"Finally found it." Alto said. He stood in front of a large speaker or something that was currently blaring alarm tones right into his face.
He'd landed on the roof of Aperture headquarters, only to find that the roof was one of aspect of security that hadn't escaped their notice. As soon as he touched down, automated turrets had popped up and started shooting at him, and another alarm activated on the roof, the alarm he was in front of now. The turrets meanwhile, were now cleanly cut pieces behind him.
He placed his right arm onto the speaker and started hacking into the Aperture security system. The first thing he did was shut off the annoying alarm, and the rest of the alarms for that matter. The next thing he did was hack into the network of sensors connected to the alarms and turned them all off, hopefully blinding some of not all of Aperture unless they had some kind of back-up system. Lastly, he hacked the security cameras from the alarm and fed the images directly into his mind.
"Oh damn, were'd that death mech come from?" He saw from one of the outdoor security cameras, that someone was rampaging on the front lines with some kind of mech. "Didn't know StuCorp had one of those..." He couldn't clearly see the pilot, but judging by the way it seemed to flicker and dissappear every so often, it was probably that Super-Spy Constantine.
"Well," Alto said with a shrug, "That's none of my business."
"Emperor!" Theo suddenly said, "There are enemies behind us!"
Alto looked behind him quickly, and saw an approaching death-squad, similar to the ones he had dealt with when he'd met Constantine for the first time.
"Oh damn," He said, "Con, look for something interesting to do, somewhere we can do some damage."
"Yes, Master." She replied. Alto heard shouting behind him which probably meant bullets were coming his way pretty soon.
"Theo," He commanded, "Shield."
A transparent glowing blue shield of energy instantly materialized around him, just in time for some bullets to ricochet harmlessly off of its surface.
"Master, there seems to be a large concentration of enemies below us." Con suddenly said.
"Oh, that's nice." Alto replied as a grenade exploded outside of his bubble. "Gotta deal with this first, though."
The back of his left hand glowed brighter for a second, as the back part of his shield suddenly dissappeared and the energy streamed into the front of his shield. He flexed his palm in front of him and the barrier became a wave of energy that knocked the kill-squad off of their feet and carried them quite a ways over the roof. Kill-squad dealt with, he activated his Laser program proceeded to cut a perfect square at his feet. The slab he had cut didn't really budge however, so he raised his right arm curled as a fist and delivered a solid punch downwards into the slab.
As his fist struck concrete, he felt some of it crack, and the block he stood on gave way and plunged into the chamber below. The sight that greeted him was very, extraordinary.
There was a huge horde of monstrosities, some of which he had just seen fighting on the front lines of the Aperture raid, and some bigger ones were new to him. They all looked to be surprised at his entrance, but Alto knew soon enough surprise would turn to aggression and he was going to have a fight on his hands.
"Theo, Battle Stations; Con, form sword."
Instantly, he felt his awareness extend outwards as his mind integrated with his arms, he looked to his right hand and saw a black-steel tanto form in his off-hand. As he did so, one of the monster's in front of him, a cross between a man and a tiger, jumped at him from about 50 feet away. The first of many, he could see. He felt the rest of the crowd start to stir. Without wasting a breath, he tossed his tanto into his left hand and raised his right arm to meet the challenge in the air.
His fist suddenly shot from his arm, with the force of a cannon, smacking straight into the tiger-man's jaw, stunning him as he sailed through the air, and Alto leaped with his tanto outstretched, and buried the blade into the beast's head. As they fell, he pushed his stump back into the launched fist reconnected them, just in time to raise it and block another monstrosity's slam. He raised his left finger, and a bright beam of energy cut the monster in half.
"This is too easy!" He said, laughing aloud.
The death of the two monsters held the others back for a second, but he could see soon enough they would attack again. He adopted a fighting stance and prepared himself for the oncoming waves.
A voice sounded out from a nearby speaker:
"Alto Ganze, I take it? Technopath, Genius Computer Programmer, and apparently, a Cyborg. I have heard much about you, and, quite frankly, you and that Cedric kid have some of the DNA needed to create the perfect Metahuman. Which is why I'm going to acquire that DNA now, whether by capturing you, killing you, or making you shed blood." And with that, more monsters revealed themselves.
Some were floating wheels within wheels with seven eyes each; (Counterfeit) Ophanim from Jewish and Christian Angelogy. These floating wheels were able to fire lasers from their myriad eyes, as well as hypnotize people with said eyes. These Fake Ophanim were guarded by Serpentmen; Naga from Indian Mythology, whose coiled bodies were many times stronger than humans, and had an acidic spit and bite. There were also uncannily beautiful Succubi, long-haired women with bat wings who wore skimpy bikinis and carrying whips; each of them had the power of manipulating fire as well.
Which brought up the subject of how Isabella was able to find so many volunteers, for her power only worked on the willing.
"Do you not see, Alto? Pleasure and perfection are the only truths! Join me, and you can have every luxury you can desire, including, of course, my lovely body..." she said in a tone meant to be seductive.
Hmmm... She sounds familiar... Alto thought as the voice continued talking. She sounds like that one Aperture biologist that got promoted and was bragging about it everywhere...
It probably could've been, considering all the creatures. They were classified as Biology right?
"Hey wait!" Alto shouted suddenly, "Aren't you like, thirty-something? You're at least 12 years older than me!"
"Which is part of the allure," spoke Isabella, "don't tell me you've never been interested in older women..." she continued in that musical voice of hers. "After all, you adolescents are still growing, still unable to control your 'urges'..."
"Hey, you know, all you're doing is making me feel slightly queasy here!" Alto said, "You kinda sound a bit desperate, when I think about it, it just sounds really weird!"
He really didn't know what she was going for here, well he sort of did, but it was still weird. Her voice was nice and all but that didn't really do anything for him.
"Unlike you, I'm not 30! I can control myself!"
Isabella laughed, conceding the point. She then spoke:
"All right; I'm done 'playing nice'. Surrender in three seconds, or I will have my minions take you alive. Emphasis on alive." Alto can imagine Isabella being smug.
"Alright then, 0!" With that, he shot a beam of energy at the speaker, cutting it into pieces before it burst into a small explosion. He knew what he had to do now. Disregarding her words, Alto launched himself forward, plotting a course for one of the wheel things in the air.
"Emperor, the Ophanim's eyes have hypnotic properties," Theo said suddenly, "The defensive protocols can alleviate the effects, but it will take some time to negate them." He reported.
"Theo, you know what I'm thinking right now, and you know that it won't matter." He said to him. He ducked under a swinging tail and rolled through the legs of a nearby behemoth, he jumped up into a sprint, slitting the throat of a Naga as he passed before it could shoot acid at him. He ducked and weaved between monsters as the eye wheels started to shoot lasers at him, cutting limbs left, right and center, showering him with blood.
He sidestepped a succubus who blew fire at him, and then grabbed her by the head and used her to vault up a wall and then he launched himself off of the wall and backflipped over the heads of some monsters using his arms to propel himself further. He landed on a flying succubus and used the momentum to launch himself onto the back of another behemoth. He quickly climbed the behemoth as it tried to grab him and he reached the top of its head and proceeded to plunge his tanto into its scalp.
It did little more than annoy the creature, and the behemoth just reach up with a fist and tried to slap him off, but Alto jumped his hand and landed on it on the way back, the behemoth noticed and raised his arm to fling Alto off as lasers, acid, whips and fire all raced to eradicate the pest. Alto shot out his left hand and a glowing blue hook launched and embedded itself into the eye wheel closest to the hole in the ceiling. Activating it, he whisked himself towards the wheel as the behemoth howled in pain. He reached the end of the line and grabbed the wheel with his right hand, taking care not to look into its eyes.
As he expected, it tried to shake him off by rotating in varous directions, he held on long enough for it to get annoyed and it rotated 180 degrees putting Alto from the bottom of it to the top. Finding his footing on the wheel, he used it as a platform and jumped for the hole in the ceiling, stabbing his tanto into the sides of the hole, and reaching his left arm for the edge of the platform.
He hauled himself up as several succubi and eye-wheels flew out of the hole in order to menace him further. He pointed his finger out and waved it erraticaly, turning the air in front of him into a shower of blood and limbs. He looked over the side for a second, and saw more wheels flying towards him, and even several succubi hauling other creatures to attack him.
Raising his left arm skywards, he said, "Theo, you know what to do."
"Yes, emperor."
Blue light burst from his finger tip and projected a hologram into the sky that read, "HOLE IN THE ROOF, NEED ASSISTANCE, BRING FIREPOWER" with an arrow pointing downwards towards the hole. When he'd held it up for long enough that he was sure anyone would get the message, he turned off the projection and turned towards the next wave of attackers.
"Alright then," He said finally. "Time to get serious."
He threw his black-steel tanto into his right hand, and materialized a blade of blue energy on his left arm. Then he charged towards the oncoming storm.
((TL;DR - Too Long, Didn't Read: Alto, (Edit: upon landing at the roof of Aperture Tower,) sends away Cypress and Bloodrune to someplace else, then drops down to a chamber filled with Isabella's creatures, where the aforementioned Isabella tries to seduce him. She fails, there's a big fight, and Alto projects a hologram onto the roof calling for help. Light, Dean, and Adam, that is your cue.))
