Yay I'm not alone! Btw can I get your opinion on what I got done so far. Finishing up details for the powers then I'll finish up the personality, but I'd like to know what you think so far.

I'll review it when you finish the edits. I dont want to unfairly judge an unfinished product!

I also asked Allen about this, but with him being busy preparing the timeskip, I want to ask a co-gm about a future power-up I added to Red when de-classifying his powers. I am waiting for either your approval or rejection, in order to know if I could go on with it.

What did you add to his power? I havent seen it yet.

It's under his main power...I would love to sum it up, but I am quite busy posting while my boss isn't looking, so I have to ask you to see it in his CS for now...Sorry for the incovenience!

Note: The name of his power-up is Data Vision on the CS. Hope that helps!

It looks to me like an acceptable addition to your power, but I am not a co-mod, so that isn't up to me.

However, the problem I would personally find in it is that you added a power to your character after having already established and agreed to the parameters that were previously set. It isn't really a problem, per se, since it has never actually been used in-character and so on and so forth. I would simply suggest talking it over with the owner or assigned moderaters before any actual changes were made. The sheet is essentially documentation of the accepted character; no harm is done though, it's just future advice.

I only added it because, as explained to Allen via PM, Red's power didn't have any room for improvement, thus missing the point of visiting the Academy at all. I didn;t think of that initially, but, what-the-hell, more ideas should come up as long as we play right? Besides, I wrote it in the CS so that it would be visible by either a GM or a Co and, if rejected, I will erase it immediately. As I said before, I am still an amateur when it comes to RPing, so I still have many things to learn. But I am really grateful for your advice Leo. Thanks! :D

I have classes now, but I figure as long as Oliver and Todd, Ethan and Felix have met, we can time skip. Though, personally, I'd like to put a neat little bow on that interaction to wrap it up a little more nicely this afternoon.

I'll be making a quick post now to help tie things up.

Also Inferno, you forgot Red's power rating, I kinda overrated him (lol) in PMs.

Swamp-Fox, Riley is fine, my only problem is the "Video Game Transformation" ability. There was a character who could do something similar on the first iteration of the 218, and I'll tell you what I told him; the power has WAY too many variables and can easily become overpowered.

What I suggest instead is that you go for a Technomancy power-set, since that makes a bit more sense giving the rest of her powers.

Alright, dude. It'll be done

Bee, shoot me a PM of what you'd say and we can take as much time as necessary by editing it into the little spaceholder I put in the IC. Mr.J, feel free to move on.

Alright, tiiiiiiiiiimeskip away. I posted as everyone except for Deborah and Valjean, since I don't know what to do with them at the moment, but I'll post as them later. My characters are free for interaction, or they might bring the interaction to YOUR characters.

Riley is now accepted. I guess she can be Nikki's room mate. Her rating is...

Hah Inferno

How does Chris not see the lizard man a whole head and shoulder taller than everyone else standing in the line?

Waiting on you Allen.

I'll post tomorrow. I'm going to try and kill off this second sheet tonight.

EDIT: I'm not a gm, Ciphra, but your character is WAY overpowered. Air manipulation by itself is fine, but your character's sensing abilities are too strong and manipulating air pressure is WAY too powerful. A character can't escape from the air pressure increasing, and there's no way to defend from it. The sensing ability should give him sight equal to normal human sight, like Peter's electrical sight (though air sight is really similar to his power in concept).

I did think of that, but I added to the equation that he was sitting far from the buffet, thus the line, too and that there were people standing on his field of vision. I also couldn't actually picture someone this big accurately :P

I will second Maxx. If he's going to be manipulating air, he should need to expend a ridiculous amount of energy to be able to accomplish the things you mentioned in your sheet. Creating a gust strong enough to knock someone down or even to move his own body around would take a lot of energy. Crushing someone to death is, like Maxx said, something you can in no way defend against (well, if you want to nitpick, Lynn could defend against it, but her power lets her defend against most things, so it's not really relevant) and sucking the air out of someone's body is pretty powerful too, especially given that it's basically a one-hit kill against an unconscious person.

He also has no real weaknesses aside from blindness, which he circumvents. He can still cause damage whilst motionless, even if it's more minor-having to move to cause damage isn't really a weakness in my book given that the majority of our characters have to do the same. Too much pressure disorienting him is also kind of an unfair weakness as, at that point, he's probably snapped someone's neck with air pressure, so him being a little dizzy isn't really that big a tradeoff.

If you're going with air manipulation, I think you either need to scale down what he's capable of or severely increase the drawbacks. It'd be interesting to see you play this as more of a finesse based character rather than someone using raw force: while superpowers don't follow the laws of physics super closely, he would have to expend an insane amount of energy to crush someone with air pressure or send a gust of wind large enough and strong enough to cause internal damage. I'm against the air pressure entirely, but the insane gusts of wind I could see if it was his ace-in-the-hole; his absolute apex. His manipulation of air is a really versatile power (tracking/scents, allows him to deflect any form of toxic gas sent his way, supreme accuracy with firearms if he's good enough, holding his breath presumably indefinitely, etc) and having him be a combat juggernaut as well is too much in my book. If his combative applications were nerfed (he can fire off a hurricane-level gust of wind, but it would take up everything he had), I'd be okay with it, but honestly he's just too strong. Your character could excel in nearly every field (stealth, combat, etc), even over characters who are specialized in those fields. He could easily neutralize Nikki (as no bug is strong enough to endure even a relatively mild surge of wind), for example. If you were looking for a more thematic weakness, maybe there's some problem with his lungs as a result of his power and he has to lug around an oxygen tank wherever he goes to function. That wouldn't balance him out entirely but it would be a step in the right direction.

Honestly, I know you probably didn't intend for it, but I just see too much potential for abuse with this power.

Ciphra said If he is in the position to kill someone he is known to crush them on the ground with overbearing pressure crushing their entire body.

As someone who is an aspiring pilot and knows how air pressure works... I have to say that only works in water. Gas has way different aspects to it. You cant crush someone with particles that freely separated without literally turning it from a gas to a liquid and then potentially into a solid. So unless you're going to be dropping a ton of solid hydrogen/nitrogen/Carbon Dioxide I couldn't see that working.

Just my two cents.
