I think it'd be an even battle minus the devil fruit.Both fight based on speed and momentum, they don't have a specific fighting style they keep too.Lobos has Observation Haki while Levitt has his right eye. Though the devil fruit coming into play vs Levitt's intelligence would also be interesting x)But it also isn't unheard of for Marines and Pirates to team up.....Atleast for the right reason

well, considering it requires the person to feel pain to make one think the illusion is real..while my char who can easily take pain or nullify the pain he feels and relishes in pain. thus he would easily figure out they're illusions *nods*

Well what if he nullified all pain but then he suddenly combust into flames? He wouldn't be able to feel is so how would he know it's fake? Plus Lobos doesn't always try to induce pain through mental abuse. He can simply say he has a clone clone fruit and make 50 clones while the real one just sneaks from behind and strikes. Buuuut that's not his fighting style most of the times xD he'll probably just go out fighting regularly at first
