The first S Class Exam was basically like a tournament with the the 1st place winner gaining S Class *cough Damian cough*. And the other two gained their by having it pulled out of a hat. But really, I can see Mayt having the physical potential for S Class and Penny having a bit more mental potential than Mayt. If we are going to do another S Class, it feels like it should be decided differently than the previous ones.
