They have the same destructive force as kunai, though they move a little faster. This technique is rather moderately chakra taxing. Weakness: Fire-type techniques can destroy all needles immediately; a barrier, shield or similar defense mechanism may also disable it entirely. Weaknesses/Strengths: • Tsumei is deadly if she stays a good distance away from her foes, her ninjutsu is quite good • She's extremely cold in battles, and not only due to her kekkei genkai • Weak Taijutsu and Kenjutsu • Decent chakra control • Weak chakra pool • Tsumei is smart, sufficiently to setup rather decent traps and use what little abilities she have to get the best out of most matches, this may or may not be a strong point Personality: At first glance, Tsumei seems to be an aloof, distant individual with little empathy towards others. When and if approached, Tsumei is likely to display indifference. Being cold and calculative to certain extent, Tsumei is uncaring about the others well being; if a mission is sufficiently important for example, she wouldn't mind risking the life of one of her comrades to succeed. The young girl believes not in friendship, love or any of that petty 'emotional' thing. To her, any of that is nothing but a hindrance to her abilities and missions; as well as her partners. She'll state, clearly, her distaste in friendship and in some cases, even state to her partners/squad her feelings about it, as if giving a casual, normal hint. In battle, Tsumei is merciless and unforgiving. If an enemy makes a mistake, they're dead, simple as that. Death does not scare her, she does not fear it either. She's not even one to care if a squad-member is in danger, she'd rather endanger someone by using him or her as a bait to kill their foe than endanger herself by saving someone. Notable, Tsumei hasn't got a strong sense of justice, thus, she doesn't cares whenever she's doing something the bad, the dirty or the deplorable way. A task is a task and a succesful task is a complete one. Backstory: Little is known about Tsumei past. She has fled from her previous village alone, bloodied and nearly dead and arrived on Konohagakure when she was merely eight years old. Since then, she demonstrated an extremely cold behavior, focusing entirely on training. As an orphan, her life wasn't easy, she had to count with the help of two kind elders to eat, bathe and sleep - and those are the only two she'll ever show care and love to, or so she says. Some may have called her a prodigy because of her skill and shinobi attitude in a young age, but she's truly not - Tsumei is simply dedicated to her training, given that's everything she currently has in life. Allies: None. Enemies: All foes of her village - Konohagakure.

This kekkei genkai allows the user to knead their chakra into smoke, smog, ash, etc. and expel it from their body. These techniques are useful for stealth and blinding the enemy. The clan obviously has an immunity to the smoke they create, they can also see in it. Chakra Nature: Enton (Wind and Fire) Techniques: All of the Academy techniques, including Shunshin, plus.... Smoke Prison Jutsu Rank: C Nature: Smoke Release Hand Seals: 8 seals ending with Ram Description: After performing the proper hand seals, Smoke explodes out of Tadashi's body, covering a very large area around him. He can see inside, but his opponents cannot, and since the smoke is made of his chakra, it fools those with doujutsu. Wind techniques would usually blow this smoke away, but it will keep reforming, with the use of chakra obviously. The smoke is near impossible to see through, and it burns the eyes and throat. Bladed Hands Jutsu Rank: D Nature: Wind Release Hand Seals: 5 seals Description: Tadashi covers a limb with sharp wind chakra to enhance his taijutsu, quite an easy jutsu to execute, chakra-wise. Weapons/Tools: The standard ninja tools Weaknesses/Strengths: Tadashi is a taijutsu and ninjutsu specialist. He utilizes wide spread, long ranged jutsu, and short ranged taijutsu. He has honed his speed and agility to a very impressive level for a Genin. Tadashi uses his taijutsu to push the enemy back, and then uses his long ranged attacks to win the fight. Tadashi has an average, if not slightly smaller chakra pool but precise chakra control. His final strength is his strategic mind. In combat, Tadashi is patient and calculating. He utilizes analytical skills to out smart and out think his opponents. Personality: Tadashi Matsumoto is a kind, outgoing young man. He loves to make friends, and takes friendship very seriously. He also very strong-hearted, meaning that he fights for what he believes in and won't let anyone waver his beliefs. Tadashi is a determined genin, ambitious to the core. He wants to be the best ninja around and he will do anything to be one. The young man is not ruse though, in fact he is very respectful. He acknowledges when he is outmatched, and he knows his limits. Tadashi is also a bright young man, probably one of Kohona's brightest, besides the Naras of course. The teenager is a master strategist and analyst. Tadashi just wants to do what's right, and live and adventurous and prosperous life. Backstory: Tadashi was born into the Matsumoto clan's head family. His father, Daisuke, and his mother, Ayame, ruled the clan since the day he was born. Growing up he had a lot of expectations to live up to. He always looked up to his father, with whom he bonded with the strongest. The young boy would train with his father whenever he had a chance, he was a determined young kid. He became ambitious, knowing that one day he would rule his clan, he strived for greatness. Graduating form the academy was a great achievement for him, one step closer to his goal. Tadashi will continue to strive for greatness all through out his ninja journey, and you can bet that he will never give up! He also uses Kunai when he wants to. Weaknesses/Strengths: -Branch's main weakness is that he relies too much in his friends. -He is also a genius in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. -He is very reckless and carefree, which could be utilized against him in a battle. -Has more chakra than a regular shinobi. -Is pretty smart, above average, but nowhere near the Nara intellect. Personality: Branch is, as I said before, reckless and carefree. He enjoys to train in his free time. He mostly shows a neutral expression to anything he is told. He also doesn't care about much people. His common saying is:"Fate is like a pre-written document, it is already determined." Backstory: Born into the main house of the Hyuugā Family, Branch has been trained in the art of the shinobi since a very young age. He is considered a prodigy between his family members since he is very talented with both the Byakugan and the Gentle Fist. Branch had a pretty "normal" childhood. On his third birthday he was given a cursed seal. This was on purpose, the main house wanted to see the effects of the cursed seal on a member of the main family. It proved to work wonders, Branch's abilities became above average, since then Branch has been considered a genius. The cursed seal had a reverse effect on him. His IQ was increased and so were his abilities, but at the cost of him losing his emotions. Since then Branch has lived a pretty regular life. Allies: His friends. EDIT: Finished with the Editing, took out the Jinchuuriki part, since seeing that they basically won't do anything. So I modified it a bit, you'll notice minor changes. Just a headsup: Jinchuuriki's are accepted, but as these are dangerous times, they are untrusted. They won't see much action outside of their village, and they're basically poor weapons the Kages' plan to use once the invasions and attacks start. It's to balance out characters, since Jinchuuriki's are immensely powerful in 'rage' form. Basically, since times are serious, he's basically a prisoner in his own village. He can still be smart, but he won't be a genius in taijutsu and ninjutsu, since the Hokage forbids the training of a volatile weapon. Get the backstory up, and take out the Rank completely, since I forgot to take that out in the CS skeleton, and I'll review it. ^^
