Park looked down at Misaka when she wrapped her arms around his neck. Slowly he wrapped his arms around her and smiled, "Don't worry about it... Abigail kind of deserved it."
He looked down at her as he stepped away and nodded his head toward the bus, "Come on," He climbed onto the bus and walked to his seat. For the first time in a long time, he placed his bag between his legs. He patted the spot next to him for Misaka to sit then looked out the window, "I'll talk to my eomma... My mom about you coming over... Does tomorrow sound good?"
Abigail and Elle walked onto the bus and Elle took their usual seat as Abigail walked to the back and moved to kneel on the semi empty seat in front of Park and Misaka. She looked at the boy that was sitting there for a moment before she looked at Park and spoke in Korean, "Don't tell mom... She'd kill me... Please."
"[i]At this point... I think you deserve to be killed. You're an immigrant, why are you mocking immigrants?" Park said, almost sounding a little sad despite still being rather angry with her.
"Because... It's what everyone else was doing and... I want to be cool, not getting mocked like her."
"It's cruel, Abigail... They are mocking people like mom... They are mocking US. I think you need to take a step back and realize that," Park said quietly before Abigail brushed him off and walked back to Elle and joined the blonde for the ride home. Park looked at Misaka and sighed, "Joesonghabnida," A small smile broke on his lips, "It means sorry."
