Whew! I've gotten a bit behind! So what's the official word on the wyvern? Who's panicking? I feel like a wyvern attack would garner a full-scale defense from the city's guard/military. Surely they have catapults or giant crossbows to combat such a thing... Anyway, I feel a little bit lost right now, because we've kind of got 2 versions of this story going--the animal-like characters, and the brothel characters... So can we get a recap or something? Has anyone been following along enough to do that? :P

E@viledd1984: Just to make it clear, even though it's written in the OOC OP, Areapolis has no queen, no royalty. It's governed by a council.

Okay well now I have to wait for the other person to post and then we have them fight the Wryn soon.

From Wyvern to Wryn to Waryn. This thing sure changes shape a lot, doesn't it? I'm not even sure what a Wryn is, but I'm sure it's something fearsome.

Wryns could always be some other, even scarier monster in the setting. One that literally eats Wyverns for breakfast.

It sounds like a combination of a Wraith and a Wyvern to me. I don't know why. Some kind of great, undead Wyvern, with worms crawling along it's rotten flesh, and a gaze that could steal a man's soul.

i'm gonna take some time to think of a first post so it may take a while.
