Trapp is an O-4 Lieutenant Commander (or LCDR). For those of you without military knowledge, "O-4" is his pay grade, in this case, translating to "Officer, Grade 4"

The rest of us will be a spattering of O-3 Lieutenants, and O-2 Junior Lieutenants, (though we're all referred to as Lieutenant) Ariana would actually be an O-1 Ensign (I gave Deadnaut the wrong rank... I just remembered that we should be using Navy ranks, not Air Force ranks, since we're all technically naval aviators.)
