Jarvis

Jarvis sighed softly, rising a hand to brush the flour away, but just spread it further. It didn't really bother him. "It's never the same, little one." It didn't shock him when the young woman appeared. He shifted, setting the stew to shimmer.

"its no trouble at all, Miss. She's a delight" Jarvis smiled, "I enjoy spending time with her" he said, finding some plates. "it's a pleasure to meet you, Miss"

Master Jamie

Mastr Jamie raised an eyebrow, "Did I offer you a guild mark and a position in the guild? I don't think so. I offered you a safe place, in a dangerous world. That's it." He said, shaking his head, sighing. "Does it matter if she's been outside before in her larger forms? Sometimes its nice to have someone care. I'll leave you two now, I've got to talk to others" Candy was next, Jamie decided, starting back to the guild and looking for the sugar loving boy.

Penny

Penny was somewhat shocked at this statement. Someone wanted to get to know her better? She didn't think anyone had ever said that before to her. She wasn't even too sure how she got close to those she did in the guild. "Really? Why? I'm temperamental, a little bit of a bitch actually. And I don't really get along with other girls" her tone was shocked.

Sasha

Sasha seemed thoughtful once more, then shook her head. "I know you don't think of the guild like I do. And I know you have wanted to leave before. But the fact is, Mayt, you are a part of the guild. You can leave, but I doubt you'd be gone long. You left once before, even if it was because your uncle needed you. You came back. I think if you were going to leave, you would have done then. The guild is...different things to each of us. For me, it was a chance to have a family. to be welcomed, and accepted. A chance to not be alone. I know that isn't the same for everyone else" She shrugged. nodding as he explained about the mark.

She did't uderstand it, but she figured it would probably be the same if she tried to explain her abilities thoroughly to him. "I see. Well, then why did it disappear here?" She asked curiously

"An underground home?" She listened to him explain and heard him speak of his Master Rian. Well, the advice had been well-intentioned, but somehow, it didn't sit quite right. "Well, if it is comfortable, I suppose. We just joined the guild a few days ago, and they have rooms upstairs. Since it's a benefit of being a guild member, you should consider staying here, instead. I guess you already went to the trouble of building your house, though..."

"It'd be safer, too, of course. In the city, with your Guildmates." Trinity smiled as Karn purred for her, sitting herself next to him and leaning back against the table as she continued to pet him. After a bit, she stops and looks Karn over. Seems rested, ready to go. "Karn, let's take a job together. Got any ones in mind that you've been eying?"

"Because I want to. I want to know Penny, not the Phoenix of Phoenix Wing. I want to know the person behind the title... And maybe even make a new friend," she smiles at Penny, 'My first new friend in years,' she turns and enters a small garden and sits on a bench. Placing her sword behind her she motions for Penny to join her and continues, "So are you willing to let me get to know you? Don't worry I don't take without giving. I'll tell you about myself as well. So it's fair."

Edolas
Mayt --- Edolas Phoenix Wing Guild Hall
Mayt rubbed the back of his head, he wasn't sure on a route that continued and had a high chance of keeping Sasha from getting mad with him. After a moment, he pulled out his sword, deciding to handle that part of the conversation first. "Okay, the not requiring energy was a bit of a hyperbole. But, while in Earthland, I naturally replenish it, and I recover magic power faster than I use it to keep the shape up. So when I first came here to Edolas, I couldn't exactly keep magic in it. Shape Magic: Reinforce Inanimate, Warp Energy" The black mark reappeared on the blade, starting at the hilt and moving up, though it wasn't exactly the same. "There, it's back to what I would consider normal." He sheathed it after a moment.

After a moment, Mayt sighed, a bit his lip. "As for the guild... I was honestly about to leave it the day we attacked the council. But then I was promoted to S-class, and I can only imagine how long the talk about someone being promoted to S-class then leaving would look. So... I stayed, and I fought with everyone at the Council. Good thing too... If I hadn't been sucked through that Anima and brought to Edolas, Penny might've gotten pierced by an arrow, but I did burn someone to death." He puffed up his cheeks, thinking. "And I probably would've regretted it for a long time after if I did leave, though I'd probably end up joining another guild sooner or later. I do need work, and I considered my Uncle just like any ordinary job, just that one only payed exactly my rent for a month of work."

Earthland
Melina --- Phoenix Wing Guild Hall
Melina sighed, putting the brush down. Letting Mithera just settle in for a little nap out in the yard. "Certainly sounded like you were trying to recruit me to me." She stood up, yawning, and headed inside the Guild hall, glancing about for any sign of Damian. She had heard enough of what he did and what he was capable of to want to avoid him, which she did actively. Not seeing him on her initial or subsequent scans she walked over to a table and sat down, retrieving her book and paging through it. She had learned a good bit about her magic, though there was always more to learn, and she wanted to learn it.

The door of the guild opened and a hooded figure walked in slowly towards the bar. The hood shrouded half of his face, making it hard to tell who it was though very few people should recognize the green attire and the overly long sword he carries around on his waist. The figure sat down on a bar stool and coughed slightly, small puffs of ash came out of his mouth. "Dammit, it got stuck in my throat." Oh the occasional troubles of having magic that involves consuming ash. His cold eyes darted towards Jarvis and he tapped the counter. "Yo Jarvis, some mead and steak would be good right now."

The figure pulled his hood back to reveal that it was Nolan. He'd been gone for so long since the first day he arrived in Phoenix Wing due to a mission that brought him all the way up to the north. "It looks like a lot has happened since I've been gone..." Nolan muttered to himself.

Wait a minute....where the hell was Jarvis? Who the hell was he even talking too? There was no one there. "..." Nolan blushed in embarrassment as he realized that he was talking to empty space.

Karn
Fiore || Magnolia || Phoenix Wing Guild
Interacting: Trinity, Nolan

Karn chuckled a little at Trinity's concern, waving a gloved hand a little. "Well I know. Maybe I'll stay in a room here from time to time if it gets too cold. But I like the outdoors, and Mythy seems to prefer it as well." he chuckled before blinking a little curiously at the mention of a job.

Grinning a little as he hummed a soft tune thoughtfully he nodded his head eagerly. He was pretty eager to go on his first job. Of course, there was several that he was interested in, but his number one is one of the more rewarding, and difficult sounding one. Simply because it sounded pretty dire, he didn't really care for the reward, but he was worried for the people.

"Well I was thinking of going on the 'Nobody cares for the poor' job. I was going to ask Mythy, Zero-kun and Zenny if they wanted to come. It be good to have you as well though!" he chirped cheerfully as he stood and skipped over to the job board, looking over the one he wanted before taking the piece of parchment then looking to see a stranger come into the Guild and tapping at the counter.

Curiously, the feminine blonde bounced over and smiled brightly. "Hey there! I haven't seen you before! My name is Karn it's nice to meet you!" he chirped cheerfully.

Zenoram/Zero

For the first two days the two had been around the guild Zero had remained in charge. It was easier. Even now he was currently in charge. Zenoram hadn't been much outgoing as he had thought. Maybe he wasn't completely ready. Maybe the sudden change was a little harder than Zenoram had thought it would be. Zero sighed though. He'd slept in today. He really shouldn't have, but he did. "Geez... Where's Mithera? Or Karn..." He paused. "Mithera would be better." He said with a slight chuckle.

"You're too mean to Karn."
"I'm not THAT mean."
"Yeah you are. Be nicer!"
"Okay okay. I get it. Maybe. Depends on how weird or clingy he acts."

Zero yawned as he walked his usual unkempt appearance in place as he shook his head causing his hair to flop about a bit. As he suspected. His bed head did not change. He shrugged. He didn't care. He was at the guild already. No point in worrying about it now. Much to Zenoram's dismay he walked into the Guild. Zenoram wished the dragon slayer would be more neat. At least a little. Zero had no such thoughts though. He simply looked around the guild as he walked through the doors. He hadn't shown or told anyone other than Karn about his magic yet. Besides, he'd already caught on to another Dragon Slayer. He only knew of one other slayer. But he hadn't seen her or talked to her yet in the days since he'd arrived. Maybe it wasn't even her.

"She'd probably out in the back." He said as he sniffed the air a bit discreetly. "Yeah. Totally." He mumbled to himself before literally sniffing out Karn. He saw him, but he simply facepalmed choosing to keep his distance.

"Why can't you just go talk to him. Is it the dress?"
"What? No... I just don't like frills."
"You're judging again."
"Whatever. Everyone judges. Doesn't mean i respect him any less. I'm just not looking to be hugged by the guy."
"Cause of the dress?"
"Fuck the dress! I don't like hugs, okay?!"
"But I do..."
"Then hug him later."

Zenoram was in a huff now. Normally, Zero would try to fix it, but right now he wasn't in the mood. Zenoram had to toughen up a little. He'd decided that about a day and a half ago. He stopped moving looking around the guild again. Then he saw her. That girl that had spent a bit of time with Mithera. Melina he think was her name. "Hey you." He said calmly as he walked over to the table she was at. "Mithera's outside right?" He asked before glancing around again and taking a seat across from her. "More importantly. Mithera and Karn keep talking about this guild stuff. You seem level headed enough. I guess." Of course, he made that assumption. He hadn't try to get close to almost anyone else. And he knew her enough because of Mithera. So she was pretty level headed in his mind by default. "Mind helping me understand what's the big deal? In the words of someone who isn't biased like Karn, or sme..." He almost said smells. Yes. Scents gave off more information than a person might think. "Er... Seems like she had something to prove like Mithera." He finished asking her opinion. Not like he had a large group of people to sample.

"Hey didn't Karn say something about a certain job when we first arrived?"
"Geez... Now you remind me?"
"I forgot too you know."
"Just ask him after you take over. I'm sure he'll just upset me otherwise."
"Yeah yeah. I got it.

Zenoram chuckled lightly withing their head. At least he was fine now. That was a load of Zero's mind. Literally. When one got mad the other could hear their thoughts. So, of course, that didn't help clear the mind at all.

Lucas Ryder

A young boy emerged into a busy street of Magnolia, looking at the people stroll past him. He got a few looks thrown at him, who can blame them, a mysterious person wearing a blue cape with a blue hood does attract wandering eyes. "This is the town you have decided to be you're grave then... as you wish" The man continued walking until he came across a bar, he looked around before entering.

From the outside it looks cheerful, well maintained and intimate. Softwooden planks and huge, stone pillars make up most of the building's outer structure.
It's impossible to see through the large, curtained windows, but the noise from within can be felt outside.

As you enter the tavern through the thick, metal door, you're welcomed by excitement and cheerful singing.
The bartender is buried in orders, but still manages to welcome you with a wave.

It's as alluring inside as it is on the outside. Squared, wooden beams support the upper floor and the fans attached to them.

The tavern itself is packed. Tourists seem to be the primary clientele here, which often means great company. Several long tables are occupied by, what seems to be entire families, all enjoying the food, drinks and company of each other. The other, smaller tables are also occupied by people who are clearly having a good time. Even most of the stools at the bar are occupied, though nobody seems to mind more company.

The man walked over to the bartender and took off his hood, revealing his whiteish blue hair and hazel eyes. The bartender walked over,"What do you want kid?" His voice was calm and welcoming. "A man, named Andrew." The man replied, the bartenders eyes flickered and he instantly became nervous, "Uhh um sorry kid, i don- dont know many Andrews that uhhh, that well." He replied giving off a slight nervous chuckle. The man gave a slight smile and a mischievous chuckle, "As you wish..." The man put both his hands on the bar and a white flash started to brew. People stepped away in concern, some even left. Within seconds the bar exploded into tiny squares, then disappearing. Nothing stood between the bartender and the man. Screams and footsteps were all that could be heard. Grabbing the bartender by the collar he leaned in, "Andrew, my father, comes to this bar very often. He took everything from me and he will die for what he's done. Tell him, Lucas Ryder, is here to finish what happened 6 years ago." Releasing his grip, he could feel his magic coursing through his body, Crap, im losing control... Lucas stepped back from the bartender, allowing him to fall to the ground. As Lucas turned towards the door he knocked a table, almost instantly exploding it upon touch, he was losing control of his power. He touched several beams that supported the floor above, no doubt trying to bring it down. Once on the street, so many people were crowded around, gasping and scared. Explosions of blocks flew past him as the building started to collapse behind him. The wood snapping and the building fell, causing an uproar of smoke. This no doubt, will alert some form of guild... crap...

Sasha

Sasha sighed softly. While she didn't like killing, she supposed sometimes, there just wasn't any way out of it. It still made her feel...saddened. That a life could be taken so quickly, it just seemed...sad. She leaned back slightly, looking up at the sky. "Sometimes, things just...are how they are meant to be. You're meant to be in the guild, Mayt. And thats that. Without you, I don't think we would have done so well the other day. And after everything, t still frustrates me that we have heard nothing of our Wes. I hope we hear something soon. I'd hate to go back to the guildd without him"

Penny

Penny stared at Sayuri. Then she sshrugged. "Alright then. I don't like sharing things about my past, so forgive me if I don't go there" Do not go there yourself. Do. Not. Go. There

But it was too late, even thinking about it for that brief few seconds had caused memories to surface. Her whole body shuddered, and her eyes would appear to be distant.

Flash Back

The little three year old girl ran down the stairs eagerly. Today was a special day. It was her birthday, and she anticipated great happiness. As she reached the landing, she was laughing, as she called out "mama! Papa!" in a little child-like, girl voice.

She turned the corner, into the kitchen, but skidded to a halt as she heard sounds of yelling.

"No, no! Jacob, please, no!" She recognised her mothers voice, but it was the fear in it that sent the girl into hiding, as she crawled into a cupboard, shutting the door behind her. But the darkness just made everything worse, and she shuddered, shivering with fright.

"I have to, Mary. It's the only way you'll learn!"

Screams seemed to echo from all around the little girl.

"P-p-penny, Jacob, stop. She'll be down so-" the rest of the sentence was cut off in a gurgling scream.

Penny whimpered, and curled into a tight ball. As her mothers screams steadily got worse, and then died off, she stayed where she was, shuddering. She tried not to make a sound as she heard the heavy foot falls of her fathers tread, but she was only three, and so, so scared. She whimpered, and flinched back, knocking pots together.

Her fathers footsteps stopped, and light bloomed in the cupboard as he opened it. "You no good, sneaking, evesdropper!" as she was dragged out the cupboard, Penny let out an ear splitting scream, but it was too late.

End Flash back

As the abuse steadily got worse over the years, Penny dreaded even going home. She was ten when her magic first manifested, ten, and knew she was adopted. She knew her adoptive parents didn't have a shread of magic, and her father feared it. So Penny learned in secret, and by the time she was 11, was able to threaten him with it. Life steadily got better.

Until he murdered her mother.

So Penny ran away from home.

She came back to herself, dropping her head in her hands. "Please don't ask me about it" her voice was soft, and void of any emotion.

Master Jamie

As Master Jamie headed in, he heard a Lacrima go off, and looked over to the bar, just as a tattered piece of paper appeared. She went over to it, and read the hastily written message, with what appeared to be blood on it.

"Rouge Mage. Destroyed the tarven. Help"

The name of the tarven was there, sprawled on the stationary item in fancy words. Jamie sighed heavily, and called out "Everyone! There's a out of control magician in the city!"

She sighs as Penny's gaze goes distant and drops her head into her hands, 'Oh man, that look... I know that look far to well. Just like me years ago. Well I know to keep away from that then,' Standing she puts an arm around Penny's shoulders and smiles softly, "Hey no problem we all have subjects we want to avoid. I know how painful the past can be. So you don't have to say anything until you are ready. So since you seem to have more you wanna keep hidden why don't you start?"

Ariel

Magnolia, a wonderful place to visit so far as Ariel could see. This will be where she would call home if things worked out with Phoenix Wing. That was assuming she could find it. Never having been to this town before she was using a map at first. Of course a little asking around and the people of the town directed her much better than any piece of paper could. She was a bit nervous to be honest. This sounded like a rather large guild and there was no way of knowing how she would fit in, especially with her split personality.

On the way her concentration was broken by a crash. Whirling around she clutched the map instinctively. At first she couldn't tell from where the sound came until there was another crashing sound. It sounded awful as if a building was coming down. Heading in the general direction the dust and smoke began to rise above the rooftops. Having a much better idea of where the trouble was she ran to the scene.

Amaya VanIsis - Earth Guild Hall

Amaya was actually in the crowded streets a few blocks from the Phoenix Wing guild hall. She was on her way back from the market as she simply went to get a frozen treat out of boredom for the most part. She stopped dead in her tracks when a small group of people ran past her screaming and shouting of someone using magic and destroying something.

"A bar? That's not good...maybe I should investigate....or should I tell master Jamie? I'll go I am sure she knows already" she spoke to herself finishing her treat in one bite sighing" After this I really need to buy more and something to keep then constantly cold..."

Amaya dusted off her skirt before she took off in a sprint towards the chaos. She had to kinda battle the panicking masses. She looked around finding where the panic started" what the..."she whispered keeping her distance and watching everything and everyone for danger while she waited for the others of the guild to arrive as she was sure they already knew.

Amaya took a deep breath taking in the smells before slowly heading towards the bar" waiting isn't a good option right?"she asked herself

Felix Lancaster

The Magnet Mage

Felix laughed heartily as Fleo inched closer. She was making him work, and he felt that, just as they had discussed before, they were doing the same thing in different ways. It was definitely exhilarating to be racing like this, a friendly challenge between guildmates. And it was a great way to increase their appetites! They’d be ready for a buffet of pancakes when they got there! They were close enough that Felix thought he could spot a sign for the pancake shop, not relying on Fleo’s movements to tell him when to turn.

That’s when he heard the explosion.

He felt the rumble even though he wasn’t actually touching the ground. He stopped almost immediately and quickly spun towards the fallen building. ”Fleo! Did you hear that?! We have to go help!” He looked for her reaction for a moment, then sped forward, launching himself to a nearby rooftop so he could bypass street traffic. Being this far from the ores in the ground, he couldn’t levitate as well so he simply released some iron sand from his containers, creating a small platform beneath his feet so he could magnetically jump from one roof to the next. Normally, this would be incredibly fun, but all Felix could think was that he wasn’t moving fast enough.

As he jumped he pulled more iron sand out of his containers, coating his hands and arms in metal and shaping a short blade in his right hand. He kept a ball of condensed granules in his left in case the situation didn’t actually require combat. His gut told me magic was behind this, but he supposed it could have really been anything.

By the time Felix got to the scene, the building was still collapsing on itself, throwing debris into the crowd of people who had obviously left the tavern in the chaos. Many were running, but the rest definitely couldn’t get out of the way in time. Felix focused for a moment and then launched himself harder than normal into the crowd, thankfully missing everyone, and threw up his hands. ”Magnetic Iron Shield!”

All of the iron he had on him collected into a dome above him and as much of the crowd as he could cover. He even pulled up other small pieces of metal that were nearby and attached them to the shield, making the edges of the construct look like an amalgamation of kitchen utensils and small pieces of jewelry. Any metal from the falling building, however, would be repelled as it hit the charge of the shield. The wood and stone, however, would hit the shield and bounce off.

The dome rang like a bell as more and more debris crashed off of it., and he stretched the dome so it covered the entrance to an alleyway behind him. ”Run! That way!” He was still fairly certain that there was someone behind the destruction and he wanted to be ready to face them if necessary. He couldn’t protect himself and hold up a shield this big. There wasn’t enough metal around for him to manipulate into a serviceable weapon.

He saw Amaya in the crowd and nodded to her, trying to get her attention. "Did you see who did this?

[Damian]

Damian was just coming inside the guild hall, his personal training and spell testing done, when he heard Master Jamie call out about the rogue mage. Knowing he wouldn't be the only one reacting, he didn't wait, passing through the guild hall and moving out the front door in a blur. As he ran, one of his blades formed along the ground and he jumped on it, riding it up above the roof tops. The smoke was hard to miss and he set out towards that, jumping onto a nearby roof and running across them instead of using the Striker Blade, though he didn't dismiss it. He could use it in case there was a fight. Clearing one of the roof top ledges, he used the wall to reach the ground, ramming a Hermes Blade into it to control his descent.

When he hit the ground he rushed forward, barely hearing the call of an attack in time. "Lightning God's Bellow!" He dove to the right, but recognized the voice and the attack. It was the Lightening God Slayer he'd encountered a few days prior to the attack on the Counsel. Rather than waste time with banter, he unleashed a spell of his own.

"Tri Blade strike!" He slashed once and three blades flew out, converging from three different directions on the location he'd heard the voice come from. He remained on guard though, look around and realizing the dust that had been kicked up was a good cover for her.

A lilting laugh from his left told him he'd probably missed. "Is that the best the Blade of Phoenix Wing can do? A paltry trick? I'm disappointed. Maybe one of your guildmates would make a better toy." Damian growled, and shot of a Piercing Blade to his left, then his right and in front of him. He didn't think he'd connected, but he stayed alert. Where did you go...

[James]

James looked up in bewilderment when the piece of parchment appeared without warning. [color=Navy]"What in the world is-" He was cut short by Master Jamie calling out about a rogue mage in the city. He saw Damian bolt for the front door and knew that this was serious. He stood and followed, stopping at the sight of the smoke and dust from what looked like a fallen building.

Looking back and making sure the others in the hall would be behind him, and seeing the flurry of movement, he took off at a sprint towards the smoke, drawing his sword as he ran and placing his shield on his arm. It was time for Phoenix Wing to prove they were the protectors of Magnolia as Fairy Tail had been before them.

@Silver Fox
Oh no, oh no no no no no! Out of nowhere a woman had popped up by his side and started to interact with him. Out of both fear and surprise, Nolan fell off his bar stool and onto his rear, looking up at the woman that introduced herself as Karn, a rather masculine name for a woman, but he wasn't going to question it. Fear and panic, those were the few emotions that he rarely felt though were reserved for whenever the opposite sex decided to interact with him. Sweat ran down his face faster than Usain Bolt combined with the energizer bunny and in amounts so copious that a fat man running on a hot summer's day still couldn't beat him. "Keep your distance woman!" Nolan said with his sheathed sword pointed towards Karn, his hand shook hard enough that it looked like it could phase through an object like the Flash.

Saved by the bell! Master Jamie had come in and told them that there was trouble in a tavern somewhere in Magnolia and before Karn react, Nolan dashed out of the guild, leaving a dust cloud in place of where he was. If anything made him run faster than before it would be the unadulterated fear that he was feeling right now.

Karn
Fiore || Magnolia || Phoenix Wing Guild
Interacting: Zero/Zenoram, Melina, Lucas

Karn's emerald eyes blinked a little curiously as the unfamiliar man seemed to suddenly be terrified, pointing a sheathed sword at the smaller individual. A lot of people in the guild like swords. Reminds him a little bit of Sinny. Swords were pretty cool he supposed, but those he trained with often led him getting cut. Watching as the man smelled of great amounts of fear and sweat, almost sweating so much that it could create enough water to make Karn nervous, he blinked a little as he was mistaken as a female and told to stay back.

Before he could answer though and ask why this man was so afraid, Master Jamie announced a problem at a tavern and the mystery man instantly bolted away. The blonde blinked a little more before chuckling a little bit. How odd... Wonder what he was so scared of.

"Am I that scary?" he said before spotting Zero and Zenoram talking with Melina. Although he wanted to bolt over and glomp him, he probably should go help the others as well. Out of control wizards don't usually go well. So he supposed asking the others if they wanted to go on a job together would have to wait.

Rolling up the parchment containing the job, he slipped it in the dress's belt before transforming into his cat form. Briefly going up to Zero and nuzzling his and Melina's ankles. "Hi Zero-Kuon, Zenny, Bloody Mary! See you soon!" he chirped, wanting to say hello to them before bolting out of the Guild and following after the rest of the charging Guildmembers. Jetting past James And sniffing the air for anything off. Soon he came across the collapsing tavern, which was being held up by Felix to allow citizens to escape.

Transforming into his Chimera form, the large beast immiedietly started sniffing, sensitive nose in the air before moving over the collapse wood. Though he flashed a smile to the others, he was more focused on sniffing for magic connected with someone. He knew everyone at the Guild he had met scent. Still need to examine that unfamiliar guy though. Ears perking, his massive paws dug through some broken wood, revealing a trapped man who soon scrambled out and ran away screaming in terror. Blinking, the chimera continued in his search, nose sniffing the air as he passed through the crowd before stopping in front of a boy in a blue cape. The massive beast sniffed some more before the golden eyes looked at him.

"Are you the one who did this?" he asked, nose twitching a little.

Master Jamie

Master Jamie watched as some of the members immediately rose to the challenge. He smiled, expecting nothing less of them. Looking about, Jamie figured he could let them deal with it, but she still followed those members out, watching.

Better to be safe, then sorry. Today, Jamie was in her more...cute form. Almost looking like a little kid, Jamie wore a loose top to prevent any chaffing on the bandage around his side, and strode forth in pants that almost seemed too long.

Jamie liked this form. It was amusing to show his power in it, and see people's shocked expressions. For now, Jamie surveyed the scene. She had a feeling that not all was as it was here.

Penny

Penny sighed, and sat down, as much to hide her shaking as to be sitting. She gently removed Sayuri's arm, not wanting to seem rude before she did. That was for herself. Her skin had broken out cold and clammy, and it was just another show of weakness.

"there isn't much to tell. I spent most of the last few years searching for Sasha. We are half sisters, and she was my only family. I'm a fire wizard. I don't like being a Phoenix wing S class wizard, as I feel like im suddenly responsible for everyone, and that just ticks me off. I have to be careful what I do now, so it doesn't reflext badly on the guild, and it makes me feel trapped"

She slammed her mouth shut, having not meant to say any of that. She winced, and closed her eyes. "that makes me sound so horrible, Doesn't it?"

Ariel

Other mages began showing up. At first they seemed to be coming from nowhere but after a minute it became clear that they were from Phoenix Wing. In no time they had the people under the rubble free and being moved away. Their efficiency surprised Ariel, most guilds she had seen were rather small and unorganized at best. Unsure what to do she backed up to let them work. Overhearing something else going on just nearby she spotted Damien attacking someone else.

Slightly confused she pried herself away from the demolished building and headed to the other incident. A bad idea? Possibly, she didn't even know which side she should be assisting. Either way she wanted to help if she could.

As terrible as it sounded, Fleo was almost grateful when the earth resonated with the bar's destruction and Felix changed courses to seek it out instead. With her opponent out of the running, the race was over, and with a ragged sigh Fleo allowed her Sirocco to cut off. She stumbled when her feet impacted the ground, but despite her exhaustion she managed to keep from tripping all the way and bloodying the pavement. For a few moments she stood, doubled over and chest heaving, until she realized how the forms of her arms and legs flickered. Suddenly galvanized by her fear and embarrassment, she willed her limbs to stay completely solid. A mixture of anger, directed both at Felix and herself, coursed through her mind: she had been a fool to push herself so hard right after an already-tiring early morning run, and he had been a jerk to force out her competitive streak. The dusty woman resolved to deal with both of these feelings in silence, and instead make her way in the direction of the explosion on foot. The aroma of pancakes wafted through the air, causing her stomach to turn, but with a moan Fleo forced herself to walk away.

When the scene of the action came into view, Fleo was surprised to see several more guild members standing by. Only a few pedestrians had not yet left the seen, leaving several wizards standing, talking, checking the wreckage, or otherwise hanging around. She recognized Amaya, who she hadn't seen in over a day, as well as Felix, who was speaking with her. Next Fleo turned her astonished gaze on the huge monster that currently rummaged through the rubble. Having yet to see Karn in his beast form, the dusty woman was left to assume that the Chimera was the cause of the explosion. Fleo donned her serious face and began to walk forward, gathering plentiful dust from her surroundings toward her across the ground. Halfway there, she paused, thinking; if the beast had indeed reduced the building to rubble and splinters, why were the other present guild members treating it so casually? Fleo's dust current calmed its already-lethargic swirl about her person and settled on the ground. For now, she crossed her bandaged arms and waited to see what exactly she was dealing with. Though admittedly a personal favorite of hers, rash action tended to have downsides, and in a case like this -where even a single sizable blow might batter her enough to render her unconscious and dissipate her precious limbs- seemed unappealing.

Edolas
Mayt --- Edolas Phoenix Wing
Mayt couldn't help but sigh softly, and he stood up. "Yeah, well, we'll see how things turn out. But I'm going to head off to the capital of Edolas to see about talking them down from going to Earthland. I doubt that is going to end well. You can come if you like, and I'll see if it'd be possible to take the Legion." He'd smile at Sasha before turning and heading into the Edo-guild and looking around for the alternate Jamie to ask him just that.

Earthland
Melina --- Phoenix Wing
Melina looked up at the commotion, and chuckled as she saw the man freaking out because he thought Karn was a girl. She smile as she thought of all the ways she could torment him in the future. She glanced at Zero, "Mithera just wants you to join this guild because she think it's the best place for you. From the time she's spent here she's notice that they care about each other and will protect one and another to the death. That's her deal, for me, I've only been in one guild and it wasn't a particularly nice one. Got the mark removed as soon as I left. So my experience with Guilds is a tad biased as well. Besides that, yes, Mithera is the black panther in the backyard. Tomorrow she'll be a wolf, if I remember right, and then a tiny little dragon that'll sit on your shoulder most likely. If you need to talk to her though, you're out of luck." She smiled a little, before looking back at the book, drumming her fingers.
