If you were to spin a single action revolver ala Russian roulette then the first few chambers would be empty due to the fact the bullets weigh them down. In fact, I'm pretty sure this is brought up when you're fighting Revolver Ocelot the second or third time in MGS3

If he does, he's too stupid to consciously realize it. Really at this point it could end like an episode of [insert any cartoon here] where everyone learns the power of friendship, or he could end up decapitating her and painting ritual symbols all over his body in her blood.
