I might make another character if that's okay. Since I noticed that all our characters are Pre/Cata mutants, and I feel the need to balance out the cast a bit.

That's actually fine. As a matter of fact, anyone that wants to may play a second or even third hero.

I have kicked off the RP with its first IC post. I'm only starting Alpha Team for now, the leader for Bravo team is on its way then it can begin. I designed this assignment so that the different characters can RP separately in different places for now to get a feel of posting speeds. I don't expect it to be stable at first, but I'm aiming for a 4-6 day posting cycle starting off. Marquis and Amnesia will be on their own while Flo and Koshei will be waiting to converse, get a feel for their character dynamic, discuss Amnesia giving Marquis special treatment since the higher ups requested it - all while Sybila is observing, probably making commentary or something.

Edit: If anyone has Skype, please either post or PM me your Skype info. I will likely create a group for this out the of the sake of simplicity.

He sounds awesome! Though Radar sounds like a better name to me.

Interesting character. I like Insight for a code name, but if you'd like another alternative, how about... "Protocal".

In any case, I don't believe the teams to be "unbalanced", rather, they just seem to be designed with different goals in mind (as was stated before, I believe).

Thank you, thank you. I'll enjoy writing as Luther. But I'm going to stick to Insight as his codename since it makes the most sense, and it's been suggested by our lovely GM.

Now, I just remembered to post what I think of the teams and their roles (I'm trying not to repeat what Prince said). Might have missed a few things, but, oh well.

I'm going to separate the two teams into subtle, and unsubtle.

"Unsubtle" would have to be Brovo Team. Yes, they are the strongest in terms of raw strength and destructibility. If I was in charge of H.A.N.D. (Which in a way I am!) I'd see them delegated for higher-stake missions against stronger mutants. Like the kind that can level buildings or go on murder sprees relatively unhindered. Why? Because Brovo's leans much more on offense. With Etain, Kite, and Varos being heavy hitters, Trigger providing covering fire, and Insight supporting all of them behind the scenes. Etain would have to be the strongest in terms of raw strength and has a thousand years of experience over everyone else. Insight would be a great asset to the team since he'll provide them with the most dangerous weapon of them all; information. He can predict what any target will do next, allow Brovo to communicate silently, and maybe flood a target's head with random thoughts to distract 'em. And that's if Trigger didn't blow their heads off already (lol). But I don't think they'd do that good in non-fighty situations, like Brovo team would.

"Subtle" would be Alpha. They aren't as strong as Brovo team in terms of brute force - but in my opinion, they make up for it in versatility. Alpha has a wider variety of powers. Amnesia with his power nullification and aptitude/muscle-memory mumbo jumbo is a pretty strong ability. He could probably take out any mutant we come across in a solid one-on-one. Sybila could be more useful in the information field than maybe even Insight (She can see into da futuuuuuuuuuure) - though I personally think she could use a buff, but that's just me. Flo's power, while not that strong, is pretty versatile too if used creatively enough (I bet you five dollars she can change genders). Koshel would be a threat due to his regeneration and boners, if you get him in close quarters, he'd probably wreck whoever isn't a friend. I might be tooting my own horn here, but Marquis is easily the most versatile character in the story - only limited by the obvious; he doesn't use his powers as effectively as the owner, really. If he gets the right power-set, he can easily be a massive threat on his own. I see Brovo as being a stealth/black ops group, assigned to missions that require a bit more subtly and taking out the lesser threats. Since I see them being pretty subtle. As a whole, they'd do great in a close range fight.

TLDR; Brovo team has strength, Alpha has subtly and more gimmicks.

But I also would like to see both teams working hand in hand. A joint operation would be awesome. I personally think we could use a stealth guy, and a healer.

And I also have to say (Totally random here) that Trigger and Sybilia are my favorite characters - even though I haven't seen a single post with them! Fix that, scrublords.
