Short Biography:Bob Bishop was always interested in science, ever since he was little and dissecting ants and trying to make weird and wonderful rockets out of Lego, he was four years old when America performed the moon landing but it still excited him and stuck with him forever. In school he enjoyed science, but unlike most people he couldn't chose
a science, chosing instead that throughout the course of his school career to study them all, when it came to university again he studied them all.
Most of his life was spent studying in some book or other, than when he was finished his money situation wasn't exactly good, so he jumped at the opportunity for work. For several years he spent his time developing video games and ensuring that they were as realistic as possible until a game called
Prometheus crossed his desk. While he didn't understand some of the problems and did not solve the mathematical proof he did however understand something wasn't from the current understandings of science, and in mentioning so got himself noticed by the Stargate Program. Sent to Icarus base he was one of the people who managed to be beamed out under the attack, he had played a large role in implementing the gate to the planets power core. When the Lucian Alliance attacked he was topside trying to implement a shielding system to the base, sadly it was not completed before the attack begun. If it had been finished the Lucian Alliance may of been thwarted and the wrong expedition would never of been sent to the Destiny. He was beamed up to the Hammond and then after the battle was assigned to it for a prolonged period of time...
He was considered for going to Pegasus when Atlantis left however he was re-assigned to the Tempest Project and has been working on the ship since it the ideas creation.
