The feels...i used to play Super Mario Bros when i was 5...oh sweet memories.

So I saw on a previous post that you're always acccepting... in that case...

Name: Laura Merilli
Age: 17

Appearance:

Personality: Laura is as easy-going and innocent as it gets. She loves helping people and she always feels like everyone is telling the truth, which sometimes causes some interesting moments. Still, she's against harming any kind of living being but understands that sometimes it's a requirement, especially when someone is hurting someone else.

Biography: Laura lived her whole life on a small farm, tending to the animals. It was always a pleasure for her to help those in need. Still, there was always a time when Laura would disappear from the farm as if it was magic. The time to kill an animal. It wasn't really magic. She would just run off to a small lake close to their house and stay there until nightfall. It was also there that she practiced her time magic, by speeding up and slowing down the growth of plants around her. On her 15th birthday, her parents decided to kill a pig and make a meal for the neighbors, so Laura was once again practicing her time magic on that small lake. It was then that she heard some screams coming from the farm. She looked back and saw a large column of smoke coming from the barn. She didn't think twice. She used her magic on herself to speed herself up and ran towards the barn as fast as she could. Her parents were desperately trying to put out the fire but Laura, a friend of the animals as she is, quickly ran inside the barn to attempt to rescue the animals. There was only one thing that she didn't count on. Her magic had also sped up her breathing, and quickly, she ran out of clean oxygen and passed out.

When she came to herself, two weeks had passed. She was on her own bedroom. Her parents had managed to put out the fire and rescue her with the help of the neighbors. She tried calling out to them, but no sound came from her voice. She tried it two more times, with no effect. It was still hard for her to move, so she reached for a vase with flowers on her bedside table and tipped it over, breaking it. Her mother quickly ran up the stairs and found Laura sitting on her bed. Laura tried again to speak, but again, no voice came out. She had lost her voice on that fire. One year passed and she traveled with her parents to a fair. There, she met a street performer that claimed that he could read minds. This interested Laura, so she approached the performer. He immediately started to talk to her, asking if she would like to have a demonstration of his abilities. She nodded, and the performer told her to think of anything she would like him to read. She focused on a single sentence. "Can you give me my voice back?" The performer didn't spoke. Instead, he sent a telepathic message to her saying "Yes. I can".

The fair was going to stay for at least two weeks, and since the performer didn't have a place to stay, Laura's parents offered their house, with the agreement that he would try to teach Laura how to communicate telepathically. After the fair ended, and the performer left for the next one, Laura could send few short messages to someone close by but she kept practicing whenever she could. The performer had also seen her own time magic, so he told her that she should join a guild, to better understand her magic and to improve her telepathic skills, but she didn't feel like she was ready. It was only one year after that she decided it was time to move on, so she quickly went towards the nearest guild.

Magic: Time magic and telepathic (mostly to counter her inability to speak. I like giving some physical limitations to my characters.) Time magic focus on speeding up or slowing down the timeline of a living being, an item or a small area. She can speed up time, or slow down, up to 4 times the normal speed, but, in terms of a living being, that doesn't change the physical limitations. For example. If a flower on a pot has their time sped up it will absorb minerals faster than a normal one would, so it would quickly ran out of sustenance. Another example are wounds. If it's something like a scratch, speeding up would make it so the wound closes faster, but if it's a serious wound, it could also make someone blood out faster than it could be healed. She is also able to reverse time of an object but only for a few seconds and at the normal time speed. She can also create a small time stop area, but for that she needs to be completely focused on it and can't do anything else. Her spells have no name since there's no use for it. She doesn't speak, so she can't shout their names at the top of their lungs.

she could yell at people in their minds though. It would be more effective too, since they would have to hear her.

Personality: Kinda depends. Her mood is almost as random as her magic.
Biography: She lost her memory using Bedlam once, so she doesn't really know where she comes from.
Magic: Directed Pandemonium
Almost all of Nina's spells involve some form of chaos, and as such don't always work quite the way they're supposed to.

Entropic Position: Technically a form of teleportation, this spell seems to move Nina a short distance, but when asked about it she explains it as "I don't move from one place to another. I've always been there, the spell just makes the universe notice it's mistake."

Chaos Bolt: Nina's main attack spell, fires a bolt of elemental energy. What kind of element, nobody knows until it's cast.

Bedlam: A spell Nina probably uses more often than she should, and which isn't really a spell at all. She removes all the seals and limiters she has on her power and just lets the chaos run rampant, which can have many different effects.

I'm running this character one of my favorite ways. I'm going to have a 6 sided die, a 20 sided die, and a list of what can happen, and just say "Jesus, take the wheel"

She's a walking Wabbajack.
