i really just made an account like 10 mins ago and you seem like you know your stuff so this is coming from a newbie to a pro........could you please explain to me what kind of roleplaying this site is based off of. It's like this I have Role played before but only in like online games and I would love to try out a new style of roleplaying so just, I guess give me a run down of what a newbie needs to know. That would be great thanks!!!

@Karasu i'm pretty sure you can find multiple styles on this site, but everything i've done thus far here has been narrative style. like you're writing a book, y'know? is that what you were asking about? there's also tabeltop styles and military/nation or something but i don't know much about those. then they're broken up into three different levels of… difficulty? free=easy, casual=medium, advanced=hard.

Well, welcome to the Guild!

The Guild is a play-by-post style of roleplaying; meaning it's all writing. The magic all happens when a few people come together with similar interests and devise a plot between them. Everyone creates their own character, and then write from that character's perspective as they go through the story line of the roleplay. Some people find the concept a little confusing at first, but it's generally easy to get a hang of.

I'd recommend swinging over to the "Introduce Yourself" section. Everyone is really friendly and will help get you one your way. You'll also at some point have to check out the Rules of the Guild.

Lol my dog just saved me from a snake. I was going out into the yard and she dove into a pile of leaves at my feet and pulled out a huge ass cottonmouth. Good doggy~
