She's doing better now but they're still keeping her another night or two. When her visiting nurse found her [they do house visits from time to time cause my dad's in jail and she's only got my older sister living with her but she works like 80 hours a week as an RN] the woman thought she was dead and after waking her up they said my mom was talking out of her head. Most of her problems are respiratory and despite being on oxygen the stubborn woman still tries sneaking a cigarette once in awhile. I've heard talking out of your head is one of the early signs of stroke and if my mom was asleep when it was coming on then I'm glad the nurse found her when she did. It's always crazy though with my family cause my three older sister's try to act like they have power of attorney over my mom, which two of them don't. Any big decision come through my RN sister and me before any actions are taken but lately she's tried keeping me out of the loop so it's a bunch of drama...

But now that it's calmed down I needed to take my mind off of everything with some good ol' fashioned supervillain asskicking RP'ing...

Hey guys, KL might be out of it for a while...or less...or more? Depending how things go in his personal life.

So what should we do? Keep this rolling, or wait for KL to come back?

I was also thinking of maybe setting up a second DC based RP and we could just go ahead with that until KL was ready to go. But yeah that works too.

If we did another RP I'd have to use a completely different character, or else I'll get fatigued... I've gotta rotate the roster otherwise I get confused.

I just bring it up because I'm somehow in five RPs that are all completely stalling.... no offense since this one has a pretty legit reason.

Right then, so if memory serves Ditto, Fate, Shock, Shadow Dancer, Shazam and Frostbite are the team that are gonna get left with dealing with the cyborg invasion because the rest are either dying (Fenrir and Hellfire) or tending to the dying (Plas and Orbit) I'll get a post up with a Leaguer fighting off his own cyborg antagonists just long enough to contact the team with a mission, most probably ordering them to get to the nearest prison and stop the cyborgs from executing the meta prisoners.

On that note has anyone heard from Fearless, Rumiko or Exodus. I hope this hasn't been idling for so long that they've left. Regardless, I'll get a post up sharpish.

Fearless and Exodus are both still in, as far as I'm aware. I'm not sure about Rumiko, though.

Before you write up a post, though, I'd check into titanpad, Sam. KL and Ex wrote up a brief outline for what was to happen in the next post.

Back from the awful haitus. Sorry for just vanishing one day, but life literally slapped me in the face. If you guys need another character/if owlet isn't dead (haven't had time to read through stuff) I'm totally up for rejoining. If not, well, it's good to see you guys still trucking along. (:
