I like everything except for the unforgiving way kicking is handled. Grief is different for everyone. If I lose someone close to me, I might not want to even bother drop a message for a month and half, maybe more. Disrespect won't mean much to me. Or, going away from the extreme(and may it never happen) case of death or accidents or some such, RL might drop something on us that consumes pretty much all of our time for a month and a half. Surprise, you have a presentation that will pretty much make or break you career to make and sell to a panel of people who are pretty cold! In your hurry to not lose your job, I imagine you could forget to stop by and say 'By the way, all my time is gone'
What I'm basically saying, is the system should punish people who are simply lazy(like me) and not people who have lost their muse for their characters(Also like me, but mainly the lazy bit), or have had RL drop a bomb on them. It should be fairly simple to tell who was just lazy in this RP and who actually had problems. Just look at their activity on the guild or on the chat. If they've been posting a lot in other RPs, but not this one, and haven't mentioned before about how they've lost their muse for this characters, it's a safe bet to assume they're simply lazy(like me, only its RP wide)
Now, did any of this make sense?
