Smith & Wesson Model 15 Revolver: His grandfather's pistol, which he bought in 1949, some years after returning home from the Italian Campaign. The pistol is old, but in excellent shape. Russell gave it to Tony after he graduated college and moved to Seattle — worried about his grandson's safety in the big city.
Stainless steel fixed blade: An ornate fixed knife with a bone hilt and six inch blade which Tony bought on his last trip to Canada. The knife was First Nation-made, from a small family store in Quebec, and for Tony it holds many memories of his trips up north with friends.
Bio/Background: Tony was born in Lake City, Arkansas, but his parents moved to Springfield, Missouri when he was three years old. He grew up in a pretty happy, normal household, the only child of two high school teachers. Growing up, Tony was exceptionally smart, yet incredibly good at landing in detention. He had a penchant for trouble, and took to hanging with the "wrong crowd". Though he was eventually able to, more-or-less, correct this behavior, Tony went through high school and college with an arsenal of wise-ass remarks and a strong aversion to the law. His grandfather, Russell Parker, was a massive influence in his life — likely the one who was able to push him away from a life of crime, and correct his attitude somewhat. Russell fought in Italy during World War Two, and was a strong old man with a mind as sharp as it had been in his prime. Tony saw him a handful of times a year, and remained in contact even after he left Springfield to go to college in Seattle. Due to his excellent academic record, Tony was able to go to a reasonably reputable college for an Engineering major in the big city, but he was expelled three years in after a steady drop in his grades and the accusation of cheating when his grades suddenly made a jump to the moon. Left in the city with no degree, he became a bartender at a local dive, working there for multiple years, trying to pay the bills. Missing home, Tony decided to spend the weekend visiting his grandparents in Lake City. Unbeknownst to him, that was when the world as he knew it came to a bitter end.
