@lydyn's elven kingdom faction is accepted.

I've finished my second character, Alice, and added her profile to my first post under the Characters tab. If you thought my first character was bad, this one ain't any better. I hope everyone who can't stand these kinds of characters and/or can't trust me to not abuse their power has already left. If you're among those people but haven't left, well, please leave now and avoid stirring up too much more drama.

I know that @BCTheEntity almost has his character sheet finished. So once he's finished, I'll start the game. And then I can finally start showing people that my characters aren't invincible gods who exist only to fulfill my power fantasies.

@BCTheEntity has finished his character sheet. Since we've been discussing his character for the past few days, he's already edited his character to an acceptable state, so I allowed him to post it directly under the Characters tab. It's in the same post as his faction.

And before anyone throws any accusations, I can vouch that BC is not deliberately trying to be an overpowered munchkin. He... just tends to give his characters all the abilities he thinks it makes sense in-universe for the characters to have. I've known him for long enough to trust that he won't disrupt this RP.

I'm going to write my first in-character post... some time later today. After that's posted, everyone who has been accepted can start posting. If any of you have any plot ideas that involve more than one character, you can discuss them in the OOC tab.

Sorry, I'm dealing with some real life issues at the moment, so my first IC post might be delayed for a bit. Those who're still working on their character sheets can continue to work on their character sheets in the meantime, I guess.

Out of all the people who were going to sign up, @Dead Cruiser and @clericbeast said to me via PM that they'll no longer be participating, due to the inability to come up with any satisfactory character ideas and the lack of time, respectively. @Satsuki's participation will also be uncertain, as he's busy with real life as well. So now we have @lydyn, @MelonHead, @Warm Regret, @BCTheEntity, @gammaflux, @Behemoth542, and myself, seven players in total. I hope this is enough to get the RP off the ground.

Since we still don't have too many player-created factions, I think I'll have to create some of them myself to flesh out the world a bit more. I apologize if they're not the most detailed or original, since I can't put too much effort on each individual one when I'm making a number of them at the same time. If anyone has any ideas that expand on one of the factions I created, feel free to tell me through PM or this thread; I can even let you take control of one of these factions if you're interested. These factions will be in the first post under the Characters tab once I'm done with them.

Of course, it'd be even better if you guys can come up with more factions of your own.

Also, my first IC post should be up tomorrow. If not, feel free to yell at me about it.

Elenor Talrina

Side: Magi

Sex: Female

Age: 48

Race: Forest Elf (Pure-blood)

Personality: Elenor is an interesting mix between lax and regal. She holds herself up with pride and honor and yet treats everyone around her as if they were equals, even teasing them if the mood calls for it. This has lead her subjects and especially those in higher commanders, to truly respect her and feel comfortable bringing even touchy subjects to her attention. She tries her best to deal with these matters with unbiased fairness based on all variables and with a sense of empathy.

Outside of being a queen, she is a fairly happy person, surrounding herself with those she gets along with - whom include her knight commanders. She spends her time either socializing with others, visiting the common areas, or alone in the royal garden. Underneath it all though, there is a sad tint to her expressions, feeling lonely.

Faction: The Kingdom of Alari'in - Queen.

Biography: Elenor did not grow up like the other little girls in Alari'in. She was the eldest off-spring of his Majesty Cirdan Talrina and so from birth, she was fated to sit upon the throne as queen as soon as either he passed or willingly stepped down from command. So, Elenor was taught in the arts of elven politics, war tactics, traditions, and social grace. Elenor had been a bit less former than her father ever was though and it wasn't long after she was let into public areas (at the age of ten) that people started to love her.

She grew up through a happy life and lived gladly as the princess she was. Even though she liked war tactics the least, she was eager to learn and ask questions where she could. Elenor has lived through two brief wars in her lifetime, both commanded by her father, but she was given a chance in both to command her own battalions with either one or two knight commanders to assist her decisions. She was easily to get along with and fairly easy to get close to, though she often kept the most inner parts of her guarded.

There was one situation in particular with a higher ranked knight named Valaina. Elenor never got much chance to think of romance, since the royal family wasn't as concerned as humans were about trying to find a prince. In fact she had been taught that if possible, as long as the family blood lived on, that love came first. So when she started to notice the knight accompanying Commander Ovorthil shying away and blushing at her presence, she was intrigued. Over time, she started to causally invite the knight to talks alone in the garden and before Elenor could account for what had happened, the two were in love.

Her father wasn't exactly approving of Elenor falling for a woman, but neither did he seem disapproving, only mentioning that meant her brother would take the throne when she stepped down - who had just been born. However tragedy stuck as towards the end of the second war Elenor was involved in, Valaina bravely fought off an ambush ... only to die days later. Since then, Elenor has guarded her heart a bit as far as romance is concerned, but still tries her best to give her friends and subjects the attention they deserve.

Skills: Elenor is versed in elven traditions, somewhat in war tactics, and talented in social situations. Besides this, she can cook surprisingly well, has some martial knowledge, and is a master bowman. She is also a quick learner and understands complex ideas fairly easily.

Abilities
Metal Affinity: Due to Elenor's more inner personality of guardianship and dominance, she has gained a natural talent for spells revolving around metal and it's control. This usually comes in the form of a pseudo-telekinesis where spoken words can rip swords out of hands and shields moving to block allies. However through some effort, she can also form metal into any shape she desires.
Earth Magic: Metal being of the earth, she also has a slightly less affinity to earth spellcasting. This can range from boulders, earthen walls, small quakes, sharp rock projectiles, among many other various effects.
Windscatter: The name of her envoked longbow. Though skilled enough to put her soul into the weapon, she has opted against it for the ease of conjuring it at a moment's notice and anyplace. Besides it's string being strong enough to shoot at least twice as far as traditional longbows, it also has the ability of conjuring various magical arrows; fire, electricity, ice, arrows that scatter, and sharpened metal. In addition to this, it also augments her already heightened vision to both zoom onto a target and see during pitch black environments. The last thing it grants her is extremely high agility and speed, helpful in keeping her distance from sword-armed opponents.

Possessions
• A flower pendant, given to her by Valania.
• Royal Crown, passed down from her father, though she only wears it in court.
• Royal Bracelet. This bracelet is, unlike other families, the true mark that she is queen. She always wears it and it's both snug (to help prevent mundane theft) magically locked by royal blood.

Other / Fun Facts
• Despite her charm, she can actually be quite a dominant personality.
• She loves cats and actually owns two of them herself.
• Elenor is more of an indoor person, prefering to spend time in the castle opposed to horse hiding or hunting.

@lydyn: Aside from two small nitpicks I have, your profile is acceptable.

1. You should know that a significant portion of otherwise normal weapons and armors are enchanted with some basic magic that makes them more resistant to tampering by hostile metal mages. You can still rip away soldiers' weapons if you magically overwhelm the (not all that strong) protective enchantments on their weapons, though it would be harder than if the weapons weren't enchanted; Elenor shouldn't be able to effortlessly disarm a whole army like that.

2. If the royal bracelet is so tight, how does Elenor put it on and take it off? Assuming it can be put on and taken off by magic, it'd then be possible to hijack the magical circuits in the bracelet to take it off without Elenor's permission, and thus steal it. The bracelet's magic could be strong and complex enough to be highly resistant to most forms of tampering, since it's a royal artifact, but it should still be theoretically stealable. Not saying that someone will actually try to steal the bracelet during the game, of course; it's just that something that's completely impossible to steal violates my "nothing is absolute" rule.

Also, I've made four factions on the Magi side, which can be found in the first post under the Characters section. I'll make some Tech factions tomorrow.

And no, no IC post from me today; got distracted by a video game. Feel free to yell at me now.

2) ... that exactly what I was thinking. Not stealable via normal means. I didn't even consider magic in that statement, haha ... and well, technically, you could cut off her hand and steal it without magic. I guess I figured it was obvious. xD

1) How would you like me to word it? I hadn't even been thinking of disarming an entire army or even disarming higher ranks / skilled individuals since they'd obviously have something against that. Honestly, I'm not sure how viable metal magic is.. and Elenor does sound a WHOLE lot weaker than Anna, but I couldn't think of much else, haha.

Ok I finally have something to post! Let me know what changes I need to make and I'll clean it up.

Name: Nyle Vorett, Nickname: Ny, Aka: The Pied Piper

Side: Magi

Sex: Male

Age: 30

Race: Formerly Human, Bi-racial (African American/Caucasian) Currently a Spirit.

Appearance: Although he has a physical appearance, Ny’s original body was discarded several months ago. Physically, he appears to be a young looking man who is about 30 years old. In his corporeal form, Ny appears as human with a bi-racial, toffee complexion. His features are mostly smooth and boyish, except he has a light dusting of a beard with slightly more coarse hair on his chin. His chestnut eyes are wide and aware yet they always have a deep sadness to them. Atop his head is a mess of wooly brown hair, with subtle accents. His hair is short on the sides and back but groomed forward on top. At just over 6ft tall, he has a slim but athletic build with broad shoulders and a thin waist. His normal attire consists of brown boots and slim fit jeans, with a loose fitting rust and white colored tunic that laces up at the chest. He also wears a multi colored winter scarf that hangs around his neck and down to about his knees.

Personality: Laid back and easy going, Nyle gets along best with people who are not extremists as he tends to respect balance rather than absolutism. When he’s alone, he always appears to be brooding over something but when approached, he is surprisingly friendly and obliging. If you’re looking for someone who will listen to your problems and not judge, he’s your man and while he can be opinionated, he let’s people make their own decisions or mistakes without being self-righteous. For the most part, Ny has an even temperament and doesn’t easily get excited one way or the other. When he is amused or excited, he is known to laugh and smile but even then there is an air of sorrow that is bound to him, like shackles to a prisoner. It takes a lot to cause him to lose his temper but it is possible and he can become quite the frightening individual, literally changing his features into something dark and menacing. In most cases, he has complete control over his emotions as they are integral parts of the magic he wields. Nyle doesn’t afford himself many personal pleasures and due to something that happened in his past, he is always seeking redemption. While he can appreciate the beauty of the opposite sex, Nyle considers himself homosexual.

Faction: The Misfits

Biography: Nyle’s childhood was pretty normal. He grew up in an isolated city, somewhere on the continent of Australia. It was a small community where everyone knew everyone else, one of those annoying places where you couldn’t spit without someone knowing about it. In a way, he was raised by the entire community and not only by his parents. When he was in his late teenage years, he came out to his parents and both his mother and father accepted and supported his lifestyle. They never judged or ostracized him and neither did anyone else in their district, at least not to his face. When he thinks back on his life, he realizes now how privileged he truly was. Now, having been exposed to different people of different backgrounds and situations, he understands how easy it is to take something as simple as love and support for granted.

During his teenage years, Nyle realized that his family was a pillar of the community. For instance, he used to tag along with his father, who had strong political ties and worked closely with other councilmen. He remembered his father always urging the other counselors to do more for the downtrodden and less fortunate. He also assisted his mother with similar endeavors and all kinds of charity work. He didn’t think about it much at the time, but even he did his part, through volunteering and mentoring. He was encouraged to take on projects of his own, no matter how small, anything he could do to support his community. There were always others who needed help, food or sanctuary. He was raised to value human life and to be accepting of others, no matter their background or beliefs.

As time passed and Nyle became a young man, his parents decided to open an orphanage and needed his help running it. By now, he was in his late 20’s and much older than the children in the orphanage. He became something of a big brother to them and in time, it was almost like his small family had grown from just him and his parents, to having over a dozen younger brothers and sisters. For a time, everything was peaceful but when the deserters returned, bringing new technology back with them, is when his life began to change. His father constantly had meetings with the leaders in their district about what to do regarding an impending threat and his mother frequently worried that they would be in danger. Nyle tried to convince them that because they lived in such a remote and insignificant community, they wouldn’t be targets. He reasoned that they should let the leaders of the world worry about the deserters and not get too involved but he couldn’t have been more wrong.

When his father told him they were closing the orphanage and moving everyone to a nearby town, he didn’t believe him at first. Apparently there was some talk of a “cleansing” and their district was one of the targets. Nyle didn’t understand and didn’t want to leave the only place he could call home but did as his parents asked and assisted them with the preparations. It all happened so fast, he was only gone for a few hours when the attack started. Even now he can still hear the explosions and see people lying dead in the streets. He arrived back at the orphanage to see his parents as well as his new brothers and sisters executed one by one. He stood hidden and watched, frozen with fear. He probably could have saved them, at least one of them if he had tried but his cowardice prevented him from risking his own life. Unable to do anything, he watched in horror, the struggling and the executions, he listened in agony to the screams and cries for help.

After the breath returned to his lungs and the strength returned to his legs, he ran. He turned his back on everyone who had meant anything to him and saved himself. Along the way he ignored the suffering of others he saw and the look of anguish on their faces when they realized that the boy they had known since childhood, would not lift a finger to help them. He was afraid, afraid that he would be captured by the deserters and die in the same horrible way they did. The only thing he had the strength to do was run, so he ran and continued running. He put as much distance between him and his past as he could but no matter how far he ran, or where he ended up, whenever he closed his eyes, the faces of the dead always haunted him. Later, during his travels, he learned that the entire incident was somehow covered up but he never returned home to find out how.

He became a drifter, traveling from place to place and carrying his guilt with him as a punishment, like a stone in his stomach that will forever weigh him down. He had never paid much attention to his magic but eventually he began to have dreams, dreams of the planet and of those who once inhabited it many years ago. He was soon able to evoke these “dreams” into physical form by allowing them to use part of his soul to become manifest and through them, he learned much about the planet and himself. Eventually, he shed his own body to become a spirit, he did this to become closer to the planet and as penance for his cowardice. He now lives only for redemption. Once the world had begun breaking up into fractions, he started his own and called it The Misfits. He travels from place to place, trying to honor the memory of his parents and what they stood for, helping those he can and recruiting those who may be like him. He accepts those who don’t belong anywhere or feel like they don’t fit in but mainly those seeking some sort of salvation. He takes on the small jobs that no one else will, hoping that with each person he helps, he might finally find peace.

Skills: His patience is probably his biggest strength and he has the ability to keep a cool head when others cannot. He is good at decision making and due to his relaxed nature, he is able to connect on varying levels with most others. While he is agile and athletic, he doesn’t particularly excel in hand to hand combat. His evocations usually do the fighting for him but he has skill with ranged weapons in a pinch. After shedding his original body, his will against psychic attacks has grown exponentially and he can also “communicate” with the earth. While he doesn’t use it much, Nyle also has a decent singing voice and can play the guitar.

Abilities: Evoker

Ny has the power to Evoke semi-sentient beings into a corporeal form by lending them parts of his soul. He calls these beings “Dreams” because that is where he first came in contact with them. He communicates in depth with his evocations through his dreams and when evoked, there is an unspoken understanding between them. While Nyle does often issue the “Dreams” verbal commands after being brought into the physical world, the “Dreams” are perfectly capable of fending for themselves, they don’t just stand around waiting for Nyle to act. They cannot speak but each “Dream” has their own personality and behave as such, mostly based on the part of Nyle’s soul used to evoke them. Currently, he is only able to summon one “Dream” at a time but that may change as his power grows.

Kurt - The Guardian: Appears as a barefoot teenage boy with dirty blonde hair. He’s dressed in baggy shorts and a tank top but he is made of living stone. He can easily take on various earthen forms like sand, stone and crystal. He is impervious to earthen attacks but weak against air. He excels at hand to hand combat and uses the power of earth to assist him in physical combat. He doesn’t seem to have any spell casting abilities but can change parts of his body into different earthen constructs.

Laura – The Rebel Blade: Appears as a tall and beautiful woman wearing stiletto boots and fitted leather attire. She is made of living fire but the details of her beauty are apparent. Her heels, are flaming as well as the tips of her shoulder length dark hair. There also appears to be flames that emanate from her forearms. She is impervious to fire attacks but weak against water. She is a skilled and precise fighter with the ability to use some offensive fire spells as well.

Dayna – The Childlike Princess: Appears as a young girl with pink pigtails and a frilly pink dress. She is just shy of being a teenager and is made of living water. While she isn’t able to create water out of thin air, she does have complete control over water in her immediate surroundings. She has no physical fighting abilities but makes up for what she lacks in hand to hand combat with her ability to manipulate water. She is impervious to water attacks and weak against lightning.

Foxx – The Lost Wanderer: Appears as a squirrel sized, three tailed fox that rests on Ny’s shoulder or follows him around. This Dream is made of living air and seems to have a special affinity for him. Ny usually keeps him out as a pet. Foxx can turn into an anthromorph which is part human and part fox that can move at high speeds, he uses a polearm in battle. He also has some skill in hand to hand combat as well as various forms of wind magic. He is impervious to wind attacks but weak against Ice.

Michael – The Ultimate Weapon: Appears as a young man with short dark hair and dressed in black boots, jeans, a t-shirt and a bikers jacket. He is made of living lightning and his body constantly crackles with it. He is impervious to lightning attacks but weak against earth. He doesn’t have any fighting abilities but is skilled with long range lightning attacks by transforming parts of his body into an ancient magic weapon. (Nyle hasn’t been able to evoke this Dream yet)

Mystra – The Jilted Witch: Appears as a lovely young woman made of living ice. She has cold blue eyes and white hair that reaches down to her back. Her glittering gown is made of frost and is more of a sleeveless bodice, while the dress is short in front but has a long train in back. She has no combat fighting abilities but is skilled in various forms of offensive and defensive ice magic. She is impervious to ice attacks but weak against fire. (Nyle hasn’t been able to evoke this Dream yet)

Etem – The Devourer of Souls: Appears as a demon who’s lower half resembles something like a harpy but his upper half is that of a shirtless man with bat-like wings. He has slick black hair and red eyes and although his appearance is somewhat frightening, his features are oddly attractive. He is made of living darkness and uses dark magic to assist him in hand to hand fighting and in spell casting. He is impervious to darkness but is weak against light. (Nyle hasn’t been able to evoke this Dream yet)

Amel – The Seraph of Hope: Appears as an angel in hooded white robes and carrying a crystal staff. He has tan skin and amber eyes with shoulder length brown hair and pure white wings. While still beautiful, he has a rather plain and ordinary look about him. He has a slight calming effect on those around him which, is somehow magnetic. He is made of living light and is able to use his staff offensively with a decent amount of skill but mainly excels at using light magic. His spells are both supportive and offensive. He is impervious to light magic but weak against dark. (Nyle hasn’t been able to evoke this Dream yet)

Possessions: Besides the clothes on his back, Nyle carries a plasma pistol that he picked up recently on a mission. He’s a pretty good marksman and keeps the weapon set to stun.

Name: The Misfits

Side: Magi

Composition: 50% Human 50% Assorted other races.

Location: The fraction originated in Australia but the Misfits don’t have a base of operations, they’re mostly drifters, wandering the globe. There’s usually an abandoned chapel or forgotten district that the group can hole up in during their travels, alternatively the members can split up and find their own places to stay until it’s time to move on to the next location. Occasionally the group will even make camp under the stars, in anticipation of a more suitable location being reached.

Description: The Misfits oppose several Tech Fractions, specifically those who have returned to earth and wish to reclaim the planet as their own. The Misfits aren’t above establishing peaceful relations between the two sides, however they won’t hesitate to fight against those who aren’t willing to compromise. The entire fraction is a motley crew of criminals, runaways and outcasts who feel as though they no longer fit into society. Because of the group’s willingness to accept anyone and their sometimes disruptive nature, they aren’t welcomed by most towns or other fractions. Some people have given Nyle the name Pied Piper and turned him into something of an urban legend. It isn’t unheard of for his fraction to move through a town and pick up several people before departing, these people join of their own free will but parents use the disappearances to scare their children into behaving or else The Pied Piper will come steal them away. Despite being looked down upon, The Misfits are the ones who take on the jobs no one else will.

Goals: Nyle specifically created The Misfits to help guide individuals to salvation. The fraction’s main goal is to offer its members acceptance and a chance to either redeem themselves of wrongs they’ve committed in the past or find a place where they can belong. Because the goal of the fraction is so different than most others, the members are constantly changing. Some members find a home separate from the fraction as the group passes through a town. These members may decide to stay behind and make a simpler life for themselves. It’s also not unheard of for the group to come across other fractions that a member feels a stronger connection with and defects to their cause instead. Other members carry on the fight or lose their lives during a mission, redeeming themselves of their sin in that way. To facilitate this, the fraction takes on tasks that others would not, like infiltrating an enemy hive to find a girl who was abducted from her home or protecting a small city from the threat of a hostile Tech Fraction. Their final goal is to protect the planet against the more intimidating of the deserters and ultimately find a way to allow both sides to live in harmony.

Notable Members:

Leader of the Misfits - Nyle

Negotiator – This person sets up possible clients and missions, Nyle has final say on what is accepted and the exact terms of payment but still depends on The Negotiator and consults with them before making any decisions.

Recruiter – This person is responsible for recruiting others. Nyle leaves it up to The Recruiter to recommend possible candidates to fill in their ranks and works with them to integrate others into the group.

I've finished the descriptions of four new Tech factions as well; they can be found in the first post of the Characters section.

@lydyn:

1. Actually, I don't think you really need to reword the description of Elenor's metal magic at all; I was just making you aware of some of the ways it can be countered. And metal magic is completely viable, without using it to mess with enemies' metallic weapons. You can use metal magic to strengthen metallic items, e.g. weapons and armor. Elenor should also be skilled enough to conjure metal out of her mana, so she should be able to create melee weapons, projectiles, and armor on the spot. The conjured metal is permanent. Don't worry about the conservation of mass, since there exist magic that turns matter into mana as well.

2. It's still theoretically possible to steal the bracelet through "conventional" means, if some master thief with a pathological mindset really wants to make a point or something. For instance, the thief could imbue the bracelet with his own magic without Elenor noticing, so that he's eventually able to turn the bracelet intangible through his magic; he'd then slip the bracelet off of Elenor's arm. But a scenario like this is so contrived that it pretty much won't happen ever. I think you'll be fine if you just add that the bracelet is locked onto Elenor's wrist through magic that only the monarch is authorized to unlock.

Also, now that I've added my factions, I think you should change Ana's profile so that she got her xenogen injection from the MediCorp, and now serves as an instructor in the Federation's military.

@Palamon

The character and faction sheets are mostly fine, but there are a few things I want to point out.

1. I'd personally refrain from putting any exact numbers in your character's abilities, e.g. the skeletal implants being able to withstand up to 550 pounds of pressure, since characters always have the potential to become stronger. In addition, circumstances may make a character temporarily stronger than normal, e.g. desperation, rage, heroic willpower. Due to the adaptive nature of unobtainium-based cybernetics, these things apply to cybernetic implants as well.

2. Remember that the Tech and Magi sides aren't explicitly at war, yet. Currently it's more like a cold war. You might want to change some parts of your sheets because of this.

3. Remember that the Tech and Magi sides have only come into contact with each other a few months ago. That means the Knights of Saint Peter must've been formed only months ago, after the initial contact, given their central goal of eliminating magic. Is this what you intended?

@Warm Regret

1. The backstory doesn't quite add up. The Magi side was always divided into numerous factions. And the Magi and Tech sides only came into contact with each other a few months ago. So if the Misfits were founded after the Tech side's arrival, it'd be only a few months old, and its timeline would need to be rearranged quite a bit. Nyle's biography, too.

2. Unfortunately, it's not possible to communicate with the planet through dreams to learn about the past. The planet itself isn't intelligent and doesn't have any memories; the only real way you could get this to work is making it so that Nyle thought he was communicating with the planet, but was actually communicating with another survivor from the previous age of magic, similar to my character Evan. If this is what you want, you'll need to discuss it with me some more.

3. Please change all the elemental immunities to resistances. As I said in the document describing magic and its limitations, it's not possible to have perfect immunity against anything; even fire elementals can be burned to death by fire hotter than themselves.

4. Dayna can't have complete control over all water in her immediate surroundings, since the presence of magic not her own within water interferes with her ability to manipulate said water. Namely, she can't manipulate the water inside the bodies of other beings and magical items; otherwise it'd be ludicrously overpowered. She can have the ability to conjure water, to compensate for this, if you want.

5. Shapeshifting isn't an ability that all spirits have by default. If Nyle can change his appearance, you should give him an ability that does that, even if it has no real uses in combat.

@JohnSolaris -- Okay, did the quick fix to the bracelet. Will that suffice? :p

@JohnSolaris

1. ON it, numbers eliminated.

2. Changing much of the app to reflect the new information you posted about the UFH.

3. I had indeed intented it to have been formed just a a short while ago. (Apologies if that wasn't clear, I'll begin a little work on that now.)

@lydyn's second character is accepted. @Palamon's character and faction are both accepted. Now that I've looked at @MelonHead's faction sheet, it is accepted as well. Please move these sheets to the Characters tab.

I apologize for the lack of IC post until now. The real life issue I've had is not really applicable anymore. I was just distracted by a video game in the past few days, and spent the time I'd normally spend on writing to write the descriptions of the eight factions I created. I'll try hard to finish my first IC post tomorrow.

Also, due to the relatively low number of player characters we have so far, I think I'll say that players can introduce new minor characters without writing up character sheets for these minor characters. But if one of these minor characters becomes major, I'll ask the corresponding player to write up a character sheet for said character. I'll add this to the first post of the OOC tab.
