You have a good point. Also if Meruin paired with anyone, it would be Ryan. Ryan was the person who essentialy unlocked her Grimoire after all.

I once again changed Tony's powers, I turned him into a Mage. So I'm going to say that he was able to utilize super speed temporarily by enchanting himself. I felt like super strength and speed was too boring and generic.

Yeah nullifying magic is quite impressive, almost OP seeing as most people use magic in this rp. Which means thats he has the advantage over pretty much everyone. Not to mention his enhanced physical attributes will give him the advantage over the people he has nullified.

Well I mean the easiest way to beat him is to stay out of his Null range. I'm sure Tony would figure out a way to get the edge. :P Marcus also has no ranged capabilities. So yeah. EDIT: I created Tony's sister, which evens out the guy/girl ratio.

Damn you noticed his only weakness......ranged attacks. But don't forget he has inhanced speed so you'd have to be really accurate with your ranged attack.

Lol. I would say he's fast enough to run on water ,but that's a little to op. And that's why Meruin is #3. \^-^/ Yay! The eye patch clan!!!!

hm.. well i wil say technically my guy's summoning is a perfect ability to go against a nullifier because, he can only stop him from first calling in an object.. but if he already has it, then it's a physical object here to use... so in other words his null ability will no longer affect it, maybe stop any magic abilities his item could have but other wise summoning tends to be good to go against those kind of fighters.

o3o But in order for you to control that object you'd have to apply your magic to it. So him nullifing your magic while that object is already summoned will most likely just break your connection with that object and same with weaponry like objects ,a sword for example would just be reduce to a regular weapon. Unless your not infusing your magic into it then...nothing will happen to that object.

Depends on what he summoned and if he is relying on magic to control. If he summons a creature he is good friends with that will obey him than he's good. If he summons a demon he has to use magic to control.... S.O.L(Sorry out of luck not my characters name)

aye but it's still a weapon that he can use, and a summoner would learn how to use a verity of weapons, and has good physical abilities of their own from intense training, and if he summoned a creature all it would mean is he would lose control of the creature if it entered the null range, so it could go on a rampage lol.

Yeah but he can crush anyone with powers and the only weakness he has can be overridden by his other ability. It's basically the perfect ability.

Once again ranks aren't entirely combat ability. They are also based off of testing. In theory one could achieve #5 with little to no combat skill what so ever. Also keep in mind that if he does something stupid anyone remotely skilled in combat can still punch him in the gut and then knee him in the face and knock him out. Combat ability is based off the RPer as well. Also @JelDare this was was something i improved last time. How do you want to do challenges. The way i did was the Challenged has to accept if its for rank, however they can set the terms of the battle within reason. No idea if you want to do something similar. I was thinking in this case any Student Council member has to accept a challenge and no conditions are set other than time and place within reason, however you can only challenge a person once a day. Also hate to pressure you anymore but Dorms need to be updated when you have a chance.

But Marcus also stated that he Aced both of his tests, which means that he should technically be very high up in the council. 100 and 94 plus a very strong power combination.

o3o Ekilspe ask him about the Student Council members being signed a partner like the Akatsuki. ^_- tell him will still be good guys though.
