Base stats are still appalling; the only class that has a set of any use is Saber. Plus if he gets the 'base' form of any class skill, only Rider will really offer anything else there (Saber seems to default to C-Rank MR, Presence Concealment is prone to change... but Riding is A minimum for Rider).

Medea is the weakest Servant in the Fifth Grail War (well, middle if she could summon the dragon). This is a description of one spell of hers.

Her main offensive spell is Rain of Light (光弾雨, Koudanu?), which is a volley of rapidly fired beams of light each with an A rank power of attack. Each beam is a deadly spell on the level of High Thaumaturgy with three times Shirou's entire amount of prana, capable of destroying the body of a Servant with a direct hit. Just the use of one single beam would normally require a magic circle, ten count aria, and one minute of casting for a normal magus, and still thirty seconds with a High-Speed Aria. Caster's Divine Words allow her to shoot them in rapid succession without any preparation after simply targeting the enemy with her wand. She can fire them without pause when she has a supply of stored prana, and the result is something that resembles a bombing raid that leaves the ground scorching red.

She's strong for a Caster, if we compare with the others that have shown up (the Fifth War was gloriously overkill), but still. Don't worry about being overpowered... XD

Servants are very powerful as a whole. I mean, my Caster summons an ancient vampire and demons and her best friend who burns evil things alive by touching them and she's probably not too abnormal for Casters(aside from bypassing magic resistance with how she attacks).

Hmmm..... Then I think I should buff my Caster more....

It is good to have more than one Noble Phantasm, right? 'Cause something good just crossed my mind.

So long as you refrain from being Gilgamesh, yes.

I think the record after the guy that owns everything is Medusa, who has three, plus two abilities that function on that level (Cybele and 'summon Pegasus').

Perseus was stated to have the most Noble Phantasms of any Servant, if I recall correctly. That is, if you assume that it's canon, which some may not.

He has five. Shield, bag, sword, sandals, bellerophon. I think that's it.

That's the most of any canon servant, and I believe it was actually stated that he had the most, even more than Gilgamesh (who has three.)

There are three that are his specifically, yes. When it comes to owning Noble Phantasms, Gilgamesh trumps everyone. He owns all of them. Except Excalibur and Avalon (and probably Arondight since that's a sister-sword).

And Perseus never actually showed up, so I generally use Medusa instead, as she has three, and a sort of virtual two more. XD

Gilgamesh has three noble phantasms. All of that shit that comes from the Gate of Babylon is part of his GoB, rather than being independent Noble Phantasms (Since it's through the magic of the gate that the noble phantasms are able to exist.)

Nope, the Gate is simply a portal to his treasury. It's why he could leave stuff behind after shooting Caster in Fate/Zero--it's no more dependent on the Gate than his hairstyle is.

Pike Kantele: A magical kantele that gives him the ability to amplify the power of his voice even more. With it, he can make others bide his will. While he can make masses of normal people do his commands, he can only control from 3 to 1 Servants, due to their vast amount of power, this ability is, however, affected by the rank of magical resistance the Servant has, starting in C (3 at the same time) to A (Only 1). To other Caster servants, he can only control one and this control is rather weak, due to their control on magic. Ranked: A

No. Infinite use Command Seals are not acceptable. It gives you basically two characters, and means you can just traded up for the strongest enemy available.

Well, not exactly that. Maybe I should shorten use of it a little more?

Or should I change it all the way around?

Gil keeps meat and wine in the GoB, so I think it's more storage. It's just that the GoB is the NP that contains all the other NP's.

It's an unavoidable, undodgeable, OHKO. Use it--at least one Enemy is now your obedient slave. Order them to commit suicide. Victory. Mind Control of Servants is bad. The energy required to force a command can also teleport them right the way across a city in an instant. It's... not good.

Addendum: the NP's are independent of the Gate, as he keeps Ea in there too. He owns so much stuff he has a place to store it.

So are we assuming any OC Magus family is younger than 200 years old before the third Holy Grail War? I would assume that since only three major families was involved in that war the others didn't exist, either that or the OC families just wasn't chosen for awhile.

The Gate is a portal to his treasury. The contents of his treasury are not his noble phantasms, they are simple magic items that happen to be on the level of noble phantasms.

So, how about I change it to the fact that it can't actually control Servants, but put them to sleep? And that'd be just for like, 3 mins. Do you think that'd tune it down good?

EDIT: Neither Masters who still possess command spells.

The problem is that it's 'use ability, with no conditions, obtain instant victory'.

Incorrect!

Complete Material said
Gate of Babylon
Rank: E~A++
Type: Anti-Personnel
Range: -

A key-like sword that connects to the “Golden Capital”. The spatial connection with the treasury allows for easy access to the items within. The rank changes to E~A++ because Gilgamesh put all the originals of Noble Phantasms into the treasury. In other words, E~A++ reflects the rank of the items in the treasury. If the treasury does not contain a wealth of valuables, then it will not be a useful Noble Phantasm.
The favourite Noble Phantasm within the Gate of Babylon is the chain which has captured the Bull of Heaven – Enkidu. It is an anti-deity Noble Phantasm that increases in strength as the target’s Divinity increases. It was able to completely seal Herakles.

They actually are Noble Phantasms, from before they actually became the modern versions. Shirou spots the original of Gae Bolg at one point.

Um... no? The three families were more or less all chosen because they were linked. The Tohsaka had the land, the Einzbern had the mechanism, and Zouken was around... I'm not sure but I think it was because he was associated with Zelretch somehow. And he made the Servant system and Command Seals.

So basically any OC magus family can easily be pretty old, but just weren't involved in the creation of the Grail War.

Edit: I'm just going to wait until OOC is up since I'm going to have more questions that are likely to be answered in that thread. Don't need to constantly ask questions about this in an interest check.
