to realize that Cole is walking straight toward Jester.

Indeed. Terrorists you are. *channeling yoda*
He who throws stones at government buildings should not believe that the group he has gathered to throw said stones are trustworthy people in general.

Though the mixture of personalities are so wonderful in this rp ^.^ It's so much fun to read all the characters thoughts and reactions.

To simplify, pretty much everyone, including the GM, agrees that the Librarians are terrorists. Reap agreed that people that join terrorist groups are probably shitty people to trust, which brings us full circle to the debate that began all this

@ReaptheMusic - It's definitely interesting, that's for sure.
