Maybe he changed his mind?

All I know is that I never received any notice. If Thor was told, then he didn't share it with me, and probably not even the Eighth. I have a conversation open between So Boerd, Maxwell and myself (for negotiation purposes) and So Boerd never mentioned anything about Romania calling for peace. You would think that, if we were trying to negotiate a peace with the Ottomans in a PM, that So Boerd (if he knew) would have been like "By the way, your only ally is calling for peace, so there's another reason for you to make peace with us." But he didn't, which makes me think not even the Eighth knew of this supposed call for peace.

I guess it's up to the Romanian player himself, or Thor, to clear it up.

Maxwell was in the process of writing up the treaty. However, he's stalled in the past, so I wasn't going to tell people to pull orders.

Well, everyone seems to forget Romania in this RP.

Edit: I just skimmed through the last couple pages of IC (until everyone and their brother began to declare war on one another) and from what I can tell, non of the Eighth Coalition members ever declared war on them. The only thing I saw was Romania declaring "I stand by my Ottoman allies in their time of need as they stand against the aggressors in a conflict which needn't have occurred. To both Prussia and it's cohorts I shall say naught but this, may you soon see the error of your ways". And at that point, only Greece and Prussia had declared war.

It's unfortunate what's happened to Canada in this roleplay. First Quebec was ceded to the French, then B.C. and the Yukon to the States, and then all the rest of it to French once again.

But the good thing is it will be the Canadian Confederation soon.

@Deo: In the IC, I mentioned I declared war on the Ottomans and British, but that's honestly because I didn't even know Romania was in the war back then. What I really meant in the IC post was 'declare war on the allies', which I thought were just the Ottomans and Brits at that point.

I cleared it up in the OOC few times though.
