lol don't you two like Easter? Where I come from, we have a big family gathering and we roast whole lambs on the spit and eat. It's a blast really and the only time i get to see my whole family ( which is a lot of people i tell you )

Is easter really that big of a deal in the states?

Edit: here in the Netherlands it's just an extensive breakfast and an extra day off work. Nothing else really. :P

Is easter really that big of a deal in the states?


I think it is for a lot of Christian families. I don't live at home, though, and my family isn't Christian anyway, so...

I'm not really doing anything special :)

I like Easter, it's just the prep that annoys me. The cleaning, the cooking, the stress, the frustration, etc. It is nice to finally get together with family over a good meal though.

Ye... Come to think of it there is actually alot going on atm. I live in a part of the Netherlands called the "Bible-ring". Out here the very strictly religious people live (Calvinists).

And I have this rather annoying alarm clock which is constanly playing freaking annoying tunes and I cant turn off!

Chikorita is super cute!!! And I really like Alakazam, but... eh, I have other plans for my psychic type XD

When I played HG/SS, I think I chose Cyndaquil. I had a really hard time choosing between Cyndaquil and Totodile, but I went with Cyndaquil in the end, mostly because I just really, really liked fire-types.

Now, though... I like electric types more :)

Cyndaquil is super cute, and that's the one I went with in the end... but I don't like Typhlosion's design. Feraligator looks cooler!

hah, where i come from we get like two weeks off school for the students and a week i think off work for the adults. although i don't believe in a religion, i like Easter as a vacation of sorts. It's actually a lot of fun.
