@TwilightDragon After finding out about the Cultural Sphere thing that allows more skills and phantasms the closer the servants are to their place of legend and if more people know about them I'm giving Saber some more stuff because he is one of the two legends actually from Japan. ^^ Is that okay?

Well to be honest, Huangdi looks a bit too strong but that's just my opinion.
Anyways, rejoicing is to come, and definitely no sudden and untimely demises due to betrayal of course.

Due to the caster class not being strong in the physical abilities department I think its fair for him to have the summoning.


It's mainly just the raw power of the noble phantasm. I'd limit the amount of phantasmal beasts he can summon to be one, because frankly not many servants are handling a Hydra well anytime soon. Monstrous beasts are ok.

Monstrous beasts can be dispatched by average servants, but phantasmal are quite powerful. However, it isn't odd for a servant to have a phantasmal or divine beast in their command. Iskandar's bulls are divine beasts and Pegasus is a phantasmal beast also. Huangdi should be able to summon one of any kind, but not more than one.
