Hey guys. Sorry for not posting. I wish I could say that I'll get a post up shortly, but life has a way of saying "Hah! NOPE!" to those sorts of things. Tomorrow I depart on a week-long hike up a mountain, then a week after that I'm going on a month-long overseas trip to Israel and Italy with my family. Hopefully there'll be computer and wifi there, but I don't like my chances. However, I'll probably be able to get a post up after coming back from the hike. Here's hoping. @The Kid Lantern, if things don't go my way, you can do whatever you want with Hellfire until I come back. Sorry for the short notice, GG

Hey, guys. Got some bad news on my end. My schoolwork needs to be my number one priority for a few weeks, at least, and I probably should have done this a week and a half-ish ago. RPing is kind of just another thing on my mind that I don't need to be thinking about right now, so I'm gonna have to put myself on a hiatus. I'll write myself out.

Hah, yeah. Mine doesn't sound quite as fun as his. As it would turn out, the due dates of my two biggest papers of the year as well as the SATs all fall within four days of each other in about two weeks. Some kinda crunch time, huh?

That sounds brutal buddy, I feel for you. Although just out of curiosity what is the 'SATs'? We don't have them in the UK, but I see them spoken about on tv all the time.

The SAT is a standardized test that determines whether or not you're good enough to get into college in America. All that matters is the score. Doesn't matter what you actually did in high school, or if you're bad at tests, or if you're the first in your family to even get that far and no one knows shit about the SATs, even you. It's all about the number. /endrant

It's a test that you take in highschool that's basically a requirement for college, though different schools take different scores. They grade you in three sections, reading, math, and writing, and the writing part includes an essay. Also it takes just under 4 hours. Basically it's bullshit, but I have to do well on it. EDIT: Diz summed it up better than I did. Also I'll be in the TPad for a little bit if anyone's interested. Just gotta write my post so I can put it out of mind.

So it's not something that is well received then. We don't have anything like that over here.

Including characters who've vanished, written themselves out, currently writing themselves out, and others going on hiatus we're down pretty low on players. I'm also starting to get the fatigue some of you have talked about with writing the same character for [what's it been now...] a YEAR?!? Well 11 months, but still, DAMN! Until a few people return I'm gonna ask to go ahead and cease on posting in the IC. I'll write something to keep it moving forward in the next couple of days and give you guys some set up to maybe post some time off adventures of the heroes outside of costume in Star City if you'd like, though I know writing a character doing normal mundane stuff can be boring. Only Miss Mountain and Cassandra aren't pictured, but that would still only leave us with a group of 6 and the time between posts is getting longer and longer. I hope to keep the OOC active, however. The Legion game I've mentioned spinning out of YJ is built around a smaller cast and I'm hoping it can keep some momentum once it gets going. So if you guys need a 2022 fix you can check it out once I get the OOC and IC up, or check out what BlackSam is doing with Fenrir and another gang in his Outsiders spin off. ~KL~

Awww, that's depressing, as I've been really enjoying this game so far. It's only one of two games I'm a part of that I'm really into. However, I understand with the number of players dropping and fatigue of playing characters. I guess this gives me move incentive to hurry up with my CS for the Outsiders, anyhow XD

With so many people taking a hiatus I just don't wanna have to keep writing Ditto rebuilding the team again and again. And I don't wanna have to take more time out for another recruitment drive after the Legion is up and going. I like how the 2022 universe has expanded and hope to see it go further. Sooner or later we'll have to do something with older cannon characters and legacy heroes, just make it something other than the Justice League. Thought of Batman Incorporated 2022 but those Batman games can get messy quick sometimes. ~KL~

Not sure with what Tori will do once she recovers. But same I am working on Outsiders and Legion also.

Not sure if I mentioned it before. I DO intend to return in just a couple weeks. Also I won't die OOC-wise, I just don't have the time to write out posts with real substance.
