It looks like you could use a vanguard or two, or maybe a vanguard and a wookie grenadier. Or maybe just a wookie.

Right now, the best I can think of, besides someone trained to handle an HH-15 missile launcher, is someone to hump a pack radio like the old school stuff from the Vietnam era. That isn't because Star Wars comm tech isn't good, it's because we're talking larger ranges. Entire planets, surface to orbital communications and similar situations that probably require a more sophisticated linkup with the Intruder.
