Allegiance/Location: Genesis, however he'll regularly leave for weeks on end to scavenge parts and whatever else he can find
Type: Cyborg- left arm has been replaced with that of an adjudicator, left eye has been replaced with a cybernetic eye capable of infrared and night vision, three ribs replaced with metallic ones

Equipment/Weaponry: S & W 500 magnum, bicycle chain with a large padlock at the end, combat knife, Orthrus rifle (a personal weapon of his invention)

Skills: Weapon smith- Dimitri has an uncanny ability to craft projectile weapons provided he has the resources to do so, hence his nickname "Vulcan", the greek god of the fire and the forge.

Short History: Born to a weapon smithing family, Dimitri's life has been pretty busy as far back as he can remember. He would work day and night with his father to pump out as many weapons as they could, be it guns, blades, or explosives. It was during an unfortunate incident involving a faulty grenade that Dimitri ended up destroying his arm, eye, and several ribs, however his father, ever the craftsman, was able to save him by retrofitting him with cybernetic parts, even adding in extra features to give him an edge when out scavenging. Life was a bit harder to Dimitri after that, being a cyborg after all mean that he was a bit of an outcast and always had the threat of being taken over by the Empyrean, however he's persevered, having won over a few of the local militia and civilians with his inventions, and even going so far as to open up a weapons shop down at the Church. Life might not be perfect, but he makes do with what he's got.

Appearance: Javak is 6 foot tall with an average build, dark brown hair and brown eyes. He normally wears a cloak to hide his cyborg parts, which are his right arm as well as his right leg.

Equipment/Weaponry: his arm is his main weapon, the arm has been customized to fire 9mm rounds through the wrist.
he also carries a scrap metal shield, and a pack which he uses to hold a scrap he finds.

Skills: Javak has very limited robotics knowledge. very good at avoiding or otherwise staying hidden. knows how to provide maintenance on cyborg limbs

Short History: Before the fall Javak and his dad were tinkers. they would salvage electronics and provide assistance to cyborgs in need. when the attack happen Javak's dad was killed saving him from an angel. Javak lost his arm and leg trying to defend himself from this angel and was saved by one of the cyborgs his father had help. the cyborg then helped Javak escape as well as aided in making Javak's new arm and leg. He now wanders around looking salvable scrap or various other knick knacks to sell.
