Depends on which troops you're trying to command. If they're Arius' own personal troops, he can go buck wild. Most of the Task Force troopers who were already on Abridon are under Kast's command, who is under Rorwoorr's command. If we wanted to make this analogous to the Clone Wars, Kast would be Rex to Rorwoorr and Lucina's Anakin and Ahsoka. A much more foul tempered Rex.
