Vivian bounds off of one foot to grab a bottle of what water they had from the supplies cart, walking off before returning to grab two more for good measure. She heard his foreign tongue once more and the words flew over her head, but the tone of it let her know all that she needed to as she placed two bottles of water on the side-table next to the bed and then uncapped the remaining one. It was all Vivian could do not to spill the entire bottle on him right then and there but she held her balance well enough to raise the bottle to his mouth with one hand and place the other hand on his stomach, as light and gentle as a falling feather. Her eyes became illuminated, changing from icy blue to solid white as she took some of his injuries onto herself. Energy levels be damned, she could not sit idly by while this man was in this sort of numbing agony. As his ails healed slowly, burns of her own began to open on her skin as if she were being seared by an invisible flame. She clenched her teeth and hissed loudly as the burns spread, taking as much as she could upon herself without jeopardising her ability to function and help the other patients. She spoke through clenched teeth, "You'll be alright, buddy. Just hang in there and grit them teeth. Or fangs. Golly, what a set of chompers you've got!" She tried to dismiss the thought of pain with humor, but her whimper only reminded her of the burning sensation spreading from the skin on her stomach outwards. A combination of the growl and the exhaustion made her back away, capping the bottled water before slumping down into a nearby chair. In the sun she breathed a sigh of relief and lifted her shirt to assess herself. In place of a belly-button and abdominals there was a large, dark burn slick with blood and smoking. If one looked close, they could see small flecks of light gathering in clusters and compressing to form a patch of new, smooth skin. The process looked painfully slow. She looked back up to Wolf with a grimace. "You'll be alright. Just try not to shift so much."

Wolf immediately began gulping down water, trying to quench his thirst and ease his body. For a moment, he felt the pain of the burns sharpen, then slowly disappear as they seemed to heal within moments. He slowed in his drinking, taking every drop from the bottle, before he started breathing again. He felt... Whole. Mostly. The burns and cuts healed almost miraculously, and his mind cleared with the cessation of pain. The growling stopped. Taking a few deep breaths, he opened his eyes to see the angel, Martyr, and his eyes went wide. His burns may not entirely be gone, but he could see that the rest had seared into her flesh, somehow his pain becoming hers. He moved, much slower this time, and reached out at her slightly. "You should not have done that. Whatever 'that' is. It was my burden to bear. I would not have you do so for me." He looked very concerned. "How am I to repay this favor?" He would ask, a slight undertone of sadness creeping into his voice.

Vivian's eyelids grew heavy and her movements sluggish as she felt fatigue beginning to creep in behind her eyes. The act of taking someone's wounds really was a herculean effort for her, especially wounds so terrible. She could feel the myriad knives of flame in her belly as she tried to stand again, there were more patients to attend to and more people to help. She couldn't sit around for much longer, as she felt she had already lingered here for long enough. She applied some gauze to her now burnt wreck of an abdomen and limped over to the foot of the bed, hands shaking both from exhaustion and shock. She turned back to Wolf with a shaky smile and gave a slow, laboured thumbs-up. "Don't -- ah crap that smarts. Don't you worry none, sir. Its my job. Don't need any payment or nothin'. Just don't let me catch you in here too often, it'll wreak hell on me just as it does you." She chuckled but it was interrupted by a snarl of pain as the sensation of fire crawled up her chest with every movement. "You get some rest. I'll be back to check on you later, if you don't get out beforehand that is." She waves to him and quickly speeds off to a quieter area. There was a lounge area, or waiting room rather, where patients and personnel would wait and relax whilst others were treated. There she curled up in a tattered recliner facing the window, breathing laboured and interspersed with groans and hisses as she found a position that wasn't agony for her. There she lay, as she tried to soak up the last remaining sunbeams of the day. All in all, a good day.

Arcanus would continue his work for a while, submitting the designs for the new RAVEN and OWL lines to Aetius. He was cunning, Resourceful and innovative. However, he took pride in all of his creations, as he put his heart and soul into creating them all. Of course each one had a slightly different personality due to the whole shared mind thing. However, one of his pets expressed much more personality than the others, this one he called Serina, and she was one of the dreadnaught types. He kept her as his personal servant and companion, as well as a bodyguard. Of course, she was the first. The first thing he ever created as a teen, from all of that energy rose a personality as human as anyone else, but she also retained qualities of a cat where it presented her an advantage. She was loyal to Daniel, and where his loyalties lied, so did hers. "Father, I am wondering when we will get a field assignment." She says. Yes she always referred to him as "father". "Soon, Serina, Soon." Daniel says, reassuring his creation. Of course he forgot his comms were still open so everyone on the frequency probably heard all of that.

Aqua stares up at the tall building, looking at it curiously. She has been here only twice before. Once was for her father's funeral and another time was for a job from one of the lower employees. But this time she had big game asking for her. She smiles carefully and walks inside. Inside is pretty clean and barren, nothing like the hills of the Freedom Fighters. She looks around a notices a secretary sitting down near the front of the building. She walks over to her and says, "I'm here for a meeting with Aetius." "He's busy," the secretary says without looking up. Aqua sucks in her cheeks and quietly sets her pistol down on top of the desk. This gets her to look up at her and the secretary pales. "I'm here for a meeting with Aetius," Aqua says more slowly. "Page him and tell him that the bounty hunter is here." The secretary nods and begins to page Aetius.

Magi continued walking up the road, eventually reaching a small crater with robot parts scattered around it. The smell of oil and burned iron lay in the air. He noticed a small stain of red on the ground and kneeled down, touching his fingers to it. Blood, slightly sticky still. There had been a fight, and he was guessing the person fighting the hunters barely made it out alive. He stood and turned his head to the right, searching for more drips of blood in the fading daylight. He scanned the area, hardly able to see the ground in the dimming daylight. He held his palm up beside him "Lux" he said, a orb of light appearing hovering slightly above his palm. To the right, going towards the Sea of Trees he saw nothing. He turned to the left, towards the Emerald Coast. He crouched, surveying the ground with his orb. It was faint and scattered, but he saw red amongst the green blades of grass. He stood and walked, perhaps if there was a injured person, they could pay him to heal them. He followed the trail of blood drops, easily illuminated by the orb. Eventually reaching a flattened area of grass, blood staining the middle. Judging from the crater he thought of two options: One, The person managed to drag their-self this far and collapse. Or Two: The explosion that created that crater flung them a few yards to here. Either way, where were they now? He turned in a circle slowly, once again surveying the area with the orb. Treading North-West from the patch of grass, was a trail stained with a blood smear and flattened grass. Perhaps the animals had gotten to them before him? He followed the trail a few feet before it stopped, as if they had simply disappeared. That, however, he knew was impossible. He crouched once more, surveying the ground for signs of what happened, where they went.To the North-East of where the trail stopped he could faintly make out a blood drop, shining against the light. Standing, he continued to follow. He was curious, perhaps the animals did get them, tore them to pieces and ran back off to the trees. He followed the trail closely as it veered, circling slightly. As if someone was trying to hide something, or the animal got confused. He continued walking, staring at the ground so as to not veer from the trail. Eventually it stopped, and dubly so, he smacked his head right into a door. He stared at the door, iron. So, someone intentionally drug the person here. Not someone, more than one person. Either that or he staggered to here, but yet there was no signs to indicate he did. No blood on the door, none but a drop or so on the ground. He knocked on the door, possibly not the best decision, given the fact this could very well be a gang hideout. On that, he held his left hand out to his side "Pugione" a dagger appearing. Should someone bust out of the door to attack him, he'd be ready.

57 stood in the centre of a circle of corpses. The bodies of those that would have stood against the arm of Helios lay around him, their deaths brought about by their own ignorance and hate. Their skulls would pave the way to a better future for mankind, a world in which violence wasn't necessary, and people like 57 didn't exist. Looking down at his handiwork, the slaughter of five men, two women, and one child, the bionic weapon felt not a shred of remorse, only happiness that he had once again served the common good. While he had quickly dispatched of the meta - minor level pyrokinesis - the others had had plenty of time to speak before they had died, and with their last words they, too, served the greater good. No longer bothered with stealth, 57 sent automated instructions to the security drone high overhead. It would move down and collect the bodies, the meta would serve as another research subject for the great Helios lab-systems. The others would be turned to fertilizer, their very flesh serving to feed those they themselves had sought to endanger. In the end, willing or not, all fools would find themselves in the service of good, guided by the loving hands of Helios. Walking through the streets, 57 opened a private communications channel to Aetius. 'I found a sparrow. Requesting permission to deploy and annihilate.' the sparrow, of course, was not really a sparrow. the intel he had received pointed towards a particular prominent base of operations from the Metahuman Revolution. Opening a secure comm link to Arcanus and Tyler, he was already planning a battle strategy. 'I got confirmation of Tyler's intel of a base nearby. Arcanus, deploy my suit, and prepare drones for stealth bombardment.' Arcanus would know what drones would be most appropriate for the task at hand, there was a reason he was in charge of them after all. And giving orders to Tyler was pointless, ever since reaching equal rank with 57, he had been impossible to control. Then again, there was no denying that he was good at what he did. Moving into the Helios base, where he knew both Tyler and Arcanus would gather, he raised one hand. Instantly, every soldier in the hall saluted, as was proper protocol when a high-ranking officer entered the area. Whilst other officers might discard such protocol, 57 was one to stick to the rules, and he enforced protocol strictly. He had also heard something rather interesting, however. Once more he opened the secure com to Aetius, mere seconds after the first burst of communication and before the leader had had time to respond. 'There appears to be a bounty hunter here to see you. She's clearly a skilled warrior. Is she confirmed to be here?' The unspoken implication was clear to any familiar with 57's modus operandi. If she had no reason to be here, he would have her killed right here, right now. If Aqua were to turn around, she would be faced with a rather intimidating sight to match the disciplined, deep voice. Standing at almost 2 meters tall, 57 cut an imposing figure, every inch of him covered in muscle. His onyx-black skin made the charred skin on his cheek nearly invisible, but only served to accent the grey body suit he was wearing, and the blood splattered on it. Two bright red eyes looked down on the figure, ready to react to any offensive move or word, and eliminate her with extreme prejudice.

Psycho Wolf would have watched Martyr go, wondering at her as he lie still, yet unable to move on his own just yet. He continued to speak with Ulfa, slowly drifting into a recovery sleep... _______________________ The door sentry jumped hard as he heard a knocking on the door, gripping his rifle with a bit of nervousness. He stood slowly and checked the cameras, seeing the visitor and wondering how they could find this place. "For what reason do you come to our door?" He asked over a microphone. Of course, that door may be. Little obvious, but the long abandoned bunker beneath couldn't be breached. The man waited for a reply, shakily... _______________________ Aetius was walking around in his robotic double's body, enjoying the feeling and testing his functionality. It seemed to be going well, all that was necessary was a skin masking to make it look real. His thoughts were interrupted by the whirring of activity on his earpiece. "57, go ahead and check that lead. Take what you need. Also, stand down." He would say casually. Pulling up the files from Arcanus on his desk computer (yes, the desk/computer) he began to read them slowly, his body double sneaking into its hiding place as he did so. He continued to eat his seeds, relaxing and sipping at his coffee. "As always, Ms. Ashfield, you make a wonderful cup of coffee. Oh yeah, and send in the girl, I'll see her." He added, almost as though he had forgotten. Flicking off his earpiece, he sighed. "Sometimes it's just so hard to act like I'm scattered." He said to himself, feet propped up on the desk and staring at the door, awaiting his new arrival.

Aqua smiles as she hears his response and she turns around, holstering her pistol She smiles at the tall military man, the one she had noticed earlier, smugly before heading to the elevator. She proceeds to ride the elevator up to the CEO's office and she walks to the door. She doesn't bother to knock. She walks right in and stands in front of his desk. "I was told you have a hunt for me. I am intrigued. Never gotten a hunt from this high up before." She glances around his office, looking slightly amused.

The voice startled him a bit, but eventually he spoke. "My name is Magi....I am a Mage...I followed a trail of blood from the Sea of Trees to here.....Assumed they were injured....Was going to offer my healing services to them..." Magi spoke, slowly. He wasn't sure whether or not divulging that information was the best thing to do, but then again if they did decide to attack, they'd be decimated within seconds. "Seeing that it's so late...I'd request entry into your...home..? Whatever it is..."

Aetius would raise an eyebrow, amused at how straight forward the woman was. "Of course you haven't." He would say as he leaned on his elbow. "I've never hired you before." He would say with a smirk. He noticed that she was a very beautiful woman, far prettier than he'd expected. "What brings someone like you into the business anyway, doll? And please, clarify, which terrorist do you want to take on? I run a pretty big list..." He would pull up a holographic detailing of the most wanted list, floating just to the side of his desk around her eye level. "Worth a lot of money for the trouble. And please," he would smile and hold out a hand, standing up. "You can call me Jack." _____________________ The sentry would seem pretty surprised by hearing the name Magi. "One moment. I will need confirmation, as well as you will be brought in blinded. If you do not agree, then leave at once, sir." He would rush over and pick up the radio, calling his supervisor and clearing the man for entry.

Aqua smiles carefully. "Alright, _Jack_," she says. She snaps a photo of the list and tucks it back away in her pocket. "My background is of no importance here. And you could decide who you want me to bring you first. I can deal with any single one of them and it would take me less time than your robotic brained soliders." She says this last part while rolling her eyes.

Arcadius grunted and released his hold on the dagger, it disappearing as soon as it hit the ground below him. "Very well..." He replied. "Tenebris" With that, the orb of light disappeared, leaving him in pitch black darkness while waiting on this sentry. He grew curious, perhaps dangerously so. But of course, if he could get more clients...it was welcome.

Jack would almost look stunned. Horrified. Insulted! "My robots work just fine, thank you very much!" He would say with a dramatic flourish as he waltzed around the desk to stand a short distance from her. "The people controlling them..." Trailing off and waving his hand in a so-so manner. "But that's not important. What is important is that you... Are not them." She would notice that he tends to be very animated as he speaks. "The number one," he would point,"Is Psycho Wolf. Last spotted out near the Sea of Trees where my robots ambushed him. They went silent, and he vanished. Recordings show he was heavily damaged. Now normally," he would continue,"I would send a damn convoy, but as you can see... There are trees. Everywhere. He could have escaped to the Emerald Coast as well, but that might as well be enemy territory." He would say, glancing to make sure she was following. _________________ The sentry would come back to the microphone. "Please hold your arms out at shoulder height, face downward and eyes closed. They will place a bag over your head and escort you inside. Do not resist or you will be treated as an enemy."

Arcadius proceeded to do as instructed, first holding out his arms, then closing his eyes and leaning his head down. "Alright.." He said. Of course...he had had stranger happen to him, this wouldn't be the first time a bag was tossed over his head and he was escorted somewhere. Perhaps, if they had drug a injured person here, there were more...more that would pay him for his services...

The sentries would quickly open the door, placing the black bag over his head and escorting Magi into the base. He would hear a lot of machinery, as well as feel himself descend a bit. After a good five minutes of walking, the bag would be removed, and Magi would be within a fairly well made bunker of sorts, one of the FF's secret bases. There would be people moving every which way, many armed and not, and signs would direct him to any point in the base. One of the sentries would offer a warning. "Be civil while you are here, Magi. Over half of the populace is armed. And more than half again are Metahumans, including many of us. Do as you will and go, if you would please." With that, they would simply leave.

Arcadius blinked and grinned at the sentries threats. Of course, most if not all of them would have no idea what a Mage was, even still they most likely wouldn't believe him fully. He simply nodded and walked through the base, asking the personnel if they had any sort of a sickbay or medical bay. Several were hesistant to answer him, some ignoring him altogether. Eventually he got enough information and was pointed towards the medbay waiting area. He asked the woman at the desk if anyone recent had gotten drug in, possibly with wounds from an explosion. She said yes, a man was brought in and treated by a woman named Vivian. She eventually went on that "That girl used her powers again...poor thing." Stating that she had healed him partially, she then pointed to her over in a lounge chair. She told Arcadius to speak with her for more information. Arcadius nodded and walked over, he noticed burn wounds that looked fresh on her abdomen where he shirt wouldn't cover. He wondered how she got them, he didn't care to much other than the fact he needed answers on the man. He held two fingers in front of his chest and begun speaking "Sanaret..." The tips of his fingers glowing, a small green circle with runic letters appearing in front of his hand. He spoke once more, "Sanaret..." He stretched his arm out untill the tips of his fingers were a few inches from the woman. A soft green glow surrounded her as her wounds healed. In a few seconds nothing remained, it looked as if nothing had ever happened. He gently shook her to get her attention. "Feeling better...?" He asked.

The boat rocked with the waves, uneasy upon the open sea as the dark clouds roiled maliciously, displaying their fury in the sky at the boat's forward. Stuck in the boat by herself and the storm was knocking on her door, she couldn't feel her legs and the frigid sea bit at her skin like an angry dog at the bone. The frost seemed to pass through her skin and waft over her bones, chilling her to the core. The boat began to rock harder, threatening to overturn. There was a great crack as the boat met rock, a loud splitting of wood before everything went dark. The feeling of motion sickness hit her as soon as she came back to the conscious world, her vision swayed and twisted slowly as waves of dizziness fogged up her thoughts and brought her hands to the sides of her head in an attempt to steady it. Dreaming was always unpleasant after helping people, but it didn't always make sense. Her hair looked something like a bramble bush, all messy and scraggly, she obviously shifted in her sleep. The shirt she was wearing was still slick with blood and crusted with burnt flesh, but the skin beneath was smooth and clear with slight paling where the burn originally was. She looked down and lifted her shirt to observe before sighing. _'Gotta have my medals I guess.'_, she mused to herself as she put the shirt back down again and turned her head to look at this... stranger. The fact that he had spoken hadn't even registered to her until after a few seconds of her staring at him in confusion. "O-oh! Uhhh -- yeah. Yeah, I guess. Just a bit dizzy and queasy, y'know? It'll pass in a moment. Are you injured at all? Did you need tending to?" She stood slowly, a hand clutched over her stomach to guard against what she could only describe as potential pain, or phantom pain. The fact that her stomach wounds had healed was nothing out of the ordinary to her, so she didn't question it too much. That sunbathing nap must have done the trick. She looks to the man at her side for a moment with a quizzical furrow of her brow, eyes making for an unintentionally piercing stare. "Who exactly _ARE_ you? I haven't seen you around these parts before, man." She questioned with a hint of cautious scepticism, taking a small step back in the process.

Arcanus would finish his work for the day before heading to the recharging station to charge up his powersuit. He needed to do this only once a week and as of today that week was up. It also allowed fresh nutrients to be cycled in and waste products to be removed. Of course, as he did this, the status monitors which basically monitored his health went offline while their data was dumped to the main server. Of course, Daniel was still conscious inside the machine. He contemplated constantly on how he could improve his suit and the army. Flying drones were the start, but soon he'd have aquatic drones too. And at that point, Helios would be unstoppable. Of course he'd only be out for ten minutes, but while he was recharging, he was completely vulnerable. He would call Serina to him using his technopathy. She of course obeyed without question and protected him with her undying vigilance.

Arcadius took a step back before bowing "Magi....at your service." He said before straightening up. "I am a Mage....not much different...than what you call 'meta-humans'..." He sat down in the chair a few feet from her. "No...Not injured...Quite the opposite...I've come to offer my healing services.....I followed a trail of blood to here....That woman told me to speak with you for information?..." He said. "I noticed you were injured....so I healed you..."
