Yeah, I loved reading about the Primarchs and their exploits leading to their falls from grace for half of them, and I'm sad they haven't made official games or movies based off them (they'd be way better than the conventional Ultramarine focus they seem to be having).

My favourites are the Inquisition stories though, they aren't as full of depressing themes or seem like a futile fight against an inevitable evil(though the older Omnibus The Inquisition War has those themes to an extent). Eisenhorn and Ravenor are just thrilling mystery action-adventure dramas with their ups and downs, twists and turns, and an unforgettable cast of characters who are mostly human, not walking Gods(though I will say Dan Abnett sucks at writing satisfying conclusions to trilogies IMO, not because he doesn't resolve the focus of the stories, but because doesn't make the ending definitive. Maybe its just a writing style to leave the way open for future authors or works of his own to finish, but it just feels unsatisfying. But then, Ravenor says it himself: "Closure is overrated").

Dunno. I downloaded the Tau codex as a PDF, the standard rulebook as a PDF, one of the campaign books (Dark Heresy) in PDF and the Chaos codex. I'm assuming you can get what you're looking for aswell.

Forge world makes great crusade era figures. And dark heresy, that a fun thing to do

I can't remember where, but I remember seeing this old model for a crisis suit and it looked so ugly and terrible it was unbelievable and that was supposedly forge world. I'll see if I can find a pic

The crusade era figure are pretty good. I Wanted to Waste All my oney like i did on The eternal crusade stuff.

There are PDFs of all codices, some codices are PDF only actually.

Take a guess xD :3. And for Dark heresy, depends if you intend on doing it irl or on the computer. You can just download the rulebook and go on roll 20 to make the campaign.

I am no to be honest. I am night lords. But Alpha legion book was my favorite.And I was wonderinf if some one was gonna run an dark heresy on here or something how that would work, cause i would love to get in on that.

About Dark Heresy on this site, someone did that a while back. It was incredibly slow and boring since it took 1 week for everyone to post 1 post... But if you get a group and do it on Roll 20 that's much more fun :)
