Bravisimo! I appreciated the quote, though I couldn't read much of Frankenstein. I enjoyed the subject matter, but the writing style put me off for some reason, I couldn't really bear to read it.

I actually kinda liked the writing style, but it was the romanticist themes I couldn't stand. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back. Anyways, I feel an AI could easily empathize with a being like the "monster" so I thought it'd be perfect!

I definitely see the parallels between the Frankenstein monster and Alice, so I believe much of how Alice turns out will depend on her continued treatment by the squad and crew. That's just my opinion though.

Yeah, I don't think she'll end up promising revenge against humanity since the reason behind much of Adam's (the "monster") mistreatment was based on appearance, and Alice's body was specifically designed to allow better interaction with humans. But their treatment of her definitely will have an effect on how she's internalizing a sense of self and such

On that note, in case you all are curious, here is Ari's thoughts one everyone so far Wes: "That guy is really scary, and kinda mean....though I guess to be expected from a special forces man." Alice: "Wow, she's really an AI? Thats so cool! She seems human enough though...I guess it'll be fun to get to know her." Gerard: "Thats a bunch of French....and he's really informal, not as bad as the first guy. He seems nice though, maybe he can help me get used to these guys."

To be fair, its kinda hard to get Gerard to be angry. Or ahve a bad reaction. The worst you'll usually get is silence
